We approached Settlin few months ago for property sale. They tried but could not get it sold for few months. They found 1 buyer in January and this buyer liked property. Entire sale process got completed in 1.5 months that too smoothly and hassle free. Credit goes to Settlin for doing all research and making process light for both parties.

I am very happy with overall service from Settlin. Jai and Uday were my POC and they took care of end to end process while buying the flat .It was possible for me to buy the flat prior to lockdown only coz of them as they are completely aware of all the things .Plus they also have contacts with bankers in alll banks due to which the home loan process was also faster . A team of absolute professionals. In property transactions people are more skepticle about the genuinity of the parties involved & so do I at the beginning. But today I can honestly assure the authenticity of this team & highly recommend to anyone wants get through a property transaction. I highly recommend Settlin for property buying and selling. It is an an easy task to buy a property and more tougher to resell a property, I had to answer a phone call from Settlin and I was briefed about the process from START to END transparently. M/s Settlin helped me in arranging serious buyer visits for a property without bothering owner much over phone calls. Also Mr, Uday helped in getting certain paper work done from Government offices. Bought our 1st home through settlin. They have multiple options to meet your requirement and does not charge any commission from buyers. Provides legal support and loan advice free of charge. Would definitely suggest to visit settlin if looking to buy a house.
