As a first time Buyer in Banglore, I am extremely satisfied with Settlin. Starting from scheduling of the flat visit to date of registration, they were on top of things and ensured that everything was done smoothly. Hiccups due to server issues of government sites were handled with patience. All the steps were explained in detail and and well in advance by POC Vineeth. Shoutout to him for guiding both me and the seller with all the processes. Without any follow-up from my side, Vineeth kept track of everything. Thanks to Settlin especially Vineeth. Appreciate it.

I had an excellent experience with SettlIn. I was genuinely impressed by the property they showed, which perfectly matched what I was looking for. Special thanks to Divyank and Abdul for understanding my requirements and finding exactly what I wanted. Once we finalized the property, a WhatsApp group was created, making communication smooth and efficient. A big shoutout to CRM Vineeth, who was incredibly patient in explaining each step, coordinating calls, and addressing all our questions. He worked tirelessly to manage all parties involved, helping us complete the entire process within two months. Kudos as well to Uday for being prompt in providing all the necessary documents. Overall, it was a fantastic team effort, and Iām very pleased with the service!

I just sold my flat through Settlin Properties and my experience has been outstanding. Vineeth V, our legal associate was very proactive and always on top of things. He made sure we have all documentation in place, helped in getting documents that we did not have and also made sure the entire process is smooth. Without him, we would not have been able to run around and do things on our own. I recommend everyone who is trying to sell their property to go through Settlin. You will not regret you decision. My experience with Settlin was extremely positive. I recently purchased a resale flat in Nandi Woods through Settlin. Settlin took care of all the documentation from drafting MoU, Sale agreement, Sale deed, making it a breeze for the buyer. Right from the beginning CRM Vineeth was very responsive, he explained clearly all the steps and processes involved. Always gave the correct checklist of documents needed for loan or registration and mediated the communication with seller also smoothly. It was a smooth experience and I am genuinely satisfied. I would highly recommend Settlin to first time home buyers as they are very knowledgeable in this real estate business and CRM Vineeth was also very sincere, professional and helpful during the entire process
