Settlin platform and Team has been very helpful from finding a property to registration. To share my experience I would begin that they started with listed properties in my budget, ensured that their executives were available on time to walk me through the property. They have gone beyond my expectation when they were even ready to discuss any other property that was not listed on their platform and ready to atleast see what can be done to assist a customer. I really needed handholding from beginning to end of all the processes and they have proven that Settlin Team is there for you. The team has really shown high level of professionalism when it comes to property searching/selling/buying to registration completion. The whole process was so smoothly carried out that even a new purchaser/seller will feel comfortable and satisfied. Hrishikesh, Sharath and Vineeth all were very helpful and supportive. Every query was handled with so much patience and humbleness. Special Thanks to Vineeth for guiding through the whole process and ensuring that everything is carried out as per process and on time. I truly feel he is an asset to the Team and Settlin. The credit for this deal closure truly goes to him and it was pleasure working with him. Based on my experience I can vouch for Settlin incase someone is looking for any property related assistance. They have done an amazing job and won customer's trust. Eventhough I agree that there is room of improvement when it comes to negotiations, I still feel they deserve 5 STAR.

The most simplest, fastest, friendly and stress-free way to buy a house. Super Thanks to the entire team for finding me the right home and assisting me in all validations required. I thank Jyotsana and Raji ma'am to help me search for the right home. I thank Mr.Kaleem to take the deal to the next level. A very very BIG thanks to Sharanya ma'am to help me in all the legal formalities and the guidance+support throughout the journey. Thanks to all the supporting staffs who helped me in the process. And special thanks to my seller who is a gentleman. To Be Very Honest! without Settlin and with my knowledge in property purchase, it would have been an nightmare. We had great experience with Settlin who did so much of work to get customers to see flat to getting all the documentation ready and then finally for Sale deed registration at Sub-registrar office, they know all the process and cover each aspect in detail. Especially CRM Vineeth was with us at each step of the entire process, thanks to Vineeth and Settlin we had hassle free apartment sale.

I have always depended on Settlin for my real estate transations. I have used Settlin for selling a row house in LGCL Bamboo Forest in 2018. I was not able to sell the property for close to 3 years and Settlin helped in selling the property. When I was planning to sell my 2 BHK apartment in Republic of whitefield this year, I did not list on any real estate portal but my first port of call was Settlin. The transaction was closed within couple of month. Setllin also helped in getting the Khata certificate and Extract. They also seamlessly coordinated with buyer, buyer's home loan bank and arranged for registration. The best part of Setllin is that they will keep you updated on the progress and they will chase you rather than other way around. All in all want to call out Uday, Vineet and Mayank for the professional and courteous approach and going beyond the agreed norms to facilitate the transaction.

My experience was good with Settlin. They showed property and tell everything. They did everything .yhry made sale agreement and sale deed. They did everything for registration of property. Special Thanks to Bindu and Kiran. They did their job properly. I just want to say ,if you want to buy property in Bangalore then choose only Settlin. Iam a happy customer 😀.
