Initially I was not sure to go with Settlin. But, I must say it was a smooth experience buying property. I am very satisffied witht there service. From legal checks and till registration they did all the handholding and provided a seamless experience.They had provided guidance through out the process and were very helpful and supportive. You guys are really doing a good job. Also, they returned my money which they had collected as collateral. Special thanks to Sharanya, who was always available for any query and made sure transaction was completed in time. Keep up the good job guys !

Settlin was excellent right from helping me find a flat, to verification of legal papers to registration of the property to getting the Khata transferred into my name. They have good knowledge and do everything for you. You just have to sit at home and leave it to them. They have done everything with honesty and dedication. I will highly recommend them for any type of property needs. Thank you Settlin. Great job.!!!!!!

I moved to in September'22. I had searched for a place to call home for 1 month till Oct since then, until I came in contact with Settlin group's sale team. My search experience was so bad before I met them. At first it was Mr. Arvind from their sales team, who understood my requirements and accordingly, selected suitable properties and arranged site visits. Their website too makes it so easy to shortlist properties and request site visits to the shortlisted property as per our convenience. They, have many good properties in their platter. After, I selected a property and a price was negotiated with Mr. Arvind's help, I was provided a dedicated CRM, Mr. Vineeth, to guide me through the following process. Mr. Vineeth too was very helpful and transparent all through the process. Myself and the seller both were kept in a loop regarding progress of the deal through a dedicated whatsapp and email group made for this process. All documents relating to the property were shared and verification was done by the Settlin group from time to time over Email. Mr. Vineeth(CRM), helped with all paperwork, let it be, drafting and signing the sale agreement, making K2 challan payment online, making payment to seller, final Sale deed drafting and registration. Mr. Vineeth was there at the SRO, during the sale deed registration process and was very helpful in providing guidance all through the process. Although, we had to face many huddles during the registration process due to some mismatch in entries between the panchayat and SRO, but Mr. Vineeth helped sort out and solve the problem ASAP, by getting the panchayat work done. I would like to thank the Settlin team for all the help and support they gave me to get a place to call my home in Bangalore. I would also recommend Settlin group to people known to me and also people like myself who are very new in Bangalore. Thanks a lot Settlin.....

We bought a resale flat recently with the help of Settlin. They are very much helpful in every stage of purchase process. Property visit, MOU between two parties, getting all documents from seller (special thanks to my seller on providing all documents as soon as we requested) and then legal opinion, their follow up is very good on these, helping in getting home loan with best rate of interest in market, with sale agreement and with sale deed draft and finally registration process at SRO. During this process they are kind and patient enough to answer all of our questions/queries. Settlin took care of each and every process and they were extremely helpful and extremely professional from the start to till end of registration process. If you are new home or first time buyer, you can believe them in each step. Thank you every one, special thanks to home loan support (Kavitha), legal and registration support (Vineeth, thank you for sweets on the registration day as well) and other team members as well. They are basically excellent in every aspect.
