Had a great experience with the services provided by Settlin. Everything was well planned from the first day of contact itself. They have different departments which deal with different stages of the purchase. They co-ordinated the visit with the seller, sent a person to visit the property from their end and helped with price negotiations. They also co-ordinated with the seller in procuring documents and legal verification. On the bank loan end as well, they help to procure additional documents required and co-ordinate with the bank contact person. They also guide for payment of TDS, stamp duty and other miscellaneous charges required and helped with the sale deed registration. Special mention to Hari who assisted with the property visit, Vishal and Vineeth for helping with procuring documents and sale deed registration. Would highly recommend their services.

We had a very good experience dealing with Settlin in Selling our Property, an Apartment. It’s Team of Professional Officers did a a very good job handling all matters A to Z from the Date of Signing a Memorandum of Understanding till the Closure of the Sale Deal. Their systematic and professional approach on a step by step basis in arranging all required Documents such as the Certificate of Khatha, Encumbrance, Legal Opinion etc. etc. follow ups with all concerned Parties and timely guidance helped us stay relaxed right through the process. They were pretty receptive to our concerns and requests and spared no pains in addressing the same. We are happy to recommend Setlin as the First Choice for Sellers & Buyers. Some Suggestions to further enhance their expertise in the Sale / Purchase of Properties for the benefit of the Sellers / Buyers as follows: 1. Develop and keep updating an Area wise Statistics (on a Quarterly basis) of Properties of Different Sizes, Sold and Bought with Time Frame of Deals Closed. This Feed Back shall help the Sellers to Price their Properties in line with the Market Trend besides helping the Buyers to make the right choice. 2. Enhance Automatic Feed Back to Sellers on Market Response to their Listed Properties instead of waiting for their follow ups.

At the outset, I thank Mr. Vineeth for his way of handling at SRO for registration. It was very smooth handling and we are not put into any problem. As a buyer we had some apprehensions about certain issues but Mr. Vineeth helped on those issues. We had approached some bank loan on our own but could not get it. Arranged thru some other loans later. Had it been suggested to us by M/s Settlin at the initial stage itself, we could have used that service also. Thank you Mr. Cool, Vineeth.

Worked with Vineeth and the rest of the settlein team for the documentation and legal service. Found the seller of the flat on my own, but both me as a buyer and the seller did not know the legalities and paperwork involved for the entire transaction. They guided us through the entire process, charges, and timelines. Initially it looks like nothing gets done, but at the end, during the registration, is where you understand that other property consultants or even doing it on your own, would have been a really bad choice. I was insistent on having the house loan taken from SBI. While I’ve only heard horror stories on taking a home loan with SBI, the entire process was a breeze and the team worked directly with the SBI associate in getting all the paperwork ready. 2 visits to the bank, several signatures, and the bank is sorted as well. Writing this review almost 3 months later due to the apprehensions I’ve had with both settlein and SBI, but now after this cool down period, it was totally worth it.

We had an excellent experience with Settlin while selling our property in bangalore. Getting formalities like khata certificate etc from govt departments was extra tough in times of covid, but Settlin extended complete support to speed up the process and made it an absolutely smooth experience. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of property consultancy...
