Recently purchased property through Settlin. They have plenty of resale properties listed on the site. Team does great job in scheduling visit and suggesting property based on individual needs. Once property is finalized they have streamlined process starting from negotiation till the sale deed registration of property. Vineeth from CRM team has been very helpful. Thanks Settlin team.

I sold my property through Settlin. It was a very smooth experience. They found a buyer, got the meetings scheduled, facilitated the negotiation and took care of all the documentation. Being relatively new in the city of Bangalore, my decision to buy a flat was with lot of apprehensions. Luckily, I could shortlist a property which was through Settlin. Though there were issues related to Khata digitisation and delay of almost 35 days for registration, Settlin team lead by Vineet were relentlessly on the job doing follow through with the Govt.agencies involved and cleared all the formalities. I got to know about Settlin through a friend. All that he said was - u give it to them rest they will take care. And that was absolutely true! My first chat with them, they took all the details and they said, mam pay only if we sell. That itself made me feel very nice. They got many people to see the place ... they wld then call to give me a feedback. When even after a long time, they couldn't close a deal I thought that these guys r just like the nobroker and 99acres, where I had taken paid services and still no result! But right the next day I got a call from them and they removed the differences between the buyer and seller and pushed the deal to closure in a very professional way! Unlike the resentment of O I lost my money with the other fellows - I didn't mind paying them their deserved price! Kudos to the team! And Thank you Vineeth. Love Priya
