Hats off to the SettIIn team for enabling the sale of my 3 bedroom apartment in Whitefield, Bangalore. As an NRI seller, I recommend their services for all things real estate. I thank CRM Vineeth Venugopal for his professionalism and patience. I found Vineeth to be very knowledgable, calm and practical. Although I found my own buyer, Varsha, Mayank, Revanth and Zigmey were very helpful in showing my house to several prospective buyers and promptly updating me each time on the progress. I purchased their documentation and seller support services finally to review agreement for sale, draft sale deed and ensure power of attorney documents were all in order and a smooth sale was enabled right till the day of registration. Keep up the great work !

I really liked the way Settlein professionally handled and completed transition. Right from the beginning to guide in selecting the property to negotiation to initiating the handover, document verification and helping in registration. Great experience with Settlin !! I have bought a property recently and got great support from Settlin in the overall process. Special mention for Mr. Uday who is very professional and thorough with his work. He always kept me updated about the progress and helped in every aspect, there were so many complexities involved in my case but Uday was able to provide suitable suggestion/ solution every time. He helped us in a very seamless registration process also. I am very satisfied with my experience with Settlin and would definitely recommend Settlin for everyone.

I had chosen and finalised a property and approached settling for legal services and sale agreement and deed drafting and assistance in registration Vineeth was the CRM who helped with the complete process, it was a very pleasant experience working with Vineeth and the settlin team ( special thanks to Uday) There was no hiccups in any of the services provided , settling team is very professional and it gave me peace of mind throughout the process. House purchase is a high value transaction and it takes time to close the deal due to multiple reasons.like delay due to loan process , verification in govt offices , spelling mistakes in existing documents etc …. In course of time , I got the confidence that it’s taken care of by professional team and any work that’s needs to be done in executing the high value transaction will be completed without any errors and on time. I never had to travel to anywhere for any of the steps including legal opinion , tax payment , document submission etc … All services were door step or used local couriers Overall I was very satisfied with the services and recommend settlin for services they provided

My experience was very nice. Right from the beginning of showing the property till the registration of the property, the handling was very well managed. Special mention to Mr Uday for his diligent and thorough work throughout the whole process. Settlin is solving a good problem in the space of real estate sector. I wish them all the best as being a founding member of my start up, we are also solving another problem in this domain.
