I strongly recommend Settlin services for any property transactions. My recent experience has been extremely positive. Considering the fact that I do not live in the city, every aspect of the deal was very carefully & transparently executed. Settlin has in-depth legal/process knowledge and that has contributed to the smooth execution of the deal starting from the agreement till the registration.

Wonderful experience...was able to comeplete my purchase in a very smooth manner ....same was not possible without Settlin people. Staff is really supportive. Got excellent response from Vineeth@ CRM team till the last day. I would recommend settlin properties to everyone who is interested in buying or selling property@ Bangalore

Initially I was not sure to go with Settlin. But, I must say it was a smooth experience buying property. I am very satisffied witht there service. From legal checks and till registration they did all the handholding and provided a seamless experience.They had provided guidance through out the process and were very helpful and supportive. You guys are really doing a good job. Also, they returned my money which they had collected as collateral. Special thanks to Sharanya, who was always available for any query and made sure transaction was completed in time. Keep up the good job guys !

Quite satisfied with the service from Settlin for property purchase. They make the process of purchasing resale property very seamless. Tahir was my POC at the time of seeing properties and Uday handled my case during property due diligence before buying the flat. From selecting the property to purchase, the transaction was completed in 40-45 days because of great coordination by Uday along with the previous flat owner and builder. The property registration at SRO office was also conducted very professionally. Note: They also have tie ups for home loans (optional service) that helps with faster loan disbursement.

At the outset, I thank Mr. Vineeth for his way of handling at SRO for registration. It was very smooth handling and we are not put into any problem. As a buyer we had some apprehensions about certain issues but Mr. Vineeth helped on those issues. We had approached some bank loan on our own but could not get it. Arranged thru some other loans later. Had it been suggested to us by M/s Settlin at the initial stage itself, we could have used that service also. Thank you Mr. Cool, Vineeth.

Helpful staff, guided us on each step & ensured us with smooth transaction. Would like to especially thank Akhilesh from Sales & Ops team, Nagabharana from legal team on the process & guidance. Would highly recommend them. If you go with ICICI bank though then would ask you all to not go to a guy called Suesh who is in partner with Settlin as he won't respond to calls or texts.
