Sale of my flat in Bangalore went really smooth and hassle-free with Settlin properties. They took care of end-to-end progress. They brought only few genuine probable buyers and closed the deal within that itself. They helped both seller and buyer to get along and communicate smoothly. As I live away from Bangalore, it was important to build a trust with the consultant and it was certainly there with Settlin - knowledgeableI met the buyer and Settlin executive only during registration and they took care of everything at the register office as well. One of the best professional services teams I have worked with, I never thought the registration process would be so smooth. All the questions were answered with clarity and each and every step was guided properly and transparent. I never thought it was so easy to buy/sell a property but with the support of Settlin, it was so much easy. Good team, have proper co-ordination and well executed. Finally Great team effort. Very professional team. Showed me atleast 10 properties over a period of six month... Finally I shortlisted one and the entire process till registration was handled in a transparent manner safeguarding interest of both buyer and seller. Uday from their team was quite help full in getting all queries. Resolve with regards to paper work .. They charge only 0.5 percent of agreement value which is quite reasonable.

This is the first property that is bought in Bangalore through settlin. Settlin won't charge anything from buyers(who are already paying the registration value to govt, paying a lot of charges for loan disbursement) It was a great experience from Day-1. Settlin has overcome a lot of challenges that are coming in between the process. The communication was very good. Special thanks to CRM Vineeth. As we have signed MOU, he is the one who has taken the entire responsibility to complete the transfer of ownership. In our point of view, Vineeth is like a one man army. Our only Suggestion to the future buyer before signing of MOU through settlin is Get confirmation from the sellers at what value the property to be registered, if they want to register for less than govt valuation (which can't be done) - then tell the norms of Karnataka govt as it can't be done. Settlin is a one stop solution, if you are purchasing the first property in Bangalore. Thanks to the settlin team and Vineeth
