I had a very pleasant experience selling my apartment in Bangalore with the help of Settlin team. Shanoj was very prompt in arranging the visits for prospective buyers. Then once the buyer was found, Vineeth took over and made us feel at ease at every step of the sale process. Be it arranging the paperwork or arranging a CA or co-ordinating things at the sub-registrar office, Vineeth was always there to help and to answer any of our queries. Being an NRI, I had several queries in my mind about the sale of my apartment- but the team at Settlin made everything seem like a breeze. This was my best experience so far dealing with any property consultant. Thoroughly professional and everything under one umbrella. They are ready to help you with everything related to home buying and selling. True to there name, SETTLIN (settle in). I have recently concluded a very complex transaction (people in multiple locations, NRI, khata required, tds exemption to be applied, GPA to be done) and even more complex environment (travel restrictions due to Covid-19), they are perfect advisors and help for everything. I can't thank them enough. Last but not the least, real value for money. I have seen consultants walking away with their fees just to get the negotiation part done...you will get hand-holding throughout the process. I strongly recommend Settlin services for any property transactions. My recent experience has been extremely positive. This is the first property that is bought in Bangalore through settlin. Settlin won't charge anything from buyers(who are already paying the registration value to govt, paying a lot of charges for loan disbursement) It was a great experience from Day-1. Settlin has overcome a lot of challenges that are coming in between the process. The communication was very good. Special thanks to CRM Vineeth. As we have signed MOU, he is the one who has taken the entire responsibility to complete the transfer of ownership. In our point of view, Vineeth is like a one man army. Our only Suggestion to the future buyer before signing of MOU through settlin is Get confirmation from the sellers at what value the property to be registered, if they want to register for less than govt valuation (which can't be done) - then tell the norms of Karnataka govt as it can't be done. Settlin is a one stop solution, if you are purchasing the first property in Bangalore. Thanks to the settlin team and Vineeth
