The overall all process was extremely smooth and hassle free. Vineeth CRM was extremely helpful and was always available throughout the process. It was a great experience working with Vineeth. He took the responsibility and meticulously took care of all legal work. Because of Vineeth everything happened on time and we felt absolutely no pressure. He was well organized with the documents and very proactive to keep everything ready before the due date. It was always there ready for us for any questions or any last minute documents needed for the bank process. Thanks you so much Vineeth. You were incredible.

Just wanted to share my wonderful and satisfactory experience with Settlin Properties. We had been trying to sell our apartment from 2 years with no luck. Around 9 months ago, I received a call from Settlin enquiring about my property and if I would like to partner with them for selling it. Their terms and conditions were very simple and had no hidden clauses. We entrusted our property sale to them on that day and so glad we did. They took complete responsibility from day one. From explaining the process of how they will go about showing my property, advertising it in the right portals, showing the property to prospective buyers, arranging video calls to negotiate, paperwork and pretty much everything else. Not once did I have to step out of my house for any of this. And not one rupee spent from my side, except paying the previously agreed upon service fees at the end, after registration. I would like to specially mention Ramitha Ivar and her team for helping us with khata, EC, Sale Agreement and Registration. They arranged everything and supported us a lot. My property would have still been listed on websites today if not for Settlin and their amazing team. All in all, it took 9 months from start to finish to sell my property. Settlin is a top notch professional company and I can only recommend them to advertise themselves more, so people like me can avail their services easily. Thank you, Settlin and team!

This was my best experience so far dealing with any property consultant. Thoroughly professional and everything under one umbrella. They are ready to help you with everything related to home buying and selling. True to there name, SETTLIN (settle in). I have recently concluded a very complex transaction (people in multiple locations, NRI, khata required, tds exemption to be applied, GPA to be done) and even more complex environment (travel restrictions due to Covid-19), they are perfect advisors and help for everything. I can't thank them enough. Last but not the least, real value for money. I have seen consultants walking away with their fees just to get the negotiation part done...you will get hand-holding throughout the process. Many thanks to Mayank, Uday, Satheesh, Sripada and entire team in the background. I will trust you guys for any future transactions.

It has been an absolutely seamless journey for me with Settlin in general and.CRM Vineeth in particular. I.have had two time experience with him and the service has been absolutely amazing. If I.can give.a rating more than five star then I would definitely do so. He takes that extra mile walk to make the completion of.the job exceedingly easy. Hats off to.him.
