A team of absolute professionals. In property transactions people are more skepticle about the genuinity of the parties involved & so do I at the beginning. But today I can honestly assure the authenticity of this team & highly recommend to anyone wants get through a property transaction. Recently I bought a property through them & it was a pleasant experince. Yes, there were few hiccups during this transaction but still I maintain 5star rating for this team considering their efforts under many constraints during this pendamic. In my case they have taken care of end to end things. Out of this experience I can say the best things about them as theirTransparency & Complete Functional Solutions. I would suggest them to increase their inventories to explore more options for customers & improve a bit on their office ambience. Wishing them a lot of success & growth. Recently purchased property through Settlin. They have plenty of resale properties listed on the site. Team does great job in scheduling visit and suggesting property based on individual needs. Once property is finalized they have streamlined process starting from negotiation till the sale deed registration of property. Vineeth from CRM team has been very helpful. Thanks Settlin team.

It was a 'Mission impossible' for us.The seller was in Bangalore to close the deal and was leaving in the weekend. The banks though initially confirmed, but at the last hour refused to disburse the loan because of Authorization issues as the seller was an NRI. It was then that Settlin got into to action. They got the loan disbursed on one day through another bank and completed the registration the next day (Friday). Very grateful to Settlin, especially Vineet. Ravi Iyer

I bought my first property in Bangalore through Settlin's help. The most appreciable thing about this business is its option base which has a huge number of resale properties. Thus, we were able to choose property tailored to our very needs. I struggled a bit with the sales team for finalizing the terms and conditions of the MoU though where I think Settlin has some scope of improvement. My CRM Vineeth has been pretty cooperative throughout the process especially when it came to facilitating the return of the token money after successful closure of the property purchase which I received within five days. One area where Settlin may improve is the legal service (legal scrutiny) which comes with the sale package. Comparing the quality of legal scrutiny report received from Settlin with another report which I took from a law firm I find that in this particular aspect Settlin can improve by having consultations with the professional real-estate lawyers who do legal scrutiny for standard services like bank loans, etc. Apart from these, my overall experience has been good and I'd like to repeat transactions with Settlin in future.
