Wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude towards SETTLIN in making the purchase of our HOME possible. I want to thank Hrishikesh for all the initial help in property discussion and closing the price with sellers etc. He was prompt and played a fair mediator between both parties. Much appreciated . Thanks for all your help. Uday for getting the E-Khata on time . Thank You Above all a special mention and immense appreciation for Sharanya. Though she is still slow to respond to our calls, now we know why ( after seeing her in action at the sub registrar's office). She played the perfect matchmaker between the buyer and seller and also represented both parties well. Helped in clearing every single doubt for a first time buyer. She helped us document every single conversation we had with sellers to ensure all parties were clear and on the same page. Another very important thing, and the main reason why we chose a corporate entity rather than a local broker was to help estimate all costs in a planned manner, that's where we really appreciated Sharanya. She got on a google meet call and helped list out various elements of the registration charges and the bank charges on a spreadsheet. Can't tell you how spot on she was in these calculations! Since we had a tight deadline to close matters, she worked proactively with us backwards to ensure that even as we await the final bank loan, all other paperwork is done in the background. I clearly remember the day we had to book the slot on Kaveri 2.0 and pay that huge amount, how the page was unresponsive and I was really nervous and impatient and she just took things calmly and asked us to wait . Once the page became responsive, I was still very hesitant to make the payment and it was her calm presence of mind that helped in this process and the payment went through. Seeing her in action at the sub registrar office is something else. She made the process so smooth! Thank You Sharanya! Thank You Settlin!

My relationship with Settlin started in the 1st week of December 2023. Fathima was my first coordinator who helped me assigned a liaison to visiting the first property. She is a very polite person having a calm temperament.Then came Vishal. He helped me a lot to visit number of properties. My journey of visiting the property started with the Liaison Mr.Johnson arranged by Fathima. Then a number of liaisons came whose name must be mentioned here specially for their cool and attentive service. Shivaprasad surely attracts special mention. This guy is so helpful. Micah is another cool and silent person. Settlin rightly have chosen them. Thus my relationship with Settlin gradually deepens and my search for a home in Bangalore could see a light of hope. The hectic journey ended in a deal with a good seller with the help of Urvashi madam. Actually there are two sellers, they are a nice couple. We are lucky to have such sellers. In this vital scenario Vineeth came as our CRM from Settlin. During this time I have many conversations with him and I thought this gentleman might be an aged person because his knowledge, temperament and well behaviour made me think so. But at last, when I met this old man(!) at Indiranagar SRO at the time of registration of the sale deed I really got astonished to see him, a very young and energetic guy full of experience in his field of work. I think Settlin can go miles ahead if these types of energetic, cool headed, well behaved people are working with them. My well wishes to Settlin and it's entire team who put their best efforts to the customer. Though Settlin tries to give its customers a flawless and neat service I think they should be more careful in giving the details of the properties such as: 1. I visited a property with no power backup facility but it was mentioned having power backup. 2. The property (a residential flat) we purchased was mentioned by them as North facing but actually it is East Thanks Settlin, thanks Vineeth wishing you a very happy and prosperous days always

I got to know about Settlin through a friend. All that he said was - u give it to them rest they will take care. And that was absolutely true! My first chat with them, they took all the details and they said, mam pay only if we sell. That itself made me feel very nice. They got many people to see the place ... they wld then call to give me a feedback. When even after a long time, they couldn't close a deal I thought that these guys r just like the nobroker and 99acres, where I had taken paid services and still no result! But right the next day I got a call from them and they removed the differences between the buyer and seller and pushed the deal to closure in a very professional way! Unlike the resentment of O I lost my money with the other fellows - I didn't mind paying them their deserved price! Kudos to the team! And Thank you Vineeth. Love Priya

Settlin has been helpful in the house hunt for us. They have a good and interesting choices as per locality and budget, the visits are scheduled diligently and hassle free. Our RM, Ramitha was especially helpful and patient through the process. I would recommend Setllin for Selling or Buying a house, as they keep the whole process hassle free and engaging.

I feel myself lucky to avail Settlin brokerage services for purchase of apartment in demanding market like bangalore. There are so many issues /legal proceedings/documentation and other state govt formalities that comes with purchase of property. Settlin has really made our life simple and also brought certainty in every transaction we did by not only getting things done but also by advising and educating on each and every step. Fee they charge as a brokerage is very less and competitive and worth every paisa!I recommend settlin as a must for every property deal.
