Settlin has helped me to complete my flat sale recently. Being at abroad, It was a difficult task for me to find out a buyer and carry out the sale formalities especially during this pandemic time. Settlin and special mention to Mr Uday who has helped me through all the process. Settlin has a very transparent process in which both the parties are kept well informed about the progress at each stage. Uday have provided seamless assistance in finishing the end to end registration formalities. He excelled on his service with exceptional professionalism. Thanks a lot to Uday and Setllin!! Keep up the good work and I wish you all success in future! I would strongly recommend Setllin to anyone who is looking to buy/sell property in Bangalore.

My experience was very nice. Right from the beginning of showing the property till the registration of the property, the handling was very well managed. Special mention to Mr Uday for his diligent and thorough work throughout the whole process. Settlin is solving a good problem in the space of real estate sector. I wish them all the best as being a founding member of my start up, we are also solving another problem in this domain.

Settlin platform and Team has been very helpful from finding a property to registration. To share my experience I would begin that they started with listed properties in my budget, ensured that their executives were available on time to walk me through the property. They have gone beyond my expectation when they were even ready to discuss any other property that was not listed on their platform and ready to atleast see what can be done to assist a customer. I really needed handholding from beginning to end of all the processes and they have proven that Settlin Team is there for you. The team has really shown high level of professionalism when it comes to property searching/selling/buying to registration completion. The whole process was so smoothly carried out that even a new purchaser/seller will feel comfortable and satisfied. Hrishikesh, Sharath and Vineeth all were very helpful and supportive. Every query was handled with so much patience and humbleness. Special Thanks to Vineeth for guiding through the whole process and ensuring that everything is carried out as per process and on time. I truly feel he is an asset to the Team and Settlin. The credit for this deal closure truly goes to him and it was pleasure working with him. Based on my experience I can vouch for Settlin incase someone is looking for any property related assistance. They have done an amazing job and won customer's trust. Eventhough I agree that there is room of improvement when it comes to negotiations, I still feel they deserve 5 STAR.

I have seen lot of good reviews about settlin so got into deal with them. But not everyone is lucky in property deals, in my case seller went rogue. He kept delaying documents and one day he said there’s dispute on property and ran away. It took me time but settlin did refund me my advance. In addition they gave 50% of cost incurred by me on loan processing fee from their own pocket and promised to take legal action against seller and refund other 50% too. So after all I can say you can trust settlin. One more advice to future buyer , don’t go ahead until you get all documents.

My experience with Settlin was extremely positive. I recently purchased a resale flat in Nandi Woods through Settlin. Settlin took care of all the documentation from drafting MoU, Sale agreement, Sale deed, making it a breeze for the buyer. Right from the beginning CRM Vineeth was very responsive, he explained clearly all the steps and processes involved. Always gave the correct checklist of documents needed for loan or registration and mediated the communication with seller also smoothly. It was a smooth experience and I am genuinely satisfied. I would highly recommend Settlin to first time home buyers as they are very knowledgeable in this real estate business and CRM Vineeth was also very sincere, professional and helpful during the entire process
