We approached Settlin few months ago for property sale. They tried but could not get it sold for few months. They found 1 buyer in January and this buyer liked property. Entire sale process got completed in 1.5 months that too smoothly and hassle free. Credit goes to Settlin for doing all research and making process light for both parties.

Worked with Settlin team for properly sale. They have good team to handle photos related property and publish the same around property websites. All buyers visits are coordinated properly. Sale related documentation is on-spot and great legal understanding. It was smooth experience working with them. Definitely recommended for property related transactions.
