I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr.Vineeth from settlin team to buy a property. I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team had great communication. They were always available to answer to any queries regarding the property any time. They truly did listen to Mt needs and preferences ensuring the property viewed was in my criteria. They have been great throughout the process. They have ensured that things move in a proper manner and timelines are met. CRM manager Vineeth had gone beyond his normal duties to help wherever it was needed. The only con with their entire process is that the seller has very limited liability initially which should be looked at.

Really nice experience while selling Property through Settlin. Since I work outside Bangalore wanted someone to take care of end to end process of finding buyers to documentations to final process. Happy to share Settlin ticked all the check boxes throughout. They have a strong team including legal who took care of verifications and were in constant touch with updates. They took care of entire process @Subregistar office and left once complete transfer happened to new buyer. Special thanks to Vineeth who was with us throughout coordinating between buyer and seller. I sold my flat through Settlin. I haven't come across more professional, responsible and transparent property dealer than so far. They take the complete responsibility from arranging the visits, facilitating the negotiations, documentation, legal verification and registration. Payment is done only at the end of the registration process and till then they are there to help at every stage of the dealing. I highly recommend Settlin to everyone who is looking to buy or sell property in Bangalore.

I have seen lot of good reviews about settlin so got into deal with them. But not everyone is lucky in property deals, in my case seller went rogue. He kept delaying documents and one day he said there’s dispute on property and ran away. It took me time but settlin did refund me my advance. In addition they gave 50% of cost incurred by me on loan processing fee from their own pocket and promised to take legal action against seller and refund other 50% too. So after all I can say you can trust settlin. One more advice to future buyer , don’t go ahead until you get all documents.

A team of absolute professionals. In property transactions people are more skepticle about the genuinity of the parties involved & so do I at the beginning. But today I can honestly assure the authenticity of this team & highly recommend to anyone wants get through a property transaction. Recently I bought a property through them & it was a pleasant experince. Yes, there were few hiccups during this transaction but still I maintain 5star rating for this team considering their efforts under many constraints during this pendamic. In my case they have taken care of end to end things. Out of this experience I can say the best things about them as theirTransparency & Complete Functional Solutions. I would suggest them to increase their inventories to explore more options for customers & improve a bit on their office ambience. Wishing them a lot of success & growth.
