Sale of my flat in Bangalore went really smooth and hassle-free with Settlin properties. They took care of end-to-end progress. They brought only few genuine probable buyers and closed the deal within that itself. They helped both seller and buyer to get along and communicate smoothly. As I live away from Bangalore, it was important to build a trust with the consultant and it was certainly there with Settlin - knowledgeableI met the buyer and Settlin executive only during registration and they took care of everything at the register office as well. Helpful staff, guided us on each step & ensured us with smooth transaction. Would like to especially thank Akhilesh from Sales & Ops team, Nagabharana from legal team on the process & guidance. Would highly recommend them. If you go with ICICI bank though then would ask you all to not go to a guy called Suesh who is in partner with Settlin as he won't respond to calls or texts.
