We had a wonderful experience with the Settlin team in closing the deal. Their commitment right from showing units to the final registration was commendable. Settlin was involved in each an every step of our journey for purchasing home. We would like to thank in particular, Mr. Vineeth, who acted like our partner in this journey and assisted us in all possible manner. He has been a crucial link responsible for closure of our deal in fair and transparent manner. Sale deed execution, Stamp duty process & TDS payment process of the property was explained by him along with being with us in this entire process. The professionalism of Mr. Vineeth and other members was above our expectation. We would surely refer Settlin to others, looking to be home-owners

My relationship with Settlin started in the 1st week of December 2023. Fathima was my first coordinator who helped me assigned a liaison to visiting the first property. She is a very polite person having a calm temperament.Then came Vishal. He helped me a lot to visit number of properties. My journey of visiting the property started with the Liaison Mr.Johnson arranged by Fathima. Then a number of liaisons came whose name must be mentioned here specially for their cool and attentive service. Shivaprasad surely attracts special mention. This guy is so helpful. Micah is another cool and silent person. Settlin rightly have chosen them. Thus my relationship with Settlin gradually deepens and my search for a home in Bangalore could see a light of hope. The hectic journey ended in a deal with a good seller with the help of Urvashi madam. Actually there are two sellers, they are a nice couple. We are lucky to have such sellers. In this vital scenario Vineeth came as our CRM from Settlin. During this time I have many conversations with him and I thought this gentleman might be an aged person because his knowledge, temperament and well behaviour made me think so. But at last, when I met this old man(!) at Indiranagar SRO at the time of registration of the sale deed I really got astonished to see him, a very young and energetic guy full of experience in his field of work. I think Settlin can go miles ahead if these types of energetic, cool headed, well behaved people are working with them. My well wishes to Settlin and it's entire team who put their best efforts to the customer. Though Settlin tries to give its customers a flawless and neat service I think they should be more careful in giving the details of the properties such as: 1. I visited a property with no power backup facility but it was mentioned having power backup. 2. The property (a residential flat) we purchased was mentioned by them as North facing but actually it is East Thanks Settlin, thanks Vineeth wishing you a very happy and prosperous days always

Bought a flat using Settlin recently. Very well run and smooth transaction. Other than the purchase was also guided through other govt formalities and work needed post registration. Was given timely updates along every step and useful advice as a first time buyer. Would like to commend Mr Vineeth and Mr Uday for their professionalism and help throughout.

Settlin did an excellent job throughout starting from finding a buyer, helping in paperwork, making both the buyer and seller well informed at all times. Maintained professionalism at all times. I will fully recommend Settlin for all the buyers and sellers who wants to buy or sell the property. Thanks Vineeth and Uday for all your hard work and support. Much appreciated. Very happy about the service received from the Settlin team. They are very professional, transparent, and highly experienced. I interacted with Mr. Jay, Mr. Vineeth, and Mr. Uday. All are very professional and polite in their interaction. I purchased a flat from an NRI. Mr. Vineeth, who was my relationship manager detailed me all the steps including the TDS etc. Mr. Vineeth was always available to answer any of my queries. He is very patient, listening and helpful. Settlin team is very systematic, transparent, and open in their communication to all the stakeholders. Mr. Uday did all the planning and execution of the registration process. Settlin handles all the complexities involved in the process. I strongly recommend Settlin team to a potential buyer or a seller. Initially I was not sure to go with Settlin. But, I must say it was a smooth experience buying property. I am very satisffied witht there service. From legal checks and till registration they did all the handholding and provided a seamless experience.They had provided guidance through out the process and were very helpful and supportive. You guys are really doing a good job. Also, they returned my money which they had collected as collateral. Special thanks to Sharanya, who was always available for any query and made sure transaction was completed in time. Keep up the good job guys !
