We had a very good and smooth experience of registration with the team. Team has been very supportive and transparent with the processes. Team members have a Very humble approach.. I would like to mention about Bindu from legal team . She had been great support, she has patience to understand our anxiety and curiosity. Very well she explained required documents and processes. Excellent professional service provided in the shady world of Government offices. They give you clear options: normal route, expedited route and all Expenses are shared upfront. Uday C M, who helped me to get Khata created after 12 years of property construction was very professional and excellent in communication. He knows most technicalities of loans as well. Even during Covid he has managed to get things done on time. Thanks Uday!

At the outset, I thank Mr. Vineeth for his way of handling at SRO for registration. It was very smooth handling and we are not put into any problem. As a buyer we had some apprehensions about certain issues but Mr. Vineeth helped on those issues. We had approached some bank loan on our own but could not get it. Arranged thru some other loans later. Had it been suggested to us by M/s Settlin at the initial stage itself, we could have used that service also. Thank you Mr. Cool, Vineeth.

I had sold my flat in Whitefield through Settlin and they had ensured a seamless process, well coordinated between me & the buyer. Ensured timely updates provided on documentation status, fixing the registration dates and ensuring compliances as required by the law. They had also helped the buyer in completing the TDS formalities as well as paying the required registration fees. Overall, I am happy with their approach especially Vineet who was there till the last minute to complete the formalities without causing any issues to both buyer and seller.
