My experience with Settlin was extremely positive. I recently purchased a resale flat in Nandi Woods through Settlin. Settlin took care of all the documentation from drafting MoU, Sale agreement, Sale deed, making it a breeze for the buyer. Right from the beginning CRM Vineeth was very responsive, he explained clearly all the steps and processes involved. Always gave the correct checklist of documents needed for loan or registration and mediated the communication with seller also smoothly. It was a smooth experience and I am genuinely satisfied. I would highly recommend Settlin to first time home buyers as they are very knowledgeable in this real estate business and CRM Vineeth was also very sincere, professional and helpful during the entire process

At the outset, I thank Mr. Vineeth for his way of handling at SRO for registration. It was very smooth handling and we are not put into any problem. As a buyer we had some apprehensions about certain issues but Mr. Vineeth helped on those issues. We had approached some bank loan on our own but could not get it. Arranged thru some other loans later. Had it been suggested to us by M/s Settlin at the initial stage itself, we could have used that service also. Thank you Mr. Cool, Vineeth.

I had reached out to Settlin Property Consultancy for purchasing a flat for my parent. Uday CM from Settlin helped us get through the journey providing me answers to all my queries. He was very approachable and knowledgeable in the aspects of purchasing a property. Settlin has helped me to complete my flat sale recently. Being at abroad, It was a difficult task for me to find out a buyer and carry out the sale formalities especially during this pandemic time. Settlin and special mention to Mr Uday who has helped me through all the process. Settlin has a very transparent process in which both the parties are kept well informed about the progress at each stage. Uday have provided seamless assistance in finishing the end to end registration formalities. He excelled on his service with exceptional professionalism. Thanks a lot to Uday and Setllin!! I highly recommend Settlin for property buying and selling. It is an an easy task to buy a property and more tougher to resell a property, I had to answer a phone call from Settlin and I was briefed about the process from START to END transparently. M/s Settlin helped me in arranging serious buyer visits for a property without bothering owner much over phone calls. Also Mr, Uday helped in getting certain paper work done from Government offices.
