Special mention to Akshay. He took full ownership. He was by my side from searching phase till I booked my flat. Showed me multiple properties, understood my requirements patiently. He was available 24x7 to answer my queries. He also helped me in the negotiation. Overall a fabulous service and made my journey of home ownership a very pleasant experience. Sale of my flat in Bangalore went really smooth and hassle-free with Settlin properties. They took care of end-to-end progress. They brought only few genuine probable buyers and closed the deal within that itself. They helped both seller and buyer to get along and communicate smoothly. As I live away from Bangalore, it was important to build a trust with the consultant and it was certainly there with Settlin - knowledgeableI met the buyer and Settlin executive only during registration and they took care of everything at the register office as well. They have been great throughout the process. They have ensured that things move in a proper manner and timelines are met. CRM manager Vineeth had gone beyond his normal duties to help wherever it was needed. The only con with their entire process is that the seller has very limited liability initially which should be looked at.

I sold my property through Settlin. It was a very smooth experience. They found a buyer, got the meetings scheduled, facilitated the negotiation and took care of all the documentation. Further they co-ordinated the registration process and ensured that both seller and the buyer had minimum hassles. End to end good job done.
