As we were staying out of town, we had posted our sale requirement to Settlin and it was a seamless experience to get our job done. Settlin had posted our property on their webpage and also used to communicate with us regularly regarding the current market rates and buyer interests. We could get our desired price for our flat at Keerthi and I believe even the buyers would be happy with the deal. Our CRM connect Mr. Vineeth was very helpful in all communications, backend support and coordination. He ensured that we could get all the work done as per plan and the entire sale process was very well time-managed and efficient. I would suggest prospective property sellers to consider Settlin for cutting the deal through. I wish Settlin success and prosperity. With Regards, Mahesh.

Thank you entire settlein group for co-ordinating the entire process very smoothly. My heartfelt thanks to Vineeth from CRM and team. Vineeth was always calm and patient whenever I had questions or clarifications. The way he handled this entire procedure was truly commendable. The legal was done in details by Vineeth and al the documents were meticulously handled. He was extremely professional and dedicated. From the initiation of the conversation till the date of registration Vineeth was there. He helped outside of working hours. He always went above and beyond to make this entire process smooth. I highly recommend Settlin for property buying and selling. It is an an easy task to buy a property and more tougher to resell a property, I had to answer a phone call from Settlin and I was briefed about the process from START to END transparently. M/s Settlin helped me in arranging serious buyer visits for a property without bothering owner much over phone calls. Also Mr, Uday helped in getting certain paper work done from Government offices. We had our house purchased through settlin, we got through Rishikesh and she helped us to initiate purchase process. Post that Vineeth from CRM team has taken up with the further process and he helped us to close everything as smoothly as possible. He is very proactive and co-ordinative.
