I have always depended on Settlin for my real estate transations. I have used Settlin for selling a row house in LGCL Bamboo Forest in 2018. I was not able to sell the property for close to 3 years and Settlin helped in selling the property. When I was planning to sell my 2 BHK apartment in Republic of whitefield this year, I did not list on any real estate portal but my first port of call was Settlin. The transaction was closed within couple of month. Setllin also helped in getting the Khata certificate and Extract. They also seamlessly coordinated with buyer, buyer's home loan bank and arranged for registration. The best part of Setllin is that they will keep you updated on the progress and they will chase you rather than other way around. All in all want to call out Uday, Vineet and Mayank for the professional and courteous approach and going beyond the agreed norms to facilitate the transaction.

I had an excellent experience with Settlin for the sale of our property. The process was smooth and team Settlin was very supported in all the steps till the completion of process. A special thanks to Vineeth , Dhivyank and Uday for her outstanding assistance and dedication throughout the entire process which made the sale of our property easier for us to close the deal. I am very happy with overall service from Settlin. Jai and Uday were my POC and they took care of end to end process while buying the flat .It was possible for me to buy the flat prior to lockdown only coz of them as they are completely aware of all the things .Plus they also have contacts with bankers in alll banks due to which the home loan process was also faster . Thanks for all the help Uday👍

I would highly recommend to use settlin app services. The app is completely free to use. The best thing I like on app is you can view available properties on a visual map. The filters are also very easy to apply to narrow down your search . All the brokerage charges are NIL for buyers. They have very large varieties of resale properties listings in Bangalore. Everyone will find properties suitable for their preferences. I visited 5-6 properties as an interest to purchase one. The property visits are all automated through app. Once you request a visit, an executive will be assigned to show you the property. After visiting you will share your OTP to confirm property visit completion. You get unlimited free property visits through the app. If you like the property you can share your interest with the sale SPOC. Your interest will be forwarded to the property owner/seller. A meeting offline/online will be scheduled to discuss pricing or anything buyers needs to confirm. Infact you can have N numbers of meeting request with seller. If you are happy you can move forward to buy the property. All the legal related work, CA related work are taken care by Setllin team (all free). They will collect all the copies of property for you and will provide you the same for your own verification. You can then forward all the documents to your own lawyer and banker. As per my experience, everything went smooth. From Settlin team Sharanya was assigned for closing my deal. She went thoroughly with the property details and provided all the documents in timely manner. She has adequate knowledge about Karnataka real estate buying and selling rules/regulations. Sharanya and her team are all professionals. All the communications were through email, whatsapp group, virtual meetings and direct calls. She was involved from the beginning till the day of registration. I have very positive experience after with the settlin team and their services provided. Again, I will highly recommend to once explore this app if you are interested in buying/selling any property.

I strongly recommend Settlin services for any property transactions. My recent experience has been extremely positive. Considering the fact that I do not live in the city, every aspect of the deal was very carefully & transparently executed. Settlin has in-depth legal/process knowledge and that has contributed to the smooth execution of the deal starting from the agreement till the registration.

Settlin team is the most professional out in the Bangalore Market when it comes to the Buying or Selling of Properties. They contacted me & offered to help me with the Selling of my flat with a very simple agreement, which I just acknowledged over the email to begin with. That’s it. Post which they began marketing it on various platforms. Then came the process of they showing it to buyers & that too was well coordinated every time with ETA of people arriving. Now compare this with the biggies out their in the market who dominate the Ad scene both on papers & on Digital, who can’t promise to help without any payments going out of your pocket.
