I think they are the best in the market and I highly recommend Settlin for purchase/ sale of your property. They are very professional and transparent. Have managed the overall process of identifying the property, negotiating, deal closure and the documentation very well. Definitely recommend to friends and family. At the outset, I thank Mr. Vineeth for his way of handling at SRO for registration. It was very smooth handling and we are not put into any problem. As a buyer we had some apprehensions about certain issues but Mr. Vineeth helped on those issues. We had approached some bank loan on our own but could not get it. Arranged thru some other loans later. Had it been suggested to us by M/s Settlin at the initial stage itself, we could have used that service also. Thank you Mr. Cool, Vineeth.

I would recommend anyone to go with Settlin if you are planning to buy an apartment. Team is professional and entire process is transparent. We had a very good experience with Settlin even during pandemic times while buying a property in Bangalore. Mr.Jai Anand helped us to match our requirements and on negotiation Then Mr.Uday helped us to complete the legal, loan and registration process and address the n number of queries patiently during all these processes. Team, Specially Mr Uday Understood my urgency after discussion and acted on it to complete the registration process before time.

I had chosen and finalised a property and approached settling for legal services and sale agreement and deed drafting and assistance in registration Vineeth was the CRM who helped with the complete process, it was a very pleasant experience working with Vineeth and the settlin team ( special thanks to Uday) There was no hiccups in any of the services provided , settling team is very professional and it gave me peace of mind throughout the process. House purchase is a high value transaction and it takes time to close the deal due to multiple reasons.like delay due to loan process , verification in govt offices , spelling mistakes in existing documents etc …. In course of time , I got the confidence that it’s taken care of by professional team and any work that’s needs to be done in executing the high value transaction will be completed without any errors and on time. I never had to travel to anywhere for any of the steps including legal opinion , tax payment , document submission etc … All services were door step or used local couriers Overall I was very satisfied with the services and recommend settlin for services they provided
