I am very happy with overall service from Settlin. Jai and Uday were my POC and they took care of end to end process while buying the flat .It was possible for me to buy the flat prior to lockdown only coz of them as they are completely aware of all the things .Plus they also have contacts with bankers in alll banks due to which the home loan process was also faster . Thanks for all the help Uday👍

Thanks Settlin property consultants. You guys made my job so easy. Right from day 1 till sale of my flat, you have been there and have done all the necessary tasks needed. Special thanks to Uday, who was completely involved and also guided me every step of the way to have a smooth and uncomplicated sale. We had an excellent experience with Settlin while selling our property in bangalore. Getting formalities like khata certificate etc from govt departments was extra tough in times of covid, but Settlin extended complete support to speed up the process and made it an absolutely smooth experience. Settlin is the need of the hour in the secondary real estate marketplace in India. They are the much required bridge between the buyers and sellers who are both struggling to connect. They help in the entire process till completion of registration. Very professional in behaviour and processes, they come across as trustworthy right from the beginning. It has been an absolutely seamless journey for me with Settlin in general and.CRM Vineeth in particular. I.have had two time experience with him and the service has been absolutely amazing. If I.can give.a rating more than five star then I would definitely do so. He takes that extra mile walk to make the completion of.the job exceedingly easy. Hats off to.him. I sold my flat through Settlin. I haven't come across more professional, responsible and transparent property dealer than so far. They take the complete responsibility from arranging the visits, facilitating the negotiations, documentation, legal verification and registration. Payment is done only at the end of the registration process and till then they are there to help at every stage of the dealing. I highly recommend Settlin to everyone who is looking to buy or sell property in Bangalore.
