The most simplest, fastest, friendly and stress-free way to buy a house. Super Thanks to the entire team for finding me the right home and assisting me in all validations required. So I was checking properties with Settlin and we almost finalised one but due to the seller changing his mind could not proceed. In the entire process, Settlin people were very supportive and they will clarify everything very clearly. The legal associate from Settlin Kavyashree made sure that I stay informed about all the proceedings and made sure that even if the deal did not close, I get my refund on time. There was no hassle at all. Thanks team Settlin, hopeful of getting another property soon.

We made a purchase of flat through Settlin. We had excellent experience with Settlin right from the getting in touch with the owner till making the final registration. All the queries were resolved on time. All the details were properly documented right from preparing MOU for sale to preparing sale agreement and sale deed. Specially I want to mention, the efforts of Jai to start the conversation and Uday for all the other procedures till the registration were commendable. The seller had to visit only once that's on registration day. Uday who was managing the sale, has been very active in solving all the doubts and also maintained all the paperwork systematically. Overall excellent effort by Settlin team.

I would highly recommend to use settlin app services. The app is completely free to use. The best thing I like on app is you can view available properties on a visual map. The filters are also very easy to apply to narrow down your search . All the brokerage charges are NIL for buyers. They have very large varieties of resale properties listings in Bangalore. Everyone will find properties suitable for their preferences. I visited 5-6 properties as an interest to purchase one. The property visits are all automated through app. Once you request a visit, an executive will be assigned to show you the property. After visiting you will share your OTP to confirm property visit completion. You get unlimited free property visits through the app. If you like the property you can share your interest with the sale SPOC. Your interest will be forwarded to the property owner/seller. A meeting offline/online will be scheduled to discuss pricing or anything buyers needs to confirm. Infact you can have N numbers of meeting request with seller. If you are happy you can move forward to buy the property. All the legal related work, CA related work are taken care by Setllin team (all free). They will collect all the copies of property for you and will provide you the same for your own verification. You can then forward all the documents to your own lawyer and banker. As per my experience, everything went smooth. From Settlin team Sharanya was assigned for closing my deal. She went thoroughly with the property details and provided all the documents in timely manner. She has adequate knowledge about Karnataka real estate buying and selling rules/regulations. Sharanya and her team are all professionals. All the communications were through email, whatsapp group, virtual meetings and direct calls. She was involved from the beginning till the day of registration. I have very positive experience after with the settlin team and their services provided. Again, I will highly recommend to once explore this app if you are interested in buying/selling any property.
