Hi, I am really thrilled to write about Settlin.in Property Consultancy, they have been the most professional agencies i have ever come across. Right from the Day 1 - Pavan was the one who reached out to me regarding choosing a good listed property and in no time, they were able to hunt down few good flats for us. They helped us in negotiating the deal which was within our expectation. They were able to move things quickly and establish connect between Seller n Buyer. Once we finalized the deal, we got a new point of contact (Vineet) who was extremely prompt in getting the documentation of Agreements, filing of TAN, getting original docs from sellers, appointing bank loan contact etc. They are professionals who listen to you and your concerns and are able to provide a quick solution without any confusions. Before the day of registration Vineet helped me in making all the online payouts of Stamp Duty to Registration fees etc. which was commendable as its difficult to understand for people who are not well-versed in this area while doing these tasks by themselves. On the D-Day of Registration we met Uday in the Registration office who is a lawyer by profession, he was able to take us through the process smoothly though there were hundreds of people queuing up. All in all we had a great and a smooth experience right from day one till the closure.
