Settlin platform and Team has been very helpful from finding a property to registration. To share my experience I would begin that they started with listed properties in my budget, ensured that their executives were available on time to walk me through the property. They have gone beyond my expectation when they were even ready to discuss any other property that was not listed on their platform and ready to atleast see what can be done to assist a customer. I really needed handholding from beginning to end of all the processes and they have proven that Settlin Team is there for you. The team has really shown high level of professionalism when it comes to property searching/selling/buying to registration completion. The whole process was so smoothly carried out that even a new purchaser/seller will feel comfortable and satisfied. Hrishikesh, Sharath and Vineeth all were very helpful and supportive. Every query was handled with so much patience and humbleness. Special Thanks to Vineeth for guiding through the whole process and ensuring that everything is carried out as per process and on time. I truly feel he is an asset to the Team and Settlin. The credit for this deal closure truly goes to him and it was pleasure working with him. Based on my experience I can vouch for Settlin incase someone is looking for any property related assistance. They have done an amazing job and won customer's trust. Eventhough I agree that there is room of improvement when it comes to negotiations, I still feel they deserve 5 STAR.

Settlin is the need of the hour in the secondary real estate marketplace in India. They are the much required bridge between the buyers and sellers who are both struggling to connect. They help in the entire process till completion of registration. Very professional in behaviour and processes, they come across as trustworthy right from the beginning. Their employee partners, Piyush and Uday that I interacted with, demonstrated sound understanding of the market and the government processes involved. All in all, strongly recommended!

Very helpful and supportive staff. It was an amazing experience from end to end. Settlin helped us purchase a flat in Begur where the seller was an NRI. Everything with regards to TDS payment and all other formalities, Settlin was on top of it. Special thanks to Ramitha who was always there to support and respond and resolve all queries and issues.

Worked with Vineeth and the rest of the settlein team for the documentation and legal service. Found the seller of the flat on my own, but both me as a buyer and the seller did not know the legalities and paperwork involved for the entire transaction. They guided us through the entire process, charges, and timelines. Initially it looks like nothing gets done, but at the end, during the registration, is where you understand that other property consultants or even doing it on your own, would have been a really bad choice. I was insistent on having the house loan taken from SBI. While I’ve only heard horror stories on taking a home loan with SBI, the entire process was a breeze and the team worked directly with the SBI associate in getting all the paperwork ready. 2 visits to the bank, several signatures, and the bank is sorted as well. Writing this review almost 3 months later due to the apprehensions I’ve had with both settlein and SBI, but now after this cool down period, it was totally worth it.

It was really a very good experience with Settlin right from beginning to end. The PoC assigned for me was Vineeth who is very professional and also very kind and helpful. Vineeth helped me to select right property which fits into my budget. They are very good in negotiating with sellers. Vineeth guided me very well at every step of the whole purchase process. Moreover he is very kind and polite as a person. I am fully satisfied by their service. It's value for money.

We bought a flat last month with the help and support of Settlin Team and I must say that they are good and know the job pretty well! I came across them by chance and was very impressed with their listing of properties - it is a one stop solution for someone who is particularly looking for resale properties, from finding the propertly to getting it registered. The young team is very professional and meticulous in their approach and puts in genuine effort to make the otherwise complicated processes and paperwork a cake walk!
