I was searching the flat for a long time but thanks to Settlin I was able to get my dream house finally. The good thing about Settlin was that they provided end-to-end service and there was no need for me to step out of the house except at two occasion's ,one at initial visit of the flat and next one at the time of registration. They have taken care of all other formalities. Special thanks to Uday and Jai from the Settlin who helped me to fulfil my dream.Jai will help you in the initial stage of the finalizing the property and Uday is the core guy who will help you to get it registered on your name. Kudos to Uday and and Jai and once again thank you to Settlin.

We bought a flat few days back with the support of Settlin. I have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. But Settlin is found to become exceptional and highly professional. They made us to feel so comfortable at every step of the process of buying our dream home. Their level of service is faultless and of a great help for completing the whole buying process within in a record time of 4 weeks. I strongly recommend them for buyers of properties at Bangalore as I found them stringently following the regulations and exercising diligent care to check all the requirements for us in buying the flat. We are very much thankful to Mr. Vineet. We noticed his pleasure in his responses and has done wonderful commendable work in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner all that to our utmost satisfaction.

They have been great throughout the process. They have ensured that things move in a proper manner and timelines are met. CRM manager Vineeth had gone beyond his normal duties to help wherever it was needed. The only con with their entire process is that the seller has very limited liability initially which should be looked at.

At the outset, I thank Mr. Vineeth for his way of handling at SRO for registration. It was very smooth handling and we are not put into any problem. As a buyer we had some apprehensions about certain issues but Mr. Vineeth helped on those issues. We had approached some bank loan on our own but could not get it. Arranged thru some other loans later. Had it been suggested to us by M/s Settlin at the initial stage itself, we could have used that service also. Thank you Mr. Cool, Vineeth.
