Settlin has helped me to complete my flat sale recently. Being at abroad, It was a difficult task for me to find out a buyer and carry out the sale formalities especially during this pandemic time. Settlin and special mention to Mr Uday who has helped me through all the process. Settlin has a very transparent process in which both the parties are kept well informed about the progress at each stage. Uday have provided seamless assistance in finishing the end to end registration formalities. He excelled on his service with exceptional professionalism. Thanks a lot to Uday and Setllin!! Keep up the good work and I wish you all success in future! I would strongly recommend Setllin to anyone who is looking to buy/sell property in Bangalore.

I had sold my flat in Whitefield through Settlin and they had ensured a seamless process, well coordinated between me & the buyer. Ensured timely updates provided on documentation status, fixing the registration dates and ensuring compliances as required by the law. They had also helped the buyer in completing the TDS formalities as well as paying the required registration fees. Overall, I am happy with their approach especially Vineet who was there till the last minute to complete the formalities without causing any issues to both buyer and seller.

I purchased a flat through Settlin and I will definitely recommend Settlin to you in case you're planning to purchase a resale flat. My interactions were primarily with Uday for the entire transaction and it was super smooth and he was on top of it always. I am not so aware of the real estate processes generally. I've always found all the govt office related tasks super difficult. Uday was always there to explain to me the documents needed and the finer details when it comes to filling out forms etc when necessary.. Settlin was immensely helpful when it came to having the Agreement , sale Deeds etc made for the purchase. All the legal clauses etc which were needed were taken care of for me so that I am not at loss because of anything. They even helped me with the loan process by connecting me to the loan contact from the Bank I chose (SBI). Documents pick up/drop, everything taken care of. The commission they charged (0.5%) was not a worry for me given the help I've found in them.

I sold my flat through Settlein property consultants and overall had a great experience in terms of the service provided to me. Uday from settlein was assigned with my case and he was quite helpful to get all the documents in place by applying it in the right offices. Uday kept buyer and seller informed on the progress and made it a breeze at the registration as well. I would suggest to with Settlein anytime for selling or buying of property. Settlin was fantastic in their service during our purchase of a property. They were extremely prompt, efficient and polite while executing the long purchase process with so many steps. Vineeth was particularly very accomodative of our requests for multipe viewings even at short notice one of the times. The documents handling, explanation of all steps well prior to execution and constant follow up just made the whole purchase process extremely easy! Will recommend it highly to anyone willing to sell or buy property in Bengaluru!
