Had done my resale property registration through Settlin, They are very professional right from the start till registration of the property. Settlin team has lot of knowledge in resolving every query regarding property transaction. Very happy and would recommend to every one who wanted to look for professional help. Lot of room to grow in terms of defining the exact time lines of each work beforehand.

I was looking for a resale 3bhk flat over last 6 months but I was not getting a suitable property within my budget, settlin helped to schedule a visit to the properties which I had requested for and there had been many properties which I didn't like and the ones I liked were outside my budget, but one fine day settlin suggested me one good property which was within my budget. The settlin team took care of complete procedure right from setting up negotiation call with seller to sale deed execution. They also helped in getting property documents from seller, providing legal opinion on the documents, sale deed execution at SRO and everything went really smooth and fast. Many many thanks to Md Ibrahim, Monica and Ramitha for being a thorough professionals👏 👏 .

Hats off to the SettIIn team for enabling the sale of my 3 bedroom apartment in Whitefield, Bangalore. As an NRI seller, I recommend their services for all things real estate. I thank CRM Vineeth Venugopal for his professionalism and patience. I found Vineeth to be very knowledgable, calm and practical. Although I found my own buyer, Varsha, Mayank, Revanth and Zigmey were very helpful in showing my house to several prospective buyers and promptly updating me each time on the progress. I purchased their documentation and seller support services finally to review agreement for sale, draft sale deed and ensure power of attorney documents were all in order and a smooth sale was enabled right till the day of registration.
