Sale of my flat in Bangalore went really smooth and hassle-free with Settlin properties. They took care of end-to-end progress. They brought only few genuine probable buyers and closed the deal within that itself. They helped both seller and buyer to get along and communicate smoothly. As I live away from Bangalore, it was important to build a trust with the consultant and it was certainly there with Settlin - knowledgeableI met the buyer and Settlin executive only during registration and they took care of everything at the register office as well. We purchased a NRI property via "settlin properties". The overall experience is easy and hassle free. There are some hiccups at different stages, but everything was overcome with a proper support. Our relationship manager Mr Vineeth was wonderful and have experience on what he handles. He guided us from the start till registration and handing over the keys. The one particular aspect on Vineeth is, even if the customer loses his cool, he remains in calm and polite and answers all the queries. There are few negatives, where there are few documents missed and later banker requested for it and slight delay happened, but this part is ignorable when compared to the overall process on how they deal and handle it. Rather than having a standard checklist, based on the project document the list can be updated. I, personally thank Rajeshwari for understanding our exact requirement and showing us the house accordingly (We saw just three house and finalised one) and Kaleem in kickstarting the seller - buyer talks, and Mr Vineeth for overall taking it untill the registration (and missed out supporting staff, field agents who toil and show houses). Registration was the highlight, which they made sure we don't struggle much, and it was easy process. Amazing work "Team Settlin & Vineeth" and keep growing and improving the process. Thank you for all the support from you. All the very best!

My daughter sold her deluxe luxury apt thru Settlin. Registered with them for sale with apt details in July and very pro job done by their team Intro direct and meet with prospective buyers,filter down to genuine ones and sold by August end. Vineet and his team did an excellent job. We'll done guys 👏👏
