I moved to in September'22. I had searched for a place to call home for 1 month till Oct since then, until I came in contact with Settlin group's sale team. My search experience was so bad before I met them. At first it was Mr. Arvind from their sales team, who understood my requirements and accordingly, selected suitable properties and arranged site visits. Their website too makes it so easy to shortlist properties and request site visits to the shortlisted property as per our convenience. They, have many good properties in their platter. After, I selected a property and a price was negotiated with Mr. Arvind's help, I was provided a dedicated CRM, Mr. Vineeth, to guide me through the following process. Mr. Vineeth too was very helpful and transparent all through the process. Myself and the seller both were kept in a loop regarding progress of the deal through a dedicated whatsapp and email group made for this process. All documents relating to the property were shared and verification was done by the Settlin group from time to time over Email. Mr. Vineeth(CRM), helped with all paperwork, let it be, drafting and signing the sale agreement, making K2 challan payment online, making payment to seller, final Sale deed drafting and registration. Mr. Vineeth was there at the SRO, during the sale deed registration process and was very helpful in providing guidance all through the process. Although, we had to face many huddles during the registration process due to some mismatch in entries between the panchayat and SRO, but Mr. Vineeth helped sort out and solve the problem ASAP, by getting the panchayat work done. I would like to thank the Settlin team for all the help and support they gave me to get a place to call my home in Bangalore. I would also recommend Settlin group to people known to me and also people like myself who are very new in Bangalore. Thanks a lot Settlin.....

I would say "Settlin is the best place to go with purchasing the property or selling it off". I never expected purchasing a property would be a smooth ride, Ashish and his team had dealt our case with such ease. And I really appreciate all your efforts in explaining us the process and making the things quite easier both the seller and buyer. Absolute Professionalism & Transparency in every step of transaction. Right from narrowing down to an apartment and negotiation, Mr. Mayank helped us in getting the best deal with continuous engagement even during pandemic times. Mr. Vineeth, took our burden over his shoulders and arranged services related to Legal Check, Payment reminders, Clarifying doubts. Patient enough to address all queries. As a first time Buyer in Banglore, I am extremely satisfied with Settlin. Starting from scheduling of the flat visit to date of registration, they were on top of things and ensured that everything was done smoothly. Hiccups due to server issues of government sites were handled with patience. All the steps were explained in detail and and well in advance by POC Vineeth. Shoutout to him for guiding both me and the seller with all the processes. Without any follow-up from my side, Vineeth kept track of everything. Thanks to Settlin especially Vineeth. Appreciate it.

I availed services of Settlin for selling my 2 BHK flat at SDA, Balagere. Settlin has set of very dedicated and professional staff who provide with complete details of the services they offer and also very transparent about their pricing. For us, Uday was the relationship manager, who was of great help. He ensured of providing me regular updates on the prospective buyer and once the buyer finalized the property he was instrumental in guiding both the parties in completing the transaction. He also ensured that he coordinate with the legal team for their opinion, buyer bank contact to ensure that the whole experience was seamless.
