It has been a great experience for me as a Seller who was trying to Sell his property remotely from Overseas. At one point I was giving up owing to the complexity and uncertainty involved in the transaction due to carrying out remotely, however Settlein put down a clear plan and list of documents needed to carry out the deal remotely. They are very diligent and eventually I started getting the trust and confidence and especially with Uday getting involved, it gave me a lot of confidence. Uday is superb and helped me at every point. You can definitely trust his experience . I will surely recommend Settle In due to professionalism that they have.

We had been trying to sell our property from overseas for a couple of months, with 3 deals falling through. Then we chanced upon Settlin. Within weeks we had a buyer. The team at Settlin immediately started a WhatsApp chat group with us and the new buyers. Every document and agreement was clearly and patiently explained. We had zero contacts in Bangalore. They guided us with drafting the Power of Attorney, helped us to procure the Katha titles, the NOC from the apartment and many many other tasks they took over Finally all my husband had to do was to show up in Bangalore with the original documents They were with him for over 4 hours at the Registrar’s office guiding and making sure everything was done smoothly, while updating me over the chat group. I had a very pleasant experience selling my apartment in Bangalore with the help of Settlin team. Shanoj was very prompt in arranging the visits for prospective buyers. Then once the buyer was found, Vineeth took over and made us feel at ease at every step of the sale process. Be it arranging the paperwork or arranging a CA or co-ordinating things at the sub-registrar office, Vineeth was always there to help and to answer any of our queries. He was available 24x7 to answer my queries. He also helped me in the negotiation. Overall a fabulous service and made my journey of home ownership a very pleasant experience.
