We made a purchase of flat through Settlin. We had excellent experience with Settlin right from the getting in touch with the owner till making the final registration. All the queries were resolved on time. All the details were properly documented right from preparing MOU for sale to preparing sale agreement and sale deed. Specially I want to mention, the efforts of Jai to start the conversation and Uday for all the other procedures till the registration were commendable. The seller had to visit only once that's on registration day. Uday who was managing the sale, has been very active in solving all the doubts and also maintained all the paperwork systematically. Overall excellent effort by Settlin team.

I was trying to buy a flat and came to know about Settlin through the internet. I approached them for support and then we started hunting flat per my budget and other expectations. I was amazed to see their attitude to support. They are very professional, Customer caring and provide all kind of support starting from hunting the property until registration. It was a wonderful experience for my recent purchase of the flat. Mr. Vineeth is a wonderful person who always helped me with my numerous queries. The entire process starting from legal opinion till our house registration was done smoothly irrespective of several roadblocks. Vineeth and team know their job really well and I really appreciate the way they handle the situations. Mr. Kiran on the other hand was super active and fast on the day of registration were we didn’t even face any difficulties. Because of Vineeth and Kiran the registration was as smooth as butter. Really appreciate their hard work. Overall Vineeth, Kiran and the entire Settlin team was superb. Keep up the good work.

Initially I was not sure to go with Settlin. But, I must say it was a smooth experience buying property. I am very satisffied witht there service. From legal checks and till registration they did all the handholding and provided a seamless experience.They had provided guidance through out the process and were very helpful and supportive. You guys are really doing a good job. Also, they returned my money which they had collected as collateral. Special thanks to Sharanya, who was always available for any query and made sure transaction was completed in time. Keep up the good job guys !

Quite satisfied with the service from Settlin for property purchase. They make the process of purchasing resale property very seamless. Tahir was my POC at the time of seeing properties and Uday handled my case during property due diligence before buying the flat. From selecting the property to purchase, the transaction was completed in 40-45 days because of great coordination by Uday along with the previous flat owner and builder. The property registration at SRO office was also conducted very professionally. Note: They also have tie ups for home loans (optional service) that helps with faster loan disbursement.
