I got to know about Settlin very recently. Fortunately, my first interaction with the frontline staff of Settlin itself turned out to shortlisting the property. Rest is history now. Settlin team executive staff viz., Niraj & Shenoj initiated the dialogue with the both the parties with all professionalism, which was the key in ceasing the deal. Thanks to Settlin team for helping us to hassle free in buying a flat. All team are professional, helpful and fully reliable. From purchaser point of there is no extra charges charged, all the services from Settlin team was free, only need to deposit 1 lakh amount which is returned after property registration. All paper work along with Legal verification done by Settlin team And many thanks to Mr. Vineeth who handled all process very smoothly and timely manner from starting the documentation till registration. It such a great experience working with him and Settlin Team. Thank you again!!

Settlin property consultancy provided very good service. They will premium list the property, provide the guidance on pricing. They have large database of prospective genuine buyers/sellers.They will shortlist the buyers, show the property to prospective buyers. Let the buyer and seller negotiate the price. Help with all the paper work and securing the necessary documents like katha certificate, Encumbrance certificate... Etc Appreciate Ramitha Ivar for her help and support through out the process. She was always available to answer any questions we may have. I would highly recommend settlin to prospective property buyers/sellers.

I availed services of Settlin for selling my 2 BHK flat at SDA, Balagere. Settlin has set of very dedicated and professional staff who provide with complete details of the services they offer and also very transparent about their pricing. For us, Uday was the relationship manager, who was of great help. He ensured of providing me regular updates on the prospective buyer and once the buyer finalized the property he was instrumental in guiding both the parties in completing the transaction. He also ensured that he coordinate with the legal team for their opinion, buyer bank contact to ensure that the whole experience was seamless. Uday and his were with me and the buyer throughout during the registration process. Thank you Uday and team Settlin for all your help!!
