It was a wonderful experience for my recent purchase of the flat. Mr. Vineeth is a wonderful person who always helped me with my numerous queries. The entire process starting from legal opinion till our house registration was done smoothly irrespective of several roadblocks. Vineeth and team know their job really well and I really appreciate the way they handle the situations. Mr. Kiran on the other hand was super active and fast on the day of registration were we didn’t even face any difficulties. Because of Vineeth and Kiran the registration was as smooth as butter. Really appreciate their hard work. Overall Vineeth, Kiran and the entire Settlin team was superb. Keep up the good work.

I availed services of Settlin for selling my 2 BHK flat at Horamavu after being tired of not getting genuine buyer leads from all the online portals. Settlin has set of very dedicated and professional staff who provide you with complete details of the services they offer and also very transparent about their pricing. For me Vineeth was the relationship manager, who was of great help. He ensured of providing me regular updates on the prospective buyers and once the buyer finalized the property he was instrumental in guiding both the parties in completing the transaction. He also ensured that he coordinate with the legal team for their opinion, buyer bank contact to ensure that the whole experience was seamless. Harinath Reddy and him were with me and the buyer throughout during the registration process. Thank you Vineeth, Harinath and team Settlin for all your help!!

It was a 'Mission impossible' for us.The seller was in Bangalore to close the deal and was leaving in the weekend. The banks though initially confirmed, but at the last hour refused to disburse the loan because of Authorization issues as the seller was an NRI. It was then that Settlin got into to action. They got the loan disbursed on one day through another bank and completed the registration the next day (Friday). Very grateful to Settlin, especially Vineet. Ravi Iyer

From purchaser point of there is no extra charges charged, all the services from Settlin team was free, only need to deposit 1 lakh amount which is returned after property registration. All paper work along with Legal verification done by Settlin team And many thanks to Mr. Vineeth who handled all process very smoothly and timely manner from starting the documentation till registration.
