Great work by Settlin Team Vineet and Hari were helpful and knowledgeable in their work They did a great job in executing the purchase process, They made the registration and hand-over process smooth and hassle free Both of them helped and guided us on each step through out the process. took care of all the paperwork and documentation as the process was bit complicated for overseas seller, but Settlin team planned the whole process and executed it smoothly and patiently.

I would highly recommend to use settlin app services. The app is completely free to use. The best thing I like on app is you can view available properties on a visual map. The filters are also very easy to apply to narrow down your search . All the brokerage charges are NIL for buyers. They have very large varieties of resale properties listings in Bangalore. Everyone will find properties suitable for their preferences. I visited 5-6 properties as an interest to purchase one. The property visits are all automated through app. Once you request a visit, an executive will be assigned to show you the property. After visiting you will share your OTP to confirm property visit completion. You get unlimited free property visits through the app. If you like the property you can share your interest with the sale SPOC. Your interest will be forwarded to the property owner/seller. A meeting offline/online will be scheduled to discuss pricing or anything buyers needs to confirm. Infact you can have N numbers of meeting request with seller. If you are happy you can move forward to buy the property. All the legal related work, CA related work are taken care by Setllin team (all free). They will collect all the copies of property for you and will provide you the same for your own verification. You can then forward all the documents to your own lawyer and banker. As per my experience, everything went smooth. From Settlin team Sharanya was assigned for closing my deal. She went thoroughly with the property details and provided all the documents in timely manner. She has adequate knowledge about Karnataka real estate buying and selling rules/regulations. Sharanya and her team are all professionals. All the communications were through email, whatsapp group, virtual meetings and direct calls. She was involved from the beginning till the day of registration. I have very positive experience after with the settlin team and their services provided. Again, I will highly recommend to once explore this app if you are interested in buying/selling any property.

I used the services of Settlin to sell an apartment recently. They were very professional and transparent in all the dealings, right from finding prospective buyers, showing the flat, getting legal opinion, giving regular updates and so on. They closed a deal, followed up on all the necessary paperwork and documentation meticulously until registration was completed. This was my best experience so far dealing with any property consultant. Thoroughly professional and everything under one umbrella. They are ready to help you with everything related to home buying and selling. True to there name, SETTLIN (settle in). I have recently concluded a very complex transaction (people in multiple locations, NRI, khata required, tds exemption to be applied, GPA to be done) and even more complex environment (travel restrictions due to Covid-19), they are perfect advisors and help for everything. I can't thank them enough. Last but not the least, real value for money. I have seen consultants walking away with their fees just to get the negotiation part done...you will get hand-holding throughout the process. Many thanks to Mayank, Uday, Satheesh, Sripada and entire team in the background. I will trust you guys for any future transactions.

We had an excellent experience with Settlin while selling our property in bangalore. Getting formalities like khata certificate etc from govt departments was extra tough in times of covid, but Settlin extended complete support to speed up the process and made it an absolutely smooth experience. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of property consultancy...
