Doing property transactions when you are remote isn't easy normally. The Settlin.in team has beat all my expectations and has been extremely professional, clean and straightforward from the first day of our interaction all the way through the closure and the excellent follow-up even after sale/registration to ensure everything is addressed and answered. Zero glitches throughout, this shows the amount of experience this team has in dealing with property sale from both buyer and sellers perspective. The team went above and beyond in connecting me with so many other services (tax payment, khatha transfer, TDS exemption consultation and foreign remittance. I have no words to say their passion and commitment, especially Uday with whom I have been working from the very beginning. Would highly recommend Settlin.in incase you have a related need. Excellent service by Settlin in handling the entire documentation & registration of property. Their staff Mr. Uday was very patient in explaining the process / legal angles even if asked multiple times. They are a truly a professional company & people and not like these standalone agents who try to rush things just to get the paper work complete

We had great experience with Settlin who did so much of work to get customers to see flat to getting all the documentation ready and then finally for Sale deed registration at Sub-registrar office, they know all the process and cover each aspect in detail. Especially CRM Vineeth was with us at each step of the entire process, thanks to Vineeth and Settlin we had hassle free apartment sale.

Settlin is the need of the hour in the secondary real estate marketplace in India. They are the much required bridge between the buyers and sellers who are both struggling to connect. They help in the entire process till completion of registration. Very professional in behaviour and processes, they come across as trustworthy right from the beginning. Their employee partners, Piyush and Uday that I interacted with, demonstrated sound understanding of the market and the government processes involved. All in all, strongly recommended!

I had a great experience with Settlin who assisted me in purchase of a Flat in Bangalore in May 2024. They helped me at all stages which gave me a lot of confidence in the deal. This review is a little late, I had purchased a house in Jan 2018. And it was not a smooth ride, had to through lot of verification and fetching the documents from close to independence etc... Given the hurdles what we had gone through to finally close the transaction, one should assume, only the experience, patience and hard work can pull something like that. Settlin, Appreciate all your efforts in helping me getting this deal. Especially Ashish was really helpful and clearly explained the process how this deal is going to progress and what are hurdles etc.. in a phased manner. He was always available for the communication and reverted with the required documents and information at whatever the hour is. Appreciate Ashish for all his efforts and time spent on this deal. I would always recommend and Ashish for any property dealings to my friends and kin. In fact I already did for my sister and we had a pleasant experience with that too. And the deal was closed in a month. Once again, Ashish and Settlin, Kudos to your commitment and helping the customers like me.
