I sold my flat through Settlin. I haven't come across more professional, responsible and transparent property dealer than so far. They take the complete responsibility from arranging the visits, facilitating the negotiations, documentation, legal verification and registration. Payment is done only at the end of the registration process and till then they are there to help at every stage of the dealing. I highly recommend Settlin to everyone who is looking to buy or sell property in Bangalore.

I worked with Vineeth for purchase for an apartment, and despite some unexpected challenges on numerous fronts, Vineeth and Co. made it happen. The apartment was owned by NRO individuals, and Vineeth and his team were extremely knowledgeable on how to proceed with the transaction for both buyer and seller. At every step they ensured alignment between parties and made things happen. We ran into some unexpected challenges on the last moment with HDFC loan disbursal. I recommend people to directly approach Vineeth’s contacts (like Mr. Vinay from SBI, a last minute saviour). This way settlin can coordinate more efficiently. They have good relations with all bankers and can get things moved quickly. Vineeth was able to work with a CA on the whole TDS component of the transaction which was super tricky, and even until the very last moment his constant support made this extremely tricky and challenging transaction a success. I wish him and his team all the best, and I strongly recommend all buyers and sellers to work with settlin on their transactions without any worry, because everything is in safe hands.

It is very nice to manage all the activities. My experience is very good with their management, and I can write lots about that. But, shortly every requirements they are fulfilled in very short time interval. In particular, I have to mention efforts by Mr. Vineeth, nicely and coolly executed from start to end.
