I got to know about Settlin very recently. Fortunately, my first interaction with the frontline staff of Settlin itself turned out to shortlisting the property. Rest is history now. Settlin team executive staff viz., Niraj & Shenoj initiated the dialogue with the both the parties with all professionalism, which was the key in ceasing the deal. Special appreciation and thanks to Madam Ramita, for the excellent support in ensuring legal process , compliance to all statutory requirements for Registration. I had chosen and finalised a property and approached settling for legal services and sale agreement and deed drafting and assistance in registration Vineeth was the CRM who helped with the complete process, it was a very pleasant experience working with Vineeth and the settlin team ( special thanks to Uday) There was no hiccups in any of the services provided , settling team is very professional and it gave me peace of mind throughout the process. House purchase is a high value transaction and it takes time to close the deal due to multiple reasons.like delay due to loan process , verification in govt offices , spelling mistakes in existing documents etc …. In course of time , I got the confidence that it’s taken care of by professional team and any work that’s needs to be done in executing the high value transaction will be completed without any errors and on time. I never had to travel to anywhere for any of the steps including legal opinion , tax payment , document submission etc … All services were door step or used local couriers Overall I was very satisfied with the services and recommend settlin for services they provided

I was searching for an apartment in bangalore. It was really tough experience as most of them are rented and not able to follow up for site visit and coordinate with owner. Meenakshi from settlin helped me in site visit and followed by shanoj in booking it. Finally Vineeth helped me in closing the registration process smoothly. Really trusted consultant I would prefer to do future transactions

Vineeth was always calm and patient whenever I had questions or clarifications. The way he handled this entire procedure was truly commendable. The legal was done in details by Vineeth and al the documents were meticulously handled. He was extremely professional and dedicated. From the initiation of the conversation till the date of registration Vineeth was there. He helped outside of working hours. He always went above and beyond to make this entire process smooth. Through Settlin, I bought a resale property, and I was generally satisfied with the assistance they provided. Mr Vineeth is a very polite and calm person. He is so patient that he patiently listened to you and clears all your doubts through all the project's specifics. Being my first purchase ever, he helped me all the way through documentation to registration.

We had no problems at all selling 2 properties through Settlin. The Settlin crew are professional, and the platform provides ample assistance. The entire procedure was really easy and gratifying from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend them. Nagabharana and Satish were very helpful. A special thank you to Nagabharana for his effective management of the buyer-seller correspondence.
