Settlin was extremely helpful in coordinating the sale of my property. They initiated and coordinated the entire deal with utmost professionalism. The staff were cordial and approachable at all times. Every procedure was well explained and they made sure both parties were communicated about each and every development. They had representatives who worked hand in hand in all departments right from sourcing the buyer, helping the buyer with his loan processing, up until the payment was made and property was registered. We highly recommend settlin's services.

Settlin helped me in selling my house in Bangalore. All of their departments have professional people and work collaboratively to conclude on the process. Sameena from Sales/Field team and Vineeth from CRM took all the necessary steps and made sure that the deal goes through smoothly. I had my property to sell where I had zero confidence in selling. But settlin called me discussed abt the way how they work and we took their service. Right from the starting purchaser got into discussion for the call until we sold the flat n completed the registrations, settlin guys were with us helping is with all the formalities which made our life easy without any hassle. I strongly recommend Settlin services for any property transactions. I would say Settlin is one stop solution to purchase/sell the property as they take care of end to end solution including legal verification, loans, registration, etc. Also they are very much transparent with complete execution. Settlin has in-depth legal/process knowledge and that has contributed to the smooth execution of the deal starting from the agreement till the registration. I would like to thank Mr. Ashish for guiding me with finance planning along with complete property transaction till the registration. Keep up the good work guys :)

Good job Settlin team. the process was well organized. There was constant follow-up with the team members. However, I have a suggestion- please explain to the buyer all the expenses involved well in advance, so it becomes easy for us to organize the funds otherwise we have to borrow from multiple sources, and it creates a difficult situation. Thanks for all your assistance especially during the registration process. Overall, a good experience.

Bought a flat using Settlin recently. Very well run and smooth transaction. Other than the purchase was also guided through other govt formalities and work needed post registration. Was given timely updates along every step and useful advice as a first time buyer. Would like to commend Mr Vineeth and Mr Uday for their professionalism and help throughout.
