I had reached out to Settlin Property Consultancy for purchasing a flat for my parent. Uday CM from Settlin helped us get through the journey providing me answers to all my queries. He was very approachable and knowledgeable in the aspects of purchasing a property. I just sold my flat through Settlin Properties and my experience has been outstanding. Vineeth V, our legal associate was very proactive and always on top of things. He made sure we have all documentation in place, helped in getting documents that we did not have and also made sure the entire process is smooth. Without him, we would not have been able to run around and do things on our own. I recommend everyone who is trying to sell their property to go through Settlin. You will not regret you decision. I have seen lot of good reviews about settlin so got into deal with them. But not everyone is lucky in property deals, in my case seller went rogue. He kept delaying documents and one day he said there’s dispute on property and ran away. It took me time but settlin did refund me my advance. In addition they gave 50% of cost incurred by me on loan processing fee from their own pocket and promised to take legal action against seller and refund other 50% too. So after all I can say you can trust settlin. One more advice to future buyer , don’t go ahead until you get all documents.

The overall all process was extremely smooth and hassle free. Vineeth CRM was extremely helpful and was always available throughout the process. It was a great experience working with Vineeth. He took the responsibility and meticulously took care of all legal work. Because of Vineeth everything happened on time and we felt absolutely no pressure. Recently purchased property through Settlin. They have plenty of resale properties listed on the site. Team does great job in scheduling visit and suggesting property based on individual needs. Once property is finalized they have streamlined process starting from negotiation till the sale deed registration of property. Vineeth from CRM team has been very helpful. Thanks Settlin team.
