Settlin platform and Team has been very helpful from finding a property to registration. To share my experience I would begin that they started with listed properties in my budget, ensured that their executives were available on time to walk me through the property. They have gone beyond my expectation when they were even ready to discuss any other property that was not listed on their platform and ready to atleast see what can be done to assist a customer. I really needed handholding from beginning to end of all the processes and they have proven that Settlin Team is there for you. The team has really shown high level of professionalism when it comes to property searching/selling/buying to registration completion. The whole process was so smoothly carried out that even a new purchaser/seller will feel comfortable and satisfied. Hrishikesh, Sharath and Vineeth all were very helpful and supportive. Every query was handled with so much patience and humbleness. Special Thanks to Vineeth for guiding through the whole process and ensuring that everything is carried out as per process and on time. I truly feel he is an asset to the Team and Settlin. The credit for this deal closure truly goes to him and it was pleasure working with him. Based on my experience I can vouch for Settlin incase someone is looking for any property related assistance. They have done an amazing job and won customer's trust. Eventhough I agree that there is room of improvement when it comes to negotiations, I still feel they deserve 5 STAR.
