Settlin

My relationship with Settlin started in the 1st week of December 2023. Fathima was my first coordinator who helped me assigned a liaison to visiting the first property. She is a very polite person having a calm temperament.Then came Vishal. He helped me a lot to visit number of properties. My journey of visiting the property started with the Liaison Mr.Johnson arranged by Fathima. Then a number of liaisons came whose name must be mentioned here specially for their cool and attentive service. Shivaprasad surely attracts special mention. This guy is so helpful. Micah is another cool and silent person. Settlin rightly have chosen them. Thus my relationship with Settlin gradually deepens and my search for a home in Bangalore could see a light of hope. The hectic journey ended in a deal with a good seller with the help of Urvashi madam. Actually there are two sellers, they are a nice couple. We are lucky to have such sellers. In this vital scenario Vineeth came as our CRM from Settlin. During this time I have many conversations with him and I thought this gentleman might be an aged person because his knowledge, temperament and well behaviour made me think so. But at last, when I met this old man(!) at Indiranagar SRO at the time of registration of the sale deed I really got astonished to see him, a very young and energetic guy full of experience in his field of work. I think Settlin can go miles ahead if these types of energetic, cool headed, well behaved people are working with them. My well wishes to Settlin and it's entire team who put their best efforts to the customer. Though Settlin tries to give its customers a flawless and neat service I think they should be more careful in giving the details of the properties such as: 1. I visited a property with no power backup facility but it was mentioned having power backup. 2. The property (a residential flat) we purchased was mentioned by them as North facing but actually it is East Thanks Settlin, thanks Vineeth wishing you a very happy and prosperous days always

I was trying to buy a flat and came to know about Settlin through the internet. I approached them for support and then we started hunting flat per my budget and other expectations. I was amazed to see their attitude to support. They are very professional, Customer caring and provide all kind of support starting from hunting the property until registration. I had excellent experience with registration in buying resale apartment at Priyanka Homes, Kaggadaspura today. Firstly, many thanks to CRM Vineeth, who handled whole process very smoothly and calmly from beginning like getting right desired bank for home loan, then sale agreement execution and till final registration. CRM Vineeth is very supportive and have in-depth knowledge in whole process. He is very quick in solving issues instantly without losing cool. He will not put blame on others in case of any issues. Instead he takes whole ownership and solves it without any complain. I also thank Rajeshwari from sales team and Goutham from property visit team to look through property initially to fix the deal which I liked property very much. And also thanks to Uday from Khatha service team to get new Khatha for seller within short time which is mandatory for registration. Sub registrar office are not accepting old Khatha for registration nowadays. Uday got new Khatha quickly for seller so that registration were not delayed. I could not believe that finally resale apartment at Priyanka Homes, Kaggadaspura became mine today. Kudos to whole Settlin team for getting a home sweet home for me in Bangalore. Thank you
