I was trying to buy a flat and came to know about Settlin through the internet. I approached them for support and then we started hunting flat per my budget and other expectations. I was amazed to see their attitude to support. They are very professional, Customer caring and provide all kind of support starting from hunting the property until registration. I bought one house through settlin. Buying a property for the first time wouldn't be that easy, if I wouldn't have met settlin team. It was very much hassle free, relax and smooth process. They help me throughout the process, right from property search till property registration in my name. Hand holding all the time for a novice to make sure all is well, all the time. I think, the kind of service they are providing with respect to their charge, just flat Rs. 47,200 , is most cheapest across the market. However, their service and professionalism are at the top class. That's make them first choice for any property buyer or even seller. Last but not least, I would like to thanks Uday, Piyush and their team for wonderful support all the time. You guys are best. Thanks settlin for settle me down in Bangalore.

Settlin.in. my experience after I posted on NoBroker and Magic bricks. I am amazed at their proactivity. They contacted me regarding my property I had put on sale in Nov 2022.i had moved to Canada by then. My first coordination was Mr. Kaleem who promised me to get my flat sold. I was OK. He is a thorough professional who introduced me to buyers. They were patient. Finally in July 2023, I decided to sell my flat in Koramangala to the guy who was interested. After that, my CRM Vineeth took over my case and handled it so professionally. I am in Canada and property in Bangalore is getting sold. Vineeth guided me in all the process and finally the slave registration was completed on 25 Mar 2024. Thanks Vineeth for handling the sale procedure including registration end to end. I want to express my gratitude to you personally when I visit Bangalore next. Love the entire Settlin team
