Thanks to Settlin team for helping us to hassle free in buying a flat. All team are professional, helpful and fully reliable. From purchaser point of there is no extra charges charged, all the services from Settlin team was free, only need to deposit 1 lakh amount which is returned after property registration. All paper work along with Legal verification done by Settlin team And many thanks to Mr. Vineeth who handled all process very smoothly and timely manner from starting the documentation till registration. It such a great experience working with him and Settlin Team. Thank you again!!

We had been trying to sell our property from overseas for a couple of months, with 3 deals falling through. Then we chanced upon Settlin. Within weeks we had a buyer. The team at Settlin immediately started a WhatsApp chat group with us and the new buyers. Every document and agreement was clearly and patiently explained. We had zero contacts in Bangalore. They guided us with drafting the Power of Attorney, helped us to procure the Katha titles, the NOC from the apartment and many many other tasks they took over Finally all my husband had to do was to show up in Bangalore with the original documents They were with him for over 4 hours at the Registrar’s office guiding and making sure everything was done smoothly, while updating me over the chat group. Couldn’t be happier with their service They absolutely deserve the 5stars. World class standards. Well done guys. Keep up the good work and you will be the most successful agency in Bangalore. Had a great experience with the services provided by Settlin. Everything was well planned from the first day of contact itself. They have different departments which deal with different stages of the purchase. They co-ordinated the visit with the seller, sent a person to visit the property from their end and helped with price negotiations. They also co-ordinated with the seller in procuring documents and legal verification. On the bank loan end as well, they help to procure additional documents required and co-ordinate with the bank contact person. They also guide for payment of TDS, stamp duty and other miscellaneous charges required and helped with the sale deed registration. Special mention to Hari who assisted with the property visit, Vishal and Vineeth for helping with procuring documents and sale deed registration. Would highly recommend their services.
