Excellent service at very convenient brokerage, which includes legal drafting and other misc. charges. I engaged the Settlin team to sell my apartment in Bangalore and had an excellent experience. Throughout the documentation and registration process, the team—especially my primary contact, Vineeth V.—was professional, transparent, and prompt in communicating every step of the progress. This was crucial for me as an NRI, as I couldn't continuously follow up with everything in India. I got to know about Settlin through a friend. All that he said was - u give it to them rest they will take care. And that was absolutely true! My first chat with them, they took all the details and they said, mam pay only if we sell. That itself made me feel very nice. They got many people to see the place ... they wld then call to give me a feedback. When even after a long time, they couldn't close a deal I thought that these guys r just like the nobroker and 99acres, where I had taken paid services and still no result! But right the next day I got a call from them and they removed the differences between the buyer and seller and pushed the deal to closure in a very professional way! Unlike the resentment of O I lost my money with the other fellows - I didn't mind paying them their deserved price! Kudos to the team! And Thank you Vineeth. Love Priya

We had great experience with Settlin who did so much of work to get customers to see flat to getting all the documentation ready and then finally for Sale deed registration at Sub-registrar office, they know all the process and cover each aspect in detail. Especially CRM Vineeth was with us at each step of the entire process, thanks to Vineeth and Settlin we had hassle free apartment sale.
