Recently we bought a property via Settlin.We had a very good experience with Settlin.Specially with Uday - Settlin.As i was a first time buyer so he explained the things / Procedure very well.In all the procedures he remain neutral b/w buyer and seller.They supported us for all the government and loan activities.They are tie up with all the good bank.I strongly recommend the Settlin.Thanks Uday - We really appreciate the way you support us in all this procedure.Thanks. Hi all, finally we have our own flat.... I really very much thankful of Anusha kaundinya.. She knows what she is doing she is very perfect in her work she checked each n every documents on prior basis so we didn't faced any trouble on registry time.... Anusha n kavyashree both helped me doing payment for stamp duty n also for MoDtD even they were on leave but they tried several times for us only.. Even from starting Darshan, sheik babu, Ramitha, sharanya all helped me doing all process with checks and details...... I am realy thankful that i contacted Settlin people for my Home. I really recommend people to get their home easly with the help of Settlin people Thanks n regards Mrs. Rashmi Prerna

This was my best experience so far dealing with any property consultant. Thoroughly professional and everything under one umbrella. They are ready to help you with everything related to home buying and selling. True to there name, SETTLIN (settle in). I have recently concluded a very complex transaction (people in multiple locations, NRI, khata required, tds exemption to be applied, GPA to be done) and even more complex environment (travel restrictions due to Covid-19), they are perfect advisors and help for everything. I can't thank them enough. Last but not the least, real value for money. I have seen consultants walking away with their fees just to get the negotiation part done...you will get hand-holding throughout the process. Many thanks to Mayank, Uday, Satheesh, Sripada and entire team in the background. I will trust you guys for any future transactions.

Overall very satisfied with services proved by Settlin. They are professionals in the real estate field. With help of Vineeth and others from Settlin we were able to sell our property very smoothly. The Registration process was very smooth and we didn't face any hassles. I would like to thank Settlin property for all assistance provided and making it smooth process.
