We have purchased our first property in Bangalore through Settlin's Platform. The most appreciable thing about settlin is, sales team are very kind and Co-operative in nature to explore many properties which are suitable to us and also very prompt & particular to visit the properties. Every visit of property Different Settlin’s executives came at particular locations on time, and they help very nicely to visit the properties. I think it’s excellent service settlin offering in this space across market which I think no one offering currently is real estate space and would like to thank Vishal & Rishikesh for helping a lot to finalise the property. From legal team, Ramitha has been pretty cooperative throughout the process especially when it came to sale deed execution, Stamp duty process & TDS payment process of the property. Area where Settlin need to improve is TAT of of the processes and the legal service. Comparing the quality of legal scrutiny report received from Settlin with bank legal report which my bank has done from a law firm I find that in this aspect Settlin can improve by having consultations with the professional real-estate lawyers who do legal scrutiny as per bank’s standards so no need to do 2-time reports to buyers. Also need to review different TAT of process of sale agreement, legal report and refund of booking amount which can help buyer and seller to execute transaction as soon as early. Apart from these, my overall experience has been good, and can repeat transactions with Settlin in future.

I had excellent experience with registration in buying resale apartment at Priyanka Homes, Kaggadaspura today. Firstly, many thanks to CRM Vineeth, who handled whole process very smoothly and calmly from beginning like getting right desired bank for home loan, then sale agreement execution and till final registration. CRM Vineeth is very supportive and have in-depth knowledge in whole process. He is very quick in solving issues instantly without losing cool. He will not put blame on others in case of any issues. Instead he takes whole ownership and solves it without any complain. I also thank Rajeshwari from sales team and Goutham from property visit team to look through property initially to fix the deal which I liked property very much. And also thanks to Uday from Khatha service team to get new Khatha for seller within short time which is mandatory for registration. Sub registrar office are not accepting old Khatha for registration nowadays. Uday got new Khatha quickly for seller so that registration were not delayed. I could not believe that finally resale apartment at Priyanka Homes, Kaggadaspura became mine today. Kudos to whole Settlin team for getting a home sweet home for me in Bangalore. Thank you

I think they are the best in the market and I highly recommend Settlin for purchase/ sale of your property. They are very professional and transparent. Have managed the overall process of identifying the property, negotiating, deal closure and the documentation very well. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Special mention to Vineeth (our CRM) and Sameena for going out of their way to help. I would like thanks even to Raji for being too patient and helping us in selecting property. Highly professional and responsive agency. They stayed with us from end to end. Right from finding the right property to getting the registration done. Great team. Great leadership. I purchased my house via Settlin team and they have been very professional and helpful starting from showing the houses to final registry. Especial mention for Vineet who has been the key point of contact and maintained complete transparency both from buyer and seller perspective. All documentation, paper work till registry was done seamlessly and provided required support to ensure it goes smoothly and successfully.
