It was a 'Mission impossible' for us.The seller was in Bangalore to close the deal and was leaving in the weekend. The banks though initially confirmed, but at the last hour refused to disburse the loan because of Authorization issues as the seller was an NRI. It was then that Settlin got into to action. They got the loan disbursed on one day through another bank and completed the registration the next day (Friday). Very grateful to Settlin, especially Vineet. Ravi Iyer

I strongly recommend Settlin services for any property transactions. I would say Settlin is one stop solution to purchase/sell the property as they take care of end to end solution including legal verification, loans, registration, etc. Also they are very much transparent with complete execution. Settlin has in-depth legal/process knowledge and that has contributed to the smooth execution of the deal starting from the agreement till the registration. I would like to thank Mr. Ashish for guiding me with finance planning along with complete property transaction till the registration. Keep up the good work guys :)

Special mention to Akshay. He took full ownership. He was by my side from searching phase till I booked my flat. Showed me multiple properties, understood my requirements patiently. He was available 24x7 to answer my queries. He also helped me in the negotiation. Overall a fabulous service and made my journey of home ownership a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended if you are planning to buy a house.
