The overall all process was extremely smooth and hassle free. Vineeth CRM was extremely helpful and was always available throughout the process. It was a great experience working with Vineeth. He took the responsibility and meticulously took care of all legal work. Because of Vineeth everything happened on time and we felt absolutely no pressure. He was well organized with the documents and very proactive to keep everything ready before the due date. Would definitely suggest to visit settlin if looking to buy a house. And thanks to Ramitha and Kiran for their legal advice and support throughout the process and thanks to Shanoj for mediating the deal.

As a first time Buyer in Banglore, I am extremely satisfied with Settlin. Starting from scheduling of the flat visit to date of registration, they were on top of things and ensured that everything was done smoothly. Hiccups due to server issues of government sites were handled with patience. All the steps were explained in detail and and well in advance by POC Vineeth.
