One of the best professional services teams I have worked with, I never thought the registration process would be so smooth. All the questions were answered with clarity and each and every step was guided properly and transparent. I never thought it was so easy to buy/sell a property but with the support of Settlin, it was so much easy. Good team, have proper co-ordination and well executed. Finally Great team effort. Kudos to Mr. Vineet, Mr. Kiran, and Team Settlin. Will Recommend to my network.

It was really great experience with Settlin. I have rarely seen such dedicated team and professionalism in real estate advisory services. It's worth mentioning the efforts of Sameena A for listening to our requirements and multiple queries and last minute changes in visiting properties and searches. She really helped us in finalising our search and going with the best available options within given criteria and budget. Even the the executives who showed us the flats were professional and also flexible with timings.

Very professional team. Showed me atleast 10 properties over a period of six month... Finally I shortlisted one and the entire process till registration was handled in a transparent manner safeguarding interest of both buyer and seller. Uday from their team was quite help full in getting all queries. Resolve with regards to paper work .. They charge only 0.5 percent of agreement value which is quite reasonable.

I recently my flat thru settlein. I am very much satisfied with the way settlein handled in completing the deal in a very methodical way. I would recommend settlein to any. Only thing they are bit slow following the due process but otherwise, they have taken care of the deal in a seamless way. Thanks Uday/Shanoj from settlein for helping me.

We purchased a NRI property via "settlin properties". The overall experience is easy and hassle free. There are some hiccups at different stages, but everything was overcome with a proper support. Our relationship manager Mr Vineeth was wonderful and have experience on what he handles. He guided us from the start till registration and handing over the keys. The one particular aspect on Vineeth is, even if the customer loses his cool, he remains in calm and polite and answers all the queries. There are few negatives, where there are few documents missed and later banker requested for it and slight delay happened, but this part is ignorable when compared to the overall process on how they deal and handle it. Rather than having a standard checklist, based on the project document the list can be updated. I, personally thank Rajeshwari for understanding our exact requirement and showing us the house accordingly (We saw just three house and finalised one) and Kaleem in kickstarting the seller - buyer talks, and Mr Vineeth for overall taking it untill the registration (and missed out supporting staff, field agents who toil and show houses). Registration was the highlight, which they made sure we don't struggle much, and it was easy process. Amazing work "Team Settlin & Vineeth" and keep growing and improving the process. Thank you for all the support from you. All the very best!

Settlin has a strong base for property valuation. I couldn't list and sell my property it is in a different location where Settlin is not dealing. I have been through the website and looking for other properties Settlin has been doing a great job in suggesting the right properties. Divyank has been a great help and Anup has helped me evaluate property value which is in T.Dasarahalli. Overall a good platform to make real estate transactions for hassle free buying and selling. :) Thank you.
