I was trying to buy a flat and came to know about Settlin through the internet. I approached them for support and then we started hunting flat per my budget and other expectations. I was amazed to see their attitude to support. They are very professional, Customer caring and provide all kind of support starting from hunting the property until registration. I was quite apprehensive when I entrusted Settlin with selling my apartment. My doubts were mostly fueled by my absence in Bangalore, their high fee, compared to what other similar agents charged, and my previous experiences in attempts to sell my flat. However, right from the key handing over process, till the registration of the sale, the process was very professional and hassle free. They were able to find a buyer in less than 6 months! The way the settlin team handled the entire process, the way they communicated each step, and how they took the sale process to completion was totally justifying their fee. They were very helpful in terms of getting the legal opinion done, procuring missing documents etc. They even helped me deposit the settlement DD to my bank account, as I had to leave early from the SRO office. I would like to call out Bhushan who coordinated the key handover, unnamed sales guys who showed the flat to the prospective buyers, Darshan who coordinated the sale, and last but not the least, Vineeth who coordinated the Registration process and took the whole proceeding to closure. I would recommend Settlin to anyone who wishes to sell their property in Bangalore.

I got to know about Settlin through a friend. All that he said was - u give it to them rest they will take care. And that was absolutely true! My first chat with them, they took all the details and they said, mam pay only if we sell. That itself made me feel very nice. They got many people to see the place ... they wld then call to give me a feedback. When even after a long time, they couldn't close a deal I thought that these guys r just like the nobroker and 99acres, where I had taken paid services and still no result! But right the next day I got a call from them and they removed the differences between the buyer and seller and pushed the deal to closure in a very professional way! Unlike the resentment of O I lost my money with the other fellows - I didn't mind paying them their deserved price! Kudos to the team! And Thank you Vineeth. Love Priya

This is the best real estate agent in town, Period ! I was totally ignorant about process of resale flats and these guys really helped me through it.
