I availed services of Settlin for selling my 2 BHK flat at Horamavu after being tired of not getting genuine buyer leads from all the online portals. Settlin has set of very dedicated and professional staff who provide you with complete details of the services they offer and also very transparent about their pricing. For me Vineeth was the relationship manager, who was of great help. He ensured of providing me regular updates on the prospective buyers and once the buyer finalized the property he was instrumental in guiding both the parties in completing the transaction. He also ensured that he coordinate with the legal team for their opinion, buyer bank contact to ensure that the whole experience was seamless. Harinath Reddy and him were with me and the buyer throughout during the registration process. Thank you Vineeth, Harinath and team Settlin for all your help!!

It has been an absolutely seamless journey for me with Settlin in general and.CRM Vineeth in particular. I.have had two time experience with him and the service has been absolutely amazing. If I.can give.a rating more than five star then I would definitely do so. He takes that extra mile walk to make the completion of.the job exceedingly easy. Hats off to.him. It was great working with Settlin team for property purchase. We really had a wonderful experience with Settlin right from the day one till the final registration. I have seen lot of good reviews about settlin so got into deal with them. But not everyone is lucky in property deals, in my case seller went rogue. He kept delaying documents and one day he said there’s dispute on property and ran away. It took me time but settlin did refund me my advance. In addition they gave 50% of cost incurred by me on loan processing fee from their own pocket and promised to take legal action against seller and refund other 50% too. So after all I can say you can trust settlin. One more advice to future buyer , don’t go ahead until you get all documents.
