Thank you very much team Settlin, a genuine and highly professional team to help you out in any property dealings in Bangalore. We were a bit skeptical at the inception, but eventually, we could feel their trustworthiness as time went by. Our endless search for a property has come to a peaceful end this month. Mr. Vineeth (CRM) is very efficient, gentle and polite in all dealings and knows how to balance the things between the respective buyer and the seller. Mr. Kiran was very helpful at the time of registration and we could finish off the entire process in an hour. We extend our thanks to Mr. Sharath, Ms. Urvashi and Ms. Sharanya for your kind help at different levels. Wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Recently I purchased a resale property through Settlin. First of all thanks to Settlin team to help me to find out a property as per my budget and choice. They helped and guided me in End 2 End procedure to get the property conveniently. All the paperworks and registration related process done very smoothly by Vineeth. He is so polite, humble and well-behaved guy who can respect the sentiments of both the parties. Also thanks to the sales team especially Kapil and Sameena who helped me from the very first day. All over it was a wonderful experience to work with them and I highly recommend Settlin . Three Cheers, keep it up team Settlin.

Very happy about the service received from the Settlin team. They are very professional, transparent, and highly experienced. I interacted with Mr. Jay, Mr. Vineeth, and Mr. Uday. All are very professional and polite in their interaction. I purchased a flat from an NRI. Mr. Vineeth, who was my relationship manager detailed me all the steps including the TDS etc. Mr. Vineeth was always available to answer any of my queries. He is very patient, listening and helpful. Settlin team is very systematic, transparent, and open in their communication to all the stakeholders. Mr. Uday did all the planning and execution of the registration process. Settlin handles all the complexities involved in the process. I strongly recommend Settlin team to a potential buyer or a seller.
