We had our house purchased through settlin, we got through Rishikesh and she helped us to initiate purchase process. Post that Vineeth from CRM team has taken up with the further process and he helped us to close everything as smoothly as possible. He is very proactive and co-ordinative. My daughter sold her deluxe luxury apt thru Settlin. Registered with them for sale with apt details in July and very pro job done by their team Intro direct and meet with prospective buyers,filter down to genuine ones and sold by August end. Vineet and his team did an excellent job. We'll done guys 👏👏

My experience with Settlin was extremely positive. I recently purchased a resale flat in Nandi Woods through Settlin. Settlin took care of all the documentation from drafting MoU, Sale agreement, Sale deed, making it a breeze for the buyer. Right from the beginning CRM Vineeth was very responsive, he explained clearly all the steps and processes involved. Always gave the correct checklist of documents needed for loan or registration and mediated the communication with seller also smoothly. It was a smooth experience and I am genuinely satisfied. I would highly recommend Settlin to first time home buyers as they are very knowledgeable in this real estate business and CRM Vineeth was also very sincere, professional and helpful during the entire process

Vineeth, shanoj and settlin team were so much supportive from the begining of initial property discussion till registration. We were little concerned as it was resale property were we dont know the seller before but settlin was arranging all sorts of meeting and arrangements with seller and ensured all the required documents are collected before proceeding with sale and legal verification.
