Hassle free process to sell the house, Everything was very well coordinated and executed by Vineet with minimal overhead to the seller. Just want to thank Vineet for all his efforts and support for managing this process from start till the registration closure process wherein he was physically present at the sub registrar office to manage the formalities and it was quick enough.

We purchased a NRI property via "settlin properties". The overall experience is easy and hassle free. There are some hiccups at different stages, but everything was overcome with a proper support. Our relationship manager Mr Vineeth was wonderful and have experience on what he handles. He guided us from the start till registration and handing over the keys. The one particular aspect on Vineeth is, even if the customer loses his cool, he remains in calm and polite and answers all the queries. There are few negatives, where there are few documents missed and later banker requested for it and slight delay happened, but this part is ignorable when compared to the overall process on how they deal and handle it. Rather than having a standard checklist, based on the project document the list can be updated. I, personally thank Rajeshwari for understanding our exact requirement and showing us the house accordingly (We saw just three house and finalised one) and Kaleem in kickstarting the seller - buyer talks, and Mr Vineeth for overall taking it untill the registration (and missed out supporting staff, field agents who toil and show houses). Registration was the highlight, which they made sure we don't struggle much, and it was easy process. Amazing work "Team Settlin & Vineeth" and keep growing and improving the process. Thank you for all the support from you. All the very best!

Bought a flat using Settlin recently. Very well run and smooth transaction. Other than the purchase was also guided through other govt formalities and work needed post registration. Was given timely updates along every step and useful advice as a first time buyer. Would like to commend Mr Vineeth and Mr Uday for their professionalism and help throughout.

A team of absolute professionals. In property transactions people are more skepticle about the genuinity of the parties involved & so do I at the beginning. But today I can honestly assure the authenticity of this team & highly recommend to anyone wants get through a property transaction. Recently I bought a property through them & it was a pleasant experince. Yes, there were few hiccups during this transaction but still I maintain 5star rating for this team considering their efforts under many constraints during this pendamic. In my case they have taken care of end to end things. Out of this experience I can say the best things about them as theirTransparency & Complete Functional Solutions. Settlin was extremely helpful in coordinating the sale of my property. They initiated and coordinated the entire deal with utmost professionalism. The staff were cordial and approachable at all times. Every procedure was well explained and they made sure both parties were communicated about each and every development. They had representatives who worked hand in hand in all departments right from sourcing the buyer, helping the buyer with his loan processing, up until the payment was made and property was registered.
