It is a previlage to be a part of Settle In customer base...The employees are very professional and approachable...First of all sttlein didn't charge a rupee from the purchaser. Further, the website provided best in class online & accurate service regarding property details, location and the plan of the property...It help a lot and simplify the process of finalising the property...I wish all the best for the company...and in particular advocate Kavya madam from Settle in.... My relationship with Settlin started in the 1st week of December 2023. Fathima was my first coordinator who helped me assigned a liaison to visiting the first property. She is a very polite person having a calm temperament.Then came Vishal. He helped me a lot to visit number of properties. My journey of visiting the property started with the Liaison Mr.Johnson arranged by Fathima. Then a number of liaisons came whose name must be mentioned here specially for their cool and attentive service. Shivaprasad surely attracts special mention. This guy is so helpful. Micah is another cool and silent person. Settlin rightly have chosen them. Thus my relationship with Settlin gradually deepens and my search for a home in Bangalore could see a light of hope. The hectic journey ended in a deal with a good seller with the help of Urvashi madam. Actually there are two sellers, they are a nice couple. We are lucky to have such sellers. In this vital scenario Vineeth came as our CRM from Settlin. During this time I have many conversations with him and I thought this gentleman might be an aged person because his knowledge, temperament and well behaviour made me think so. But at last, when I met this old man(!) at Indiranagar SRO at the time of registration of the sale deed I really got astonished to see him, a very young and energetic guy full of experience in his field of work. I think Settlin can go miles ahead if these types of energetic, cool headed, well behaved people are working with them. My well wishes to Settlin and it's entire team who put their best efforts to the customer. Though Settlin tries to give its customers a flawless and neat service I think they should be more careful in giving the details of the properties such as: 1. I visited a property with no power backup facility but it was mentioned having power backup. 2. The property (a residential flat) we purchased was mentioned by them as North facing but actually it is East Thanks Settlin, thanks Vineeth wishing you a very happy and prosperous days always

Its was an Hassel Free experience for buyers. We brought our first house in Bangalore with the help of the settlin team. CRM Vineeth from settlin team was very supportive and understand the requirements of ours and was available when ever we tried to reach out in this whole process starting from booking to registration and post registration queries. Registration process was very smooth and Me and wife were very happy with overall experience provided by SettlinTeam and CRM Vineeth.

I bought one house through settlin. Buying a property for the first time wouldn't be that easy, if I wouldn't have met settlin team. It was very much hassle free, relax and smooth process. They help me throughout the process, right from property search till property registration in my name. Hand holding all the time for a novice to make sure all is well, all the time. I think, the kind of service they are providing with respect to their charge, just flat Rs. 47,200 , is most cheapest across the market. However, their service and professionalism are at the top class. That's make them first choice for any property buyer or even seller. Last but not least, I would like to thanks Uday, Piyush and their team for wonderful support all the time. You guys are best. Thanks settlin for settle me down in Bangalore.

I purchased a flat through Settlin and I will definitely recommend Settlin to you in case you're planning to purchase a resale flat. My interactions were primarily with Uday for the entire transaction and it was super smooth and he was on top of it always. I am not so aware of the real estate processes generally. I've always found all the govt office related tasks super difficult. Uday was always there to explain to me the documents needed and the finer details when it comes to filling out forms etc when necessary.. Settlin was immensely helpful when it came to having the Agreement , sale Deeds etc made for the purchase. All the legal clauses etc which were needed were taken care of for me so that I am not at loss because of anything. They even helped me with the loan process by connecting me to the loan contact from the Bank I chose (SBI). Documents pick up/drop, everything taken care of. The commission they charged (0.5%) was not a worry for me given the help I've found in them.
