I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr.Vineeth from settlin team to buy a property. I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team had great communication. They were always available to answer to any queries regarding the property any time. They truly did listen to Mt needs and preferences ensuring the property viewed was in my criteria. Great experience with Settlin !! I have bought a property recently and got great support from Settlin in the overall process. Special mention for Mr. Uday who is very professional and thorough with his work. He always kept me updated about the progress and helped in every aspect, there were so many complexities involved in my case but Uday was able to provide suitable suggestion/ solution every time. He helped us in a very seamless registration process also. I am very satisfied with my experience with Settlin and would definitely recommend Settlin for everyone.

Bought our 1st home through settlin. They have multiple options to meet your requirement and does not charge any commission from buyers. Provides legal support and loan advice free of charge. Would definitely suggest to visit settlin if looking to buy a house. And thanks to Ramitha and Kiran for their legal advice and support throughout the process and thanks to Shanoj for mediating the deal.
