The overall all process was extremely smooth and hassle free. Vineeth CRM was extremely helpful and was always available throughout the process. It was a great experience working with Vineeth. He took the responsibility and meticulously took care of all legal work. Because of Vineeth everything happened on time and we felt absolutely no pressure. He was well organized with the documents and very proactive to keep everything ready before the due date. It was always there ready for us for any questions or any last minute documents needed for the bank process. Thanks you so much Vineeth. You were incredible.

We bought our first flat via Settlin. As a first time buyer , we had numerous thoughts and anxiety. Settlin, took care right from visiting till the registration entire process. Sureka in arranging visits , Divyank for negotiation and Vineeth as E2E coordination. Vineeth's patience, understanding and continuous support are highly commendable. We have successfully completed registration last week and awaiting eagerly for the post registration process from the team. Thanks to the entire team for making our dream come true...

I had chosen and finalised a property and approached settling for legal services and sale agreement and deed drafting and assistance in registration Vineeth was the CRM who helped with the complete process, it was a very pleasant experience working with Vineeth and the settlin team ( special thanks to Uday) There was no hiccups in any of the services provided , settling team is very professional and it gave me peace of mind throughout the process. House purchase is a high value transaction and it takes time to close the deal due to multiple reasons.like delay due to loan process , verification in govt offices , spelling mistakes in existing documents etc …. In course of time , I got the confidence that it’s taken care of by professional team and any work that’s needs to be done in executing the high value transaction will be completed without any errors and on time. I never had to travel to anywhere for any of the steps including legal opinion , tax payment , document submission etc … All services were door step or used local couriers Overall I was very satisfied with the services and recommend settlin for services they provided
