I would say "Settlin is the best place to go with purchasing the property or selling it off". I never expected purchasing a property would be a smooth ride, Ashish and his team had dealt our case with such ease. And I really appreciate all your efforts in explaining us the process and making the things quite easier both the seller and buyer. So I was checking properties with Settlin and we almost finalised one but due to the seller changing his mind could not proceed. In the entire process, Settlin people were very supportive and they will clarify everything very clearly. The legal associate from Settlin Kavyashree made sure that I stay informed about all the proceedings and made sure that even if the deal did not close, I get my refund on time. There was no hassle at all. Thanks team Settlin, hopeful of getting another property soon.

This review is a little late, I had purchased a house in Jan 2018. And it was not a smooth ride, had to through lot of verification and fetching the documents from close to independence etc... Given the hurdles what we had gone through to finally close the transaction, one should assume, only the experience, patience and hard work can pull something like that. Settlin, Appreciate all your efforts in helping me getting this deal. Especially Ashish was really helpful and clearly explained the process how this deal is going to progress and what are hurdles etc.. in a phased manner. He was always available for the communication and reverted with the required documents and information at whatever the hour is. Appreciate Ashish for all his efforts and time spent on this deal. I would always recommend and Ashish for any property dealings to my friends and kin. In fact I already did for my sister and we had a pleasant experience with that too. And the deal was closed in a month. Once again, Ashish and Settlin, Kudos to your commitment and helping the customers like me.

My daughter sold her deluxe luxury apt thru Settlin. Registered with them for sale with apt details in July and very pro job done by their team Intro direct and meet with prospective buyers,filter down to genuine ones and sold by August end. Vineet and his team did an excellent job. We'll done guys 👏👏

I really liked the way Settlein professionally handled and completed transition. Right from the beginning to guide in selecting the property to negotiation to initiating the handover, document verification and helping in registration. I recently sold my flat via Settlin and it was a very smooth process from start to finish.
