As a first time Buyer in Banglore, I am extremely satisfied with Settlin. Starting from scheduling of the flat visit to date of registration, they were on top of things and ensured that everything was done smoothly. Hiccups due to server issues of government sites were handled with patience. All the steps were explained in detail and and well in advance by POC Vineeth. Shoutout to him for guiding both me and the seller with all the processes. Without any follow-up from my side, Vineeth kept track of everything. Thanks to Settlin especially Vineeth. Appreciate it.

Overall very satisfied with services proved by Settlin. They are professionals in the real estate field. With help of Vineeth and others from Settlin we were able to sell our property very smoothly. The Registration process was very smooth and we didn't face any hassles. I would like to thank Settlin property for all assistance provided and making it smooth process.

One of the best consulting firm in real estate domain. Very happy with the end to end service from their end. Right from finding leads, follow up with clients, showing flat .... finalizing the deal ... Then registration to new owner, mortgage removal...you name it they have it all... All have played their role, but for me Uday was great to work with. Thanks!

I am very happy with overall service from Settlin. Jai and Uday were my POC and they took care of end to end process while buying the flat .It was possible for me to buy the flat prior to lockdown only coz of them as they are completely aware of all the things .Plus they also have contacts with bankers in alll banks due to which the home loan process was also faster . Thanks for all the help Uday👍

Hi all, finally we have our own flat.... I really very much thankful of Anusha kaundinya.. She knows what she is doing she is very perfect in her work she checked each n every documents on prior basis so we didn't faced any trouble on registry time.... Anusha n kavyashree both helped me doing payment for stamp duty n also for MoDtD even they were on leave but they tried several times for us only.. Even from starting Darshan, sheik babu, Ramitha, sharanya all helped me doing all process with checks and details...... I am realy thankful that i contacted Settlin people for my Home.
