I feel myself lucky to avail Settlin brokerage services for purchase of apartment in demanding market like bangalore. There are so many issues /legal proceedings/documentation and other state govt formalities that comes with purchase of property. Recently purchased property through Settlin. They have plenty of resale properties listed on the site. Team does great job in scheduling visit and suggesting property based on individual needs. Once property is finalized they have streamlined process starting from negotiation till the sale deed registration of property. Vineeth from CRM team has been very helpful. Thanks Settlin team.
