Doing property transactions when you are remote isn't easy normally. The Settlin.in team has beat all my expectations and has been extremely professional, clean and straightforward from the first day of our interaction all the way through the closure and the excellent follow-up even after sale/registration to ensure everything is addressed and answered. Zero glitches throughout, this shows the amount of experience this team has in dealing with property sale from both buyer and sellers perspective. The team went above and beyond in connecting me with so many other services (tax payment, khatha transfer, TDS exemption consultation and foreign remittance. I have no words to say their passion and commitment, especially Uday with whom I have been working from the very beginning. Would highly recommend Settlin.in incase you have a related need. I would recommend anyone to go with Settlin if you are planning to buy an apartment. Team is professional and entire process is transparent. We had a very good experience with Settlin even during pandemic times while buying a property in Bangalore. Mr.Jai Anand helped us to match our requirements and on negotiation Then Mr.Uday helped us to complete the legal, loan and registration process and address the n number of queries patiently during all these processes. Team, Specially Mr Uday Understood my urgency after discussion and acted on it to complete the registration process before time.

We had great experience with Settlin who did so much of work to get customers to see flat to getting all the documentation ready and then finally for Sale deed registration at Sub-registrar office, they know all the process and cover each aspect in detail. Especially CRM Vineeth was with us at each step of the entire process, thanks to Vineeth and Settlin we had hassle free apartment sale.

So I was checking properties with Settlin and we almost finalised one but due to the seller changing his mind could not proceed. In the entire process, Settlin people were very supportive and they will clarify everything very clearly. The legal associate from Settlin Kavyashree made sure that I stay informed about all the proceedings and made sure that even if the deal did not close, I get my refund on time. There was no hassle at all. Thanks team Settlin, hopeful of getting another property soon.

Am Shashikala owner of a Flat in Sarjapur, I have taken support to sell my flat through settlin, they identified a buyer and arranged for telecon with buyer , it was good meeting and concluded with price. Thanks to Divyank Singh and team Then file moved to Legal team , Sharanya M, Manager CSM team and she started the work from the bottom, like collecting all the documents of the flat and got validated through legal team and prepared final note. It is really helpful to the buyer and the seller Sharanya not only identified the problem, she comes out with solutions. she has deep knowledge of legal as well IT. It was very helpful for both the parties. many times she has worked out of office hours to had talks with my son since he is in UK. She had with us right from Sale agreement to Registration. Amazing support . Once again Thanks to Sharayana and the whole settlin team. People can take this company support when need.
