Settlin.in. my experience after I posted on NoBroker and Magic bricks. I am amazed at their proactivity. They contacted me regarding my property I had put on sale in Nov 2022.i had moved to Canada by then. My first coordination was Mr. Kaleem who promised me to get my flat sold. I was OK. He is a thorough professional who introduced me to buyers. They were patient. Finally in July 2023, I decided to sell my flat in Koramangala to the guy who was interested. After that, my CRM Vineeth took over my case and handled it so professionally. I am in Canada and property in Bangalore is getting sold. Vineeth guided me in all the process and finally the slave registration was completed on 25 Mar 2024. Thanks Vineeth for handling the sale procedure including registration end to end. I want to express my gratitude to you personally when I visit Bangalore next. Love the entire Settlin team

Settlin team is the most professional out in the Bangalore Market when it comes to the Buying or Selling of Properties. They contacted me & offered to help me with the Selling of my flat with a very simple agreement, which I just acknowledged over the email to begin with. That’s it. Post which they began marketing it on various platforms. Then came the process of they showing it to buyers & that too was well coordinated every time with ETA of people arriving. Now compare this with the biggies out their in the market who dominate the Ad scene both on papers & on Digital, who can’t promise to help without any payments going out of your pocket. Settlin scores on every count. They take monies only if they sell or help you buy. Period. All the best Settlin team🤘

I was unable to sell my property in Bangalore over 2 - 3 years. Finallly, I got it sold through Settlin. Employees were responsive, patient and good on polite communication. Their pricing is low and reasonable. The only hiccup in my case was that the process got dragged a little longer. But they can do the job right and leave you hassle free.

Had a really seamless experience working with settlin. Bunch of really passionate people who would work with you until the end. I would like to highlight Vineeth from the group who went above and beyond to help us close the deal. He was there helping us every step of the way. Really happy to work with him! Also to Hari who was there during registration- he did a lot of help to us to get the property registered. Overall would really recommend settlin !

I got my first property in a good locality through Settlin, the property shortlisting through the app was awesome, I think this is what should be the way of property search, the app clearly mentions the property attributes in details. The support staff were also knowledgeable that helped me in each step of the processes right from property due diligence till the registration. Thanks a lot Settlin for this quality services.

I would say "Settlin is the best place to go with purchasing the property or selling it off". I never expected purchasing a property would be a smooth ride, Ashish and his team had dealt our case with such ease. And I really appreciate all your efforts in explaining us the process and making the things quite easier both the seller and buyer.
