I used the services of Settlin to sell an apartment recently. They were very professional and transparent in all the dealings, right from finding prospective buyers, showing the flat, getting legal opinion, giving regular updates and so on. I got to know about Settlin through a friend. All that he said was - u give it to them rest they will take care. And that was absolutely true! My first chat with them, they took all the details and they said, mam pay only if we sell. That itself made me feel very nice. They got many people to see the place ... they wld then call to give me a feedback. When even after a long time, they couldn't close a deal I thought that these guys r just like the nobroker and 99acres, where I had taken paid services and still no result! But right the next day I got a call from them and they removed the differences between the buyer and seller and pushed the deal to closure in a very professional way! Unlike the resentment of O I lost my money with the other fellows - I didn't mind paying them their deserved price! Kudos to the team! And Thank you Vineeth. Love Priya

Had a very nice experience with Settlin in buying a flat at Bangalore. People were there to help from the beginning (showing the flat onwards) to end (till registration). I was looking for a resale 3bhk flat over last 6 months but I was not getting a suitable property within my budget, settlin helped to schedule a visit to the properties which I had requested for and there had been many properties which I didn't like and the ones I liked were outside my budget, but one fine day settlin suggested me one good property which was within my budget. The settlin team took care of complete procedure right from setting up negotiation call with seller to sale deed execution. They also helped in getting property documents from seller, providing legal opinion on the documents, sale deed execution at SRO and everything went really smooth and fast.
