We had a great experience working with Vineeth from Settling while buying our new home. Settlin is the need of the hour in the secondary real estate marketplace in India. They are the much required bridge between the buyers and sellers who are both struggling to connect. They help in the entire process till completion of registration. Very professional in behaviour and processes, they come across as trustworthy right from the beginning. Their employee partners, Piyush and Uday that I interacted with, demonstrated sound understanding of the market and the government processes involved. All in all, strongly recommended!

I had my property to sell where I had zero confidence in selling. But settlin called me discussed abt the way how they work and we took their service. Right from the starting purchaser got into discussion for the call until we sold the flat n completed the registrations, settlin guys were with us helping is with all the formalities which made our life easy without any hassle. Settlin was very friendly and cooperative since we got added our flat in their website for selling. They do call us regularly and share the update on the no of enquiries and visit of our flat. Once the buyer was identified their support and guidance in completing the transaction was remarkable. They were very professional and well organised in managing the transaction. The transaction was smooth and quick. As I was busy and was not staying the property that got sold, Settlin people directly took the tenants number and then coordinated with him for house visit. This was very much appreciated. Further their help in procuring some documents like EC and E-Asthi was also helpful. Mr. Vineeth did a good job in coordinating and making the overall process smooth.

I highly recommend Settlin for property buying and selling. It is an an easy task to buy a property and more tougher to resell a property, I had to answer a phone call from Settlin and I was briefed about the process from START to END transparently. M/s Settlin helped me in arranging serious buyer visits for a property without bothering owner much over phone calls. Also Mr, Uday helped in getting certain paper work done from Government offices.
