Excellent service by Settlin in handling the entire documentation & registration of property. Their staff Mr. Uday was very patient in explaining the process / legal angles even if asked multiple times. They are a truly a professional company & people and not like these standalone agents who try to rush things just to get the paper work complete

The Settlin team is very professional and knowledgeable and understand the expectations of their customers. I was very impressed by their processes, attention to details and above all are very courteous and polite. Buying and selling property anywhere is a stressful experience but one can always lean on Settlin to ease that to a great extent.. Well done team !

When I got buyer to buy my flat, I had lot of confusion to proceed with sale process. I have been trying with different agents/brokers to get clear procedure for resale. But each agent was suggesting to follow different actions and told me that nothing will happen if I skip few of the required actions. But finally went to settlin to discuss about resale and Ashish had guided me with clear steps like 1. Being a seller what I should complete 2. Being buyer what they need to check 3. Told me to finish some of the required entries like Khata, tax receipt s etc The charges were fair and guided us till the execution of sale deed in sub registrar office. I will be preferring settlin as my next consultant if I have to buy new property. Thank you Ashish n settlin team for closing the process with ease.

We had an excellent experience with Settlin while selling our property in bangalore. Getting formalities like khata certificate etc from govt departments was extra tough in times of covid, but Settlin extended complete support to speed up the process and made it an absolutely smooth experience. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of property consultancy...

This is the first property that is bought in Bangalore through settlin. Settlin won't charge anything from buyers(who are already paying the registration value to govt, paying a lot of charges for loan disbursement) It was a great experience from Day-1. Settlin has overcome a lot of challenges that are coming in between the process. The communication was very good. Special thanks to CRM Vineeth. As we have signed MOU, he is the one who has taken the entire responsibility to complete the transfer of ownership. In our point of view, Vineeth is like a one man army. Our only Suggestion to the future buyer before signing of MOU through settlin is Get confirmation from the sellers at what value the property to be registered, if they want to register for less than govt valuation (which can't be done) - then tell the norms of Karnataka govt as it can't be done. Settlin is a one stop solution, if you are purchasing the first property in Bangalore. Thanks to the settlin team and Vineeth

I have always depended on Settlin for my real estate transations. I have used Settlin for selling a row house in LGCL Bamboo Forest in 2018. I was not able to sell the property for close to 3 years and Settlin helped in selling the property. When I was planning to sell my 2 BHK apartment in Republic of whitefield this year, I did not list on any real estate portal but my first port of call was Settlin. The transaction was closed within couple of month. Setllin also helped in getting the Khata certificate and Extract. They also seamlessly coordinated with buyer, buyer's home loan bank and arranged for registration. The best part of Setllin is that they will keep you updated on the progress and they will chase you rather than other way around. All in all want to call out Uday, Vineet and Mayank for the professional and courteous approach and going beyond the agreed norms to facilitate the transaction.
