Efficient handling of the process, right from buyer identification, negotiation, deal finalization, and post deal documentation upto final sale deed registration. Helped clearing some personal backlogs wrt to Khatha and property tax clearance to proceed for sale registration. Recommend this team at Settlin to all prospecticve buyers and sellers of properties.

Hassle free process to sell the house, Everything was very well coordinated and executed by Vineet with minimal overhead to the seller. Just want to thank Vineet for all his efforts and support for managing this process from start till the registration closure process wherein he was physically present at the sub registrar office to manage the formalities and it was quick enough.

I had a privilege to deal with Settlin to buy a flat. They deal with end to end such as Katha,RTC,EC,SA, sales Deed etc. The overall process has taken 3 months to close. They assit end to end. We have to only secure the signature. I would like to recognize the efforts done by Ramitha Ivar. The attorney. She was pro active, responsible and coordinated till last. Thank you.
