I highly recommend Settlin for property buying and selling. It is an an easy task to buy a property and more tougher to resell a property, I had to answer a phone call from Settlin and I was briefed about the process from START to END transparently. M/s Settlin helped me in arranging serious buyer visits for a property without bothering owner much over phone calls. Also Mr, Uday helped in getting certain paper work done from Government offices. Settlin team adds value to the task they do! All the Best Mr.Veneeth, Mr. Uday, Mayank and Settlin Team.

Settlin was fantastic in their service during our purchase of a property. They were extremely prompt, efficient and polite while executing the long purchase process with so many steps. Vineeth was particularly very accomodative of our requests for multipe viewings even at short notice one of the times. The documents handling, explanation of all steps well prior to execution and constant follow up just made the whole purchase process extremely easy! Will recommend it highly to anyone willing to sell or buy property in Bengaluru!

I sold my property through Settlin. It was a very smooth experience. They found a buyer, got the meetings scheduled, facilitated the negotiation and took care of all the documentation. Further they co-ordinated the registration process and ensured that both seller and the buyer had minimum hassles. End to end good job done. Thank you all the folks from Settlin who were involved especially Ramitha.

I recently sold my flat via settlin and overall satisfied with the services provided by them. Settlin team especially Mr Vineeth was very cooperative and prompt in answering queries and providing guidance wherever needed. One area of improvement could be documenting the entire sales process for both buyer and seller, clearly listing down requirements at different stages of sales process. This was at times a bit adhoc in my experience which led to longer lead time in closing the deal. Overall entire team was very cooperative and good professional service.

Settlin platform and Team has been very helpful from finding a property to registration. To share my experience I would begin that they started with listed properties in my budget, ensured that their executives were available on time to walk me through the property. They have gone beyond my expectation when they were even ready to discuss any other property that was not listed on their platform and ready to atleast see what can be done to assist a customer. I really needed handholding from beginning to end of all the processes and they have proven that Settlin Team is there for you. The team has really shown high level of professionalism when it comes to property searching/selling/buying to registration completion. The whole process was so smoothly carried out that even a new purchaser/seller will feel comfortable and satisfied. Hrishikesh, Sharath and Vineeth all were very helpful and supportive. Every query was handled with so much patience and humbleness. Special Thanks to Vineeth for guiding through the whole process and ensuring that everything is carried out as per process and on time. I truly feel he is an asset to the Team and Settlin. The credit for this deal closure truly goes to him and it was pleasure working with him. Based on my experience I can vouch for Settlin incase someone is looking for any property related assistance. They have done an amazing job and won customer's trust. Thank you very much team Settlin, a genuine and highly professional team to help you out in any property dealings in Bangalore. We were a bit skeptical at the inception, but eventually, we could feel their trustworthiness as time went by. Our endless search for a property has come to a peaceful end this month. Mr. Vineeth (CRM) is very efficient, gentle and polite in all dealings and knows how to balance the things between the respective buyer and the seller. Mr. Kiran was very helpful at the time of registration and we could finish off the entire process in an hour.
