As we were staying out of town, we had posted our sale requirement to Settlin and it was a seamless experience to get our job done. Settlin had posted our property on their webpage and also used to communicate with us regularly regarding the current market rates and buyer interests. We could get our desired price for our flat at Keerthi and I believe even the buyers would be happy with the deal. Our CRM connect Mr. Vineeth was very helpful in all communications, backend support and coordination. He ensured that we could get all the work done as per plan and the entire sale process was very well time-managed and efficient. I would suggest prospective property sellers to consider Settlin for cutting the deal through. I wish Settlin success and prosperity. With Regards, Mahesh.

Had interaction with uday from settlin, it was bit long interaction related to one property deal, best part I will say about overall process that we were well informed about timeline and there weren't surprises, whenever we was getting delayed we were well informed about the details Good work, keep it up...

The most simplest, fastest, friendly and stress-free way to buy a house. Super Thanks to the entire team for finding me the right home and assisting me in all validations required. I thank Jyotsana and Raji ma'am to help me search for the right home. I thank Mr.Kaleem to take the deal to the next level. A very very BIG thanks to Sharanya ma'am to help me in all the legal formalities and the guidance+support throughout the journey. Thanks to all the supporting staffs who helped me in the process. And special thanks to my seller who is a gentleman. To Be Very Honest! without Settlin and with my knowledge in property purchase, it would have been an nightmare. The Settlin team is very professional and knowledgeable and understand the expectations of their customers. I availed services of Settlin for selling my 2 BHK flat at Horamavu after being tired of not getting genuine buyer leads from all the online portals. Settlin has set of very dedicated and professional staff who provide you with complete details of the services they offer and also very transparent about their pricing. For me Vineeth was the relationship manager, who was of great help. He ensured of providing me regular updates on the prospective buyers and once the buyer finalized the property he was instrumental in guiding both the parties in completing the transaction. He also ensured that he coordinate with the legal team for their opinion, buyer bank contact to ensure that the whole experience was seamless. Harinath Reddy and him were with me and the buyer throughout during the registration process. Thank you Vineeth, Harinath and team Settlin for all your help!!

This was my best experience so far dealing with any property consultant. Thoroughly professional and everything under one umbrella. They are ready to help you with everything related to home buying and selling. True to there name, SETTLIN (settle in). I have recently concluded a very complex transaction (people in multiple locations, NRI, khata required, tds exemption to be applied, GPA to be done) and even more complex environment (travel restrictions due to Covid-19), they are perfect advisors and help for everything. I can't thank them enough. Last but not the least, real value for money. I have seen consultants walking away with their fees just to get the negotiation part done...you will get hand-holding throughout the process. Many thanks to Mayank, Uday, Satheesh, Sripada and entire team in the background. I will trust you guys for any future transactions.
