Hassle-free experience of buying a home! Not just in terms of searching the products from their websites, even property visits are as smooth as possible. Vineeth, shanoj and settlin team were so much supportive from the begining of initial property discussion till registration. We were little concerned as it was resale property were we dont know the seller before but settlin was arranging all sorts of meeting and arrangements with seller and ensured all the required documents are collected before proceeding with sale and legal verification.
