I recently sold my flat via settlin and overall satisfied with the services provided by them. Settlin team especially Mr Vineeth was very cooperative and prompt in answering queries and providing guidance wherever needed. One area of improvement could be documenting the entire sales process for both buyer and seller, clearly listing down requirements at different stages of sales process. This was at times a bit adhoc in my experience which led to longer lead time in closing the deal. Overall entire team was very cooperative and good professional service.

I really liked the way Settlein professionally handled and completed transition. Right from the beginning to guide in selecting the property to negotiation to initiating the handover, document verification and helping in registration.
