I had my property to sell where I had zero confidence in selling. But settlin called me discussed abt the way how they work and we took their service. Right from the starting purchaser got into discussion for the call until we sold the flat n completed the registrations, settlin guys were with us helping is with all the formalities which made our life easy without any hassle. It was a very good experience to connect with Nagabharana Sir and Akhilesh from settlin who had lot of good patience to hear us and give us all possibilities whenevr required. Kudos to Settlin Team.

Extremely Professional Team. Recently I sold my flat in urtrarhalli area. I had sold my flat in Whitefield through Settlin and they had ensured a seamless process, well coordinated between me & the buyer. Ensured timely updates provided on documentation status, fixing the registration dates and ensuring compliances as required by the law. They had also helped the buyer in completing the TDS formalities as well as paying the required registration fees. Overall, I am happy with their approach especially Vineet who was there till the last minute to complete the formalities without causing any issues to both buyer and seller.

Settlin team has been really helpful, there were some delays in the beginning and some miscommunication but everything was sorted, their CEO is also approachable, I called him on a Sunday afternoon when he was eating but he spent time to address my concerns, so far the process has been smooth, our POC Kavya has been very supportive and prompt with everything that needed to be done, and also explaining all the steps, for first time buyers it would be really helpful to have this guidance. Only advice would be to get clarification from the sales person on timelines and costs associated right at the start and it would avoid any back and forth later on

It has been an absolutely seamless journey for me with Settlin in general and.CRM Vineeth in particular. I.have had two time experience with him and the service has been absolutely amazing. If I.can give.a rating more than five star then I would definitely do so. He takes that extra mile walk to make the completion of.the job exceedingly easy. Hats off to.him. I would not think twice to recommend Settlin to everyone. All the very best and a big thanks to you Vineeth!

They have been great throughout the process. They have ensured that things move in a proper manner and timelines are met. CRM manager Vineeth had gone beyond his normal duties to help wherever it was needed. The only con with their entire process is that the seller has very limited liability initially which should be looked at.
