It was a great experience dealing with the Settlin CRM team, especially Mr. Vineeth. Prompt responses to queries, clear communication around documentation and requirements made the sale of my property through Settlin a hassle-free process. The only area of improvement would be having a dedicated manager while finding buyers just like they have on the CRM side once a buyer is found. Highly recommend the services of Settlin.

The process of buying a house is definitely cumbersome but with the help of settlin though there were many set backs we were able to get through the whole process. They proved helpful throughout the journey. Their reps Vineet, Sharanya were available even after working hours to sort through everything. Appreciate the work they do, would definitely recommend them if you're planning a purchase in Bangalore.

Recently I bought property through Settlin and my experience has been wonderful. They have guided me with all the paperwork like sale agreement, sale deed etec. plus loan sanction. I thank Ramitha Ivar for all the communication and paperwork and make the registration process smooth for me. I thank Priya, Kaleem, Darshan as well. Thank you for all your support. I would recommend anyone to go with Settlin if you are planning to buy an apartment. Team is professional and entire process is transparent. We had a very good experience with Settlin even during pandemic times while buying a property in Bangalore. Mr.Jai Anand helped us to match our requirements and on negotiation Then Mr.Uday helped us to complete the legal, loan and registration process and address the n number of queries patiently during all these processes. Team, Specially Mr Uday Understood my urgency after discussion and acted on it to complete the registration process before time.

Sale of my flat in Bangalore went really smooth and hassle-free with Settlin properties. They took care of end-to-end progress. They brought only few genuine probable buyers and closed the deal within that itself. They helped both seller and buyer to get along and communicate smoothly. As I live away from Bangalore, it was important to build a trust with the consultant and it was certainly there with Settlin - knowledgeableI met the buyer and Settlin executive only during registration and they took care of everything at the register office as well. We have purchased our first property in Bangalore through Settlin's Platform. The most appreciable thing about settlin is, sales team are very kind and Co-operative in nature to explore many properties which are suitable to us and also very prompt & particular to visit the properties. Every visit of property Different Settlin’s executives came at particular locations on time, and they help very nicely to visit the properties. I think it’s excellent service settlin offering in this space across market which I think no one offering currently is real estate space and would like to thank Vishal & Rishikesh for helping a lot to finalise the property. From legal team, Ramitha has been pretty cooperative throughout the process especially when it came to sale deed execution, Stamp duty process & TDS payment process of the property. Area where Settlin need to improve is TAT of of the processes and the legal service. Comparing the quality of legal scrutiny report received from Settlin with bank legal report which my bank has done from a law firm I find that in this aspect Settlin can improve by having consultations with the professional real-estate lawyers who do legal scrutiny as per bank’s standards so no need to do 2-time reports to buyers. Also need to review different TAT of process of sale agreement, legal report and refund of booking amount which can help buyer and seller to execute transaction as soon as early. Apart from these, my overall experience has been good, and can repeat transactions with Settlin in future.
