Hats off to the SettIIn team for enabling the sale of my 3 bedroom apartment in Whitefield, Bangalore. As an NRI seller, I recommend their services for all things real estate. I thank CRM Vineeth Venugopal for his professionalism and patience. I found Vineeth to be very knowledgable, calm and practical. Although I found my own buyer, Varsha, Mayank, Revanth and Zigmey were very helpful in showing my house to several prospective buyers and promptly updating me each time on the progress. I purchased their documentation and seller support services finally to review agreement for sale, draft sale deed and ensure power of attorney documents were all in order and a smooth sale was enabled right till the day of registration. Keep up the great work !

I had sold my flat in Whitefield through Settlin and they had ensured a seamless process, well coordinated between me & the buyer. Ensured timely updates provided on documentation status, fixing the registration dates and ensuring compliances as required by the law. They had also helped the buyer in completing the TDS formalities as well as paying the required registration fees. Overall, I am happy with their approach especially Vineet who was there till the last minute to complete the formalities without causing any issues to both buyer and seller.

I strongly recommend Settlin services for any property transactions. My recent experience has been extremely positive. Excellent service by Settlin in handling the entire documentation & registration of property. Their staff Mr. Uday was very patient in explaining the process / legal angles even if asked multiple times. They are a truly a professional company & people and not like these standalone agents who try to rush things just to get the paper work complete

At the outset, I thank Mr. Vineeth for his way of handling at SRO for registration. It was very smooth handling and we are not put into any problem. As a buyer we had some apprehensions about certain issues but Mr. Vineeth helped on those issues. We had approached some bank loan on our own but could not get it. Arranged thru some other loans later. Had it been suggested to us by M/s Settlin at the initial stage itself, we could have used that service also. Thank you Mr. Cool, Vineeth.
