I had chosen and finalised a property and approached settling for legal services and sale agreement and deed drafting and assistance in registration Vineeth was the CRM who helped with the complete process, it was a very pleasant experience working with Vineeth and the settlin team ( special thanks to Uday) There was no hiccups in any of the services provided , settling team is very professional and it gave me peace of mind throughout the process. House purchase is a high value transaction and it takes time to close the deal due to multiple reasons.like delay due to loan process , verification in govt offices , spelling mistakes in existing documents etc …. In course of time , I got the confidence that it’s taken care of by professional team and any work that’s needs to be done in executing the high value transaction will be completed without any errors and on time. I never had to travel to anywhere for any of the steps including legal opinion , tax payment , document submission etc … All services were door step or used local couriers Overall I was very satisfied with the services and recommend settlin for services they provided

It was great working with Settlin team for property purchase. We really had a wonderful experience with Settlin right from the day one till the final registration. All the documentation work was neatly maintained and prepared during the entire purchase Cycle due to which the registration process was smooth enough. Thanks to Vineet who guided us throughout and maintained all the paper work systematically. Overall excellent effort and Support by Settlin team in owning our first house.. I was searching the flat for a long time but thanks to Settlin I was able to get my dream house finally. The good thing about Settlin was that they provided end-to-end service and there was no need for me to step out of the house except at two occasion's ,one at initial visit of the flat and next one at the time of registration. They have taken care of all other formalities. Special thanks to Uday and Jai from the Settlin who helped me to fulfil my dream.Jai will help you in the initial stage of the finalizing the property and Uday is the core guy who will help you to get it registered on your name. Kudos to Uday and and Jai and once again thank you to Settlin.

Settlin was excellent right from helping me find a flat, to verification of legal papers to registration of the property to getting the Khata transferred into my name. They have good knowledge and do everything for you. You just have to sit at home and leave it to them. They have done everything with honesty and dedication.
