I sold my flat through Settlein property consultants and overall had a great experience in terms of the service provided to me. Uday from settlein was assigned with my case and he was quite helpful to get all the documents in place by applying it in the right offices. Excellent professional service provided in the shady world of Government offices. They give you clear options: normal route, expedited route and all Expenses are shared upfront. Uday C M, who helped me to get Khata created after 12 years of property construction was very professional and excellent in communication. He knows most technicalities of loans as well. Even during Covid he has managed to get things done on time. Thanks Uday!

Had a great experience with the services provided by Settlin. Everything was well planned from the first day of contact itself. They have different departments which deal with different stages of the purchase. They co-ordinated the visit with the seller, sent a person to visit the property from their end and helped with price negotiations. They also co-ordinated with the seller in procuring documents and legal verification. On the bank loan end as well, they help to procure additional documents required and co-ordinate with the bank contact person. They also guide for payment of TDS, stamp duty and other miscellaneous charges required and helped with the sale deed registration. Special mention to Hari who assisted with the property visit, Vishal and Vineeth for helping with procuring documents and sale deed registration. Would highly recommend their services.

I was searching the flat for a long time but thanks to Settlin I was able to get my dream house finally. The good thing about Settlin was that they provided end-to-end service and there was no need for me to step out of the house except at two occasion's ,one at initial visit of the flat and next one at the time of registration. They have taken care of all other formalities. Special thanks to Uday and Jai from the Settlin who helped me to fulfil my dream.Jai will help you in the initial stage of the finalizing the property and Uday is the core guy who will help you to get it registered on your name.
