I highly recommend Settlin for property buying and selling. It is an an easy task to buy a property and more tougher to resell a property, I had to answer a phone call from Settlin and I was briefed about the process from START to END transparently. M/s Settlin helped me in arranging serious buyer visits for a property without bothering owner much over phone calls. Also Mr, Uday helped in getting certain paper work done from Government offices. Settlin team adds value to the task they do! All the Best Mr.Veneeth, Mr. Uday, Mayank and Settlin Team.

The Settlin team is very professional and knowledgeable and understand the expectations of their customers. I was very impressed by their processes, attention to details and above all are very courteous and polite. Would like to appreciate the whole Settlin team for executing the sale sucessfully,it was challenging as the seller is NRI, l as a buyer has no clue how to proceed the deal.Settlin team has handled it well though there were delay due to POA getting ready.Apprecitate the proffesonalism of the team.Specially would like to thank Vineeth the CRM who had handled the transaction till it has been accomplished, more then technical knowledge, he has a very good soft skills which suits dealing diffrent clients with different ambitions.

Recently purchased property through Settlin. They have plenty of resale properties listed on the site. Team does great job in scheduling visit and suggesting property based on individual needs. Once property is finalized they have streamlined process starting from negotiation till the sale deed registration of property. Vineeth from CRM team has been very helpful. Thanks Settlin team.
