Through Settlin, I bought a resale property, and I was generally satisfied with the assistance they provided. Mr Vineeth is a very polite and calm person. He is so patient that he patiently listened to you and clears all your doubts through all the project's specifics. Being my first purchase ever, he helped me all the way through documentation to registration.

We purchased a NRI property via "settlin properties". The overall experience is easy and hassle free. There are some hiccups at different stages, but everything was overcome with a proper support. Our relationship manager Mr Vineeth was wonderful and have experience on what he handles. He guided us from the start till registration and handing over the keys. The one particular aspect on Vineeth is, even if the customer loses his cool, he remains in calm and polite and answers all the queries. There are few negatives, where there are few documents missed and later banker requested for it and slight delay happened, but this part is ignorable when compared to the overall process on how they deal and handle it. Rather than having a standard checklist, based on the project document the list can be updated. I, personally thank Rajeshwari for understanding our exact requirement and showing us the house accordingly (We saw just three house and finalised one) and Kaleem in kickstarting the seller - buyer talks, and Mr Vineeth for overall taking it untill the registration (and missed out supporting staff, field agents who toil and show houses). Registration was the highlight, which they made sure we don't struggle much, and it was easy process. Amazing work "Team Settlin & Vineeth" and keep growing and improving the process. Thanks to Settlin team for helping us to hassle free in buying a flat. All team are professional, helpful and fully reliable. From purchaser point of there is no extra charges charged, all the services from Settlin team was free, only need to deposit 1 lakh amount which is returned after property registration. All paper work along with Legal verification done by Settlin team And many thanks to Mr. Vineeth who handled all process very smoothly and timely manner from starting the documentation till registration. It such a great experience working with him and Settlin Team. Thank you again!!

This is the first property that is bought in Bangalore through settlin. Settlin won't charge anything from buyers(who are already paying the registration value to govt, paying a lot of charges for loan disbursement) It was a great experience from Day-1. Settlin has overcome a lot of challenges that are coming in between the process. The communication was very good. Special thanks to CRM Vineeth. As we have signed MOU, he is the one who has taken the entire responsibility to complete the transfer of ownership. In our point of view, Vineeth is like a one man army. Our only Suggestion to the future buyer before signing of MOU through settlin is Get confirmation from the sellers at what value the property to be registered, if they want to register for less than govt valuation (which can't be done) - then tell the norms of Karnataka govt as it can't be done. Settlin is a one stop solution, if you are purchasing the first property in Bangalore. Thanks to the settlin team and Vineeth
