I had chosen and finalised a property and approached settling for legal services and sale agreement and deed drafting and assistance in registration Vineeth was the CRM who helped with the complete process, it was a very pleasant experience working with Vineeth and the settlin team ( special thanks to Uday) There was no hiccups in any of the services provided , settling team is very professional and it gave me peace of mind throughout the process. House purchase is a high value transaction and it takes time to close the deal due to multiple reasons.like delay due to loan process , verification in govt offices , spelling mistakes in existing documents etc …. In course of time , I got the confidence that it’s taken care of by professional team and any work that’s needs to be done in executing the high value transaction will be completed without any errors and on time. I never had to travel to anywhere for any of the steps including legal opinion , tax payment , document submission etc … All services were door step or used local couriers Overall I was very satisfied with the services and recommend settlin for services they provided

Vineeth, shanoj and settlin team were so much supportive from the begining of initial property discussion till registration. We were little concerned as it was resale property were we dont know the seller before but settlin was arranging all sorts of meeting and arrangements with seller and ensured all the required documents are collected before proceeding with sale and legal verification. I bought my first property in Bangalore through Settlin's help. The most appreciable thing about this business is its option base which has a huge number of resale properties. Thus, we were able to choose property tailored to our very needs. I struggled a bit with the sales team for finalizing the terms and conditions of the MoU though where I think Settlin has some scope of improvement. My CRM Vineeth has been pretty cooperative throughout the process especially when it came to facilitating the return of the token money after successful closure of the property purchase which I received within five days. One area where Settlin may improve is the legal service (legal scrutiny) which comes with the sale package. Comparing the quality of legal scrutiny report received from Settlin with another report which I took from a law firm I find that in this particular aspect Settlin can improve by having consultations with the professional real-estate lawyers who do legal scrutiny for standard services like bank loans, etc. Apart from these, my overall experience has been good and I'd like to repeat transactions with Settlin in future.

I purchased a flat through Settlin and I will definitely recommend Settlin to you in case you're planning to purchase a resale flat. My interactions were primarily with Uday for the entire transaction and it was super smooth and he was on top of it always. I am not so aware of the real estate processes generally. I've always found all the govt office related tasks super difficult. Uday was always there to explain to me the documents needed and the finer details when it comes to filling out forms etc when necessary.. Settlin was immensely helpful when it came to having the Agreement , sale Deeds etc made for the purchase. All the legal clauses etc which were needed were taken care of for me so that I am not at loss because of anything. They even helped me with the loan process by connecting me to the loan contact from the Bank I chose (SBI). Documents pick up/drop, everything taken care of. The commission they charged (0.5%) was not a worry for me given the help I've found in them.
