It has been an absolutely seamless journey for me with Settlin in general and.CRM Vineeth in particular. I.have had two time experience with him and the service has been absolutely amazing. If I.can give.a rating more than five star then I would definitely do so. He takes that extra mile walk to make the completion of.the job exceedingly easy. Hats off to.him. We bought a resale flat recently with the help of Settlin. They are very much helpful in every stage of purchase process. Property visit, MOU between two parties, getting all documents from seller (special thanks to my seller on providing all documents as soon as we requested) and then legal opinion, their follow up is very good on these, helping in getting home loan with best rate of interest in market, with sale agreement and with sale deed draft and finally registration process at SRO. During this process they are kind and patient enough to answer all of our questions/queries. Settlin took care of each and every process and they were extremely helpful and extremely professional from the start to till end of registration process. If you are new home or first time buyer, you can believe them in each step. Thank you every one, special thanks to home loan support (Kavitha), legal and registration support (Vineeth, thank you for sweets on the registration day as well) and other team members as well. They are basically excellent in every aspect.

Being relatively new in the city of Bangalore, my decision to buy a flat was with lot of apprehensions. Luckily, I could shortlist a property which was through Settlin. Though there were issues related to Khata digitisation and delay of almost 35 days for registration, Settlin team lead by Vineet were relentlessly on the job doing follow through with the Govt.agencies involved and cleared all the formalities. I feel myself lucky to avail Settlin brokerage services for purchase of apartment in demanding market like bangalore. There are so many issues /legal proceedings/documentation and other state govt formalities that comes with purchase of property. Settlin has really made our life simple and also brought certainty in every transaction we did by not only getting things done but also by advising and educating on each and every step. I was searching the flat for a long time but thanks to Settlin I was able to get my dream house finally. The good thing about Settlin was that they provided end-to-end service and there was no need for me to step out of the house except at two occasion's ,one at initial visit of the flat and next one at the time of registration. They have taken care of all other formalities. Special thanks to Uday and Jai from the Settlin who helped me to fulfil my dream.Jai will help you in the initial stage of the finalizing the property and Uday is the core guy who will help you to get it registered on your name.
