Absolute Professionalism & Transparency in every step of transaction. Right from narrowing down to an apartment and negotiation, Mr. Mayank helped us in getting the best deal with continuous engagement even during pandemic times. Mr. Vineeth, took our burden over his shoulders and arranged services related to Legal Check, Payment reminders, Clarifying doubts. Patient enough to address all queries. Had a great experience with the services provided by Settlin. Everything was well planned from the first day of contact itself. They have different departments which deal with different stages of the purchase. They co-ordinated the visit with the seller, sent a person to visit the property from their end and helped with price negotiations. They also co-ordinated with the seller in procuring documents and legal verification. On the bank loan end as well, they help to procure additional documents required and co-ordinate with the bank contact person. They also guide for payment of TDS, stamp duty and other miscellaneous charges required and helped with the sale deed registration. Special mention to Hari who assisted with the property visit, Vishal and Vineeth for helping with procuring documents and sale deed registration. Would highly recommend their services.

I sold my property through Settlin. It was a very smooth experience. They found a buyer, got the meetings scheduled, facilitated the negotiation and took care of all the documentation. Further they co-ordinated the registration process and ensured that both seller and the buyer had minimum hassles. End to end good job done.
