I think they are the best in the market and I highly recommend Settlin for purchase/ sale of your property. They are very professional and transparent. Have managed the overall process of identifying the property, negotiating, deal closure and the documentation very well. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Special mention to Vineeth (our CRM) and Sameena for going out of their way to help. I would like thanks even to Raji for being too patient and helping us in selecting property. Hats off to the SettIIn team for enabling the sale of my 3 bedroom apartment in Whitefield, Bangalore. As an NRI seller, I recommend their services for all things real estate. I thank CRM Vineeth Venugopal for his professionalism and patience. I found Vineeth to be very knowledgable, calm and practical. Although I found my own buyer, Varsha, Mayank, Revanth and Zigmey were very helpful in showing my house to several prospective buyers and promptly updating me each time on the progress. I purchased their documentation and seller support services finally to review agreement for sale, draft sale deed and ensure power of attorney documents were all in order and a smooth sale was enabled right till the day of registration. Keep up the great work !

Settlin has been helpful in the house hunt for us. They have a good and interesting choices as per locality and budget, the visits are scheduled diligently and hassle free. Our RM, Ramitha was especially helpful and patient through the process. I would recommend Setllin for Selling or Buying a house, as they keep the whole process hassle free and engaging.

Quite satisfied with the service from Settlin for property purchase. They make the process of purchasing resale property very seamless. Tahir was my POC at the time of seeing properties and Uday handled my case during property due diligence before buying the flat. From selecting the property to purchase, the transaction was completed in 40-45 days because of great coordination by Uday along with the previous flat owner and builder. The property registration at SRO office was also conducted very professionally. Note: They also have tie ups for home loans (optional service) that helps with faster loan disbursement.
