One of the best professional services teams I have worked with, I never thought the registration process would be so smooth. All the questions were answered with clarity and each and every step was guided properly and transparent. I never thought it was so easy to buy/sell a property but with the support of Settlin, it was so much easy. Good team, have proper co-ordination and well executed. Finally Great team effort. I was unable to sell my property in Bangalore over 2 - 3 years. Finallly, I got it sold through Settlin. Employees were responsive, patient and good on polite communication. Their pricing is low and reasonable. The only hiccup in my case was that the process got dragged a little longer. But they can do the job right and leave you hassle free.

I recently my flat thru settlein. I am very much satisfied with the way settlein handled in completing the deal in a very methodical way. I would recommend settlein to any. Only thing they are bit slow following the due process but otherwise, they have taken care of the deal in a seamless way. Thanks Uday/Shanoj from settlein for helping me.

We had an excellent experience with Settlin while selling our property in bangalore. Getting formalities like khata certificate etc from govt departments was extra tough in times of covid, but Settlin extended complete support to speed up the process and made it an absolutely smooth experience. We bought a flat few days back with the support of Settlin. I have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. But Settlin is found to become exceptional and highly professional. They made us to feel so comfortable at every step of the process of buying our dream home. Their level of service is faultless and of a great help for completing the whole buying process within in a record time of 4 weeks. I strongly recommend them for buyers of properties at Bangalore as I found them stringently following the regulations and exercising diligent care to check all the requirements for us in buying the flat. We are very much thankful to Mr. Vineet.
