So I was checking properties with Settlin and we almost finalised one but due to the seller changing his mind could not proceed. In the entire process, Settlin people were very supportive and they will clarify everything very clearly. The legal associate from Settlin Kavyashree made sure that I stay informed about all the proceedings and made sure that even if the deal did not close, I get my refund on time. There was no hassle at all. Thanks team Settlin, hopeful of getting another property soon.

We bought a flat few days back with the support of Settlin. I have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. But Settlin is found to become exceptional and highly professional. They made us to feel so comfortable at every step of the process of buying our dream home. Their level of service is faultless and of a great help for completing the whole buying process within in a record time of 4 weeks. I strongly recommend them for buyers of properties at Bangalore as I found them stringently following the regulations and exercising diligent care to check all the requirements for us in buying the flat. We are very much thankful to Mr. Vineet. We noticed his pleasure in his responses and has done wonderful commendable work in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner all that to our utmost satisfaction.

Worked with Vineeth and the rest of the settlein team for the documentation and legal service. Found the seller of the flat on my own, but both me as a buyer and the seller did not know the legalities and paperwork involved for the entire transaction. They guided us through the entire process, charges, and timelines. Initially it looks like nothing gets done, but at the end, during the registration, is where you understand that other property consultants or even doing it on your own, would have been a really bad choice. I was insistent on having the house loan taken from SBI. While I’ve only heard horror stories on taking a home loan with SBI, the entire process was a breeze and the team worked directly with the SBI associate in getting all the paperwork ready. 2 visits to the bank, several signatures, and the bank is sorted as well. Writing this review almost 3 months later due to the apprehensions I’ve had with both settlein and SBI, but now after this cool down period, it was totally worth it.

Highly professional and responsive agency. They stayed with us from end to end. Right from finding the right property to getting the registration done. Great team. Great leadership. When I got buyer to buy my flat, I had lot of confusion to proceed with sale process. I have been trying with different agents/brokers to get clear procedure for resale. But each agent was suggesting to follow different actions and told me that nothing will happen if I skip few of the required actions. But finally went to settlin to discuss about resale and Ashish had guided me with clear steps like 1. Being a seller what I should complete 2. Being buyer what they need to check 3. Told me to finish some of the required entries like Khata, tax receipt s etc The charges were fair and guided us till the execution of sale deed in sub registrar office. I will be preferring settlin as my next consultant if I have to buy new property. Thank you Ashish n settlin team for closing the process with ease.
