Recently purchased property through Settlin. They have plenty of resale properties listed on the site. Team does great job in scheduling visit and suggesting property based on individual needs. Very helpful and supportive staff. It was an amazing experience from end to end. Settlin helped us purchase a flat in Begur where the seller was an NRI. We had great experience with Settlin who did so much of work to get customers to see flat to getting all the documentation ready and then finally for Sale deed registration at Sub-registrar office, they know all the process and cover each aspect in detail.
