Vineeth was always calm and patient whenever I had questions or clarifications. The way he handled this entire procedure was truly commendable. The legal was done in details by Vineeth and al the documents were meticulously handled. He was extremely professional and dedicated. From the initiation of the conversation till the date of registration Vineeth was there. He helped outside of working hours. He always went above and beyond to make this entire process smooth. We have purchased our first property in Bangalore through Settlin's Platform. The most appreciable thing about settlin is, sales team are very kind and Co-operative in nature to explore many properties which are suitable to us and also very prompt & particular to visit the properties. Every visit of property Different Settlin’s executives came at particular locations on time, and they help very nicely to visit the properties. I think it’s excellent service settlin offering in this space across market which I think no one offering currently is real estate space and would like to thank Vishal & Rishikesh for helping a lot to finalise the property. From legal team, Ramitha has been pretty cooperative throughout the process especially when it came to sale deed execution, Stamp duty process & TDS payment process of the property. Area where Settlin need to improve is TAT of of the processes and the legal service. Comparing the quality of legal scrutiny report received from Settlin with bank legal report which my bank has done from a law firm I find that in this aspect Settlin can improve by having consultations with the professional real-estate lawyers who do legal scrutiny as per bank’s standards so no need to do 2-time reports to buyers. Also need to review different TAT of process of sale agreement, legal report and refund of booking amount which can help buyer and seller to execute transaction as soon as early. Apart from these, my overall experience has been good, and can repeat transactions with Settlin in future.

Doing property transactions when you are remote isn't easy normally. The Settlin.in team has beat all my expectations and has been extremely professional, clean and straightforward from the first day of our interaction all the way through the closure and the excellent follow-up even after sale/registration to ensure everything is addressed and answered. Zero glitches throughout, this shows the amount of experience this team has in dealing with property sale from both buyer and sellers perspective. The team went above and beyond in connecting me with so many other services (tax payment, khatha transfer, TDS exemption consultation and foreign remittance. I have no words to say their passion and commitment, especially Uday with whom I have been working from the very beginning. Would highly recommend Settlin.in incase you have a related need. I sold my flat through Settlin. I haven't come across more professional, responsible and transparent property dealer than so far. They take the complete responsibility from arranging the visits, facilitating the negotiations, documentation, legal verification and registration. Payment is done only at the end of the registration process and till then they are there to help at every stage of the dealing. I highly recommend Settlin to everyone who is looking to buy or sell property in Bangalore.

They are very helpful from beginning to end. I had visited the property through them and purchased it, the transcation was very smooth where settlin helped in every step until closure.
