Very professional team. Showed me atleast 10 properties over a period of six month... Finally I shortlisted one and the entire process till registration was handled in a transparent manner safeguarding interest of both buyer and seller. Uday from their team was quite help full in getting all queries. Resolve with regards to paper work .. They charge only 0.5 percent of agreement value which is quite reasonable.

Really nice experience while selling Property through Settlin. Since I work outside Bangalore wanted someone to take care of end to end process of finding buyers to documentations to final process. Happy to share Settlin ticked all the check boxes throughout. They have a strong team including legal who took care of verifications and were in constant touch with updates. They took care of entire process @Subregistar office and left once complete transfer happened to new buyer. Special thanks to Vineeth who was with us throughout coordinating between buyer and seller. Recently had an experience with Settlin Team for purchasing a property. Entire process till the date of registration has been very smooth and satisfying. They made sure all the necessary documents are present for legal verification and legal check rightly done. Any additional queries were consulted with the right team and answered. Made sure, we were satisfied before going ahead with registration. All the documentation work were correctly and very smoothly handled. Special mention CRM Vineeth, who made sure the entire process moving timely for deal closure. He was very humble and professional, pleasure having him.

Hi, I am really thrilled to write about Settlin.in Property Consultancy, they have been the most professional agencies i have ever come across. Right from the Day 1 - Pavan was the one who reached out to me regarding choosing a good listed property and in no time, they were able to hunt down few good flats for us. They helped us in negotiating the deal which was within our expectation. They were able to move things quickly and establish connect between Seller n Buyer. Once we finalized the deal, we got a new point of contact (Vineet) who was extremely prompt in getting the documentation of Agreements, filing of TAN, getting original docs from sellers, appointing bank loan contact etc. They are professionals who listen to you and your concerns and are able to provide a quick solution without any confusions. Before the day of registration Vineet helped me in making all the online payouts of Stamp Duty to Registration fees etc. which was commendable as its difficult to understand for people who are not well-versed in this area while doing these tasks by themselves. On the D-Day of Registration we met Uday in the Registration office who is a lawyer by profession, he was able to take us through the process smoothly though there were hundreds of people queuing up. All in all we had a great and a smooth experience right from day one till the closure. I appreciate the work being done by these folks, thank you so much Settlin for all the help during these difficult times of pandemic.
