When I got buyer to buy my flat, I had lot of confusion to proceed with sale process. I have been trying with different agents/brokers to get clear procedure for resale. But each agent was suggesting to follow different actions and told me that nothing will happen if I skip few of the required actions. But finally went to settlin to discuss about resale and Ashish had guided me with clear steps like 1. Being a seller what I should complete 2. Being buyer what they need to check 3. Told me to finish some of the required entries like Khata, tax receipt s etc The charges were fair and guided us till the execution of sale deed in sub registrar office. I will be preferring settlin as my next consultant if I have to buy new property. Thank you Ashish n settlin team for closing the process with ease.

I bought my first property in Bangalore through Settlin's help. The most appreciable thing about this business is its option base which has a huge number of resale properties. Thus, we were able to choose property tailored to our very needs. I struggled a bit with the sales team for finalizing the terms and conditions of the MoU though where I think Settlin has some scope of improvement. My CRM Vineeth has been pretty cooperative throughout the process especially when it came to facilitating the return of the token money after successful closure of the property purchase which I received within five days. One area where Settlin may improve is the legal service (legal scrutiny) which comes with the sale package. Comparing the quality of legal scrutiny report received from Settlin with another report which I took from a law firm I find that in this particular aspect Settlin can improve by having consultations with the professional real-estate lawyers who do legal scrutiny for standard services like bank loans, etc. Apart from these, my overall experience has been good and I'd like to repeat transactions with Settlin in future.

Hi, I am really thrilled to write about Settlin.in Property Consultancy, they have been the most professional agencies i have ever come across. Right from the Day 1 - Pavan was the one who reached out to me regarding choosing a good listed property and in no time, they were able to hunt down few good flats for us. They helped us in negotiating the deal which was within our expectation. They were able to move things quickly and establish connect between Seller n Buyer. Once we finalized the deal, we got a new point of contact (Vineet) who was extremely prompt in getting the documentation of Agreements, filing of TAN, getting original docs from sellers, appointing bank loan contact etc. They are professionals who listen to you and your concerns and are able to provide a quick solution without any confusions. Before the day of registration Vineet helped me in making all the online payouts of Stamp Duty to Registration fees etc. which was commendable as its difficult to understand for people who are not well-versed in this area while doing these tasks by themselves. On the D-Day of Registration we met Uday in the Registration office who is a lawyer by profession, he was able to take us through the process smoothly though there were hundreds of people queuing up. All in all we had a great and a smooth experience right from day one till the closure. I appreciate the work being done by these folks, thank you so much Settlin for all the help during these difficult times of pandemic. Excellent service by Settlin in handling the entire documentation & registration of property. Their staff Mr. Uday was very patient in explaining the process / legal angles even if asked multiple times. They are a truly a professional company & people and not like these standalone agents who try to rush things just to get the paper work complete
