Worked with Settlin team for properly sale. They have good team to handle photos related property and publish the same around property websites. All buyers visits are coordinated properly. Settlin.in. my experience after I posted on NoBroker and Magic bricks. I am amazed at their proactivity. They contacted me regarding my property I had put on sale in Nov 2022.i had moved to Canada by then. My first coordination was Mr. Kaleem who promised me to get my flat sold. I was OK. He is a thorough professional who introduced me to buyers. They were patient. Finally in July 2023, I decided to sell my flat in Koramangala to the guy who was interested. After that, my CRM Vineeth took over my case and handled it so professionally. I am in Canada and property in Bangalore is getting sold. Vineeth guided me in all the process and finally the slave registration was completed on 25 Mar 2024. Thanks Vineeth for handling the sale procedure including registration end to end. Vineeth, shanoj and settlin team were so much supportive from the begining of initial property discussion till registration. We were little concerned as it was resale property were we dont know the seller before but settlin was arranging all sorts of meeting and arrangements with seller and ensured all the required documents are collected before proceeding with sale and legal verification.
