I purchased Flat through Settlin. Amazing service. They handle each and everything from start till end of Registration. So I was checking properties with Settlin and we almost finalised one but due to the seller changing his mind could not proceed. In the entire process, Settlin people were very supportive and they will clarify everything very clearly. The legal associate from Settlin Kavyashree made sure that I stay informed about all the proceedings and made sure that even if the deal did not close, I get my refund on time. There was no hassle at all. Thanks team Settlin, hopeful of getting another property soon.

I bought one house through settlin. Buying a property for the first time wouldn't be that easy, if I wouldn't have met settlin team. It was very much hassle free, relax and smooth process. They help me throughout the process, right from property search till property registration in my name. Hand holding all the time for a novice to make sure all is well, all the time. I think, the kind of service they are providing with respect to their charge, just flat Rs. 47,200 , is most cheapest across the market. However, their service and professionalism are at the top class. That's make them first choice for any property buyer or even seller. Last but not least, I would like to thanks Uday, Piyush and their team for wonderful support all the time. You guys are best. Thanks settlin for settle me down in Bangalore.

Very helpful and supportive staff. It was an amazing experience from end to end. Settlin helped us purchase a flat in Begur where the seller was an NRI. Everything with regards to TDS payment and all other formalities, Settlin was on top of it. Special thanks to Ramitha who was always there to support and respond and resolve all queries and issues.
