I have seen lot of good reviews about settlin so got into deal with them. But not everyone is lucky in property deals, in my case seller went rogue. He kept delaying documents and one day he said there’s dispute on property and ran away. It took me time but settlin did refund me my advance. In addition they gave 50% of cost incurred by me on loan processing fee from their own pocket and promised to take legal action against seller and refund other 50% too. So after all I can say you can trust settlin. One more advice to future buyer , don’t go ahead until you get all documents.

Worked with Vineeth and the rest of the settlein team for the documentation and legal service. Found the seller of the flat on my own, but both me as a buyer and the seller did not know the legalities and paperwork involved for the entire transaction. They guided us through the entire process, charges, and timelines. Initially it looks like nothing gets done, but at the end, during the registration, is where you understand that other property consultants or even doing it on your own, would have been a really bad choice. I was insistent on having the house loan taken from SBI. While I’ve only heard horror stories on taking a home loan with SBI, the entire process was a breeze and the team worked directly with the SBI associate in getting all the paperwork ready. 2 visits to the bank, several signatures, and the bank is sorted as well. Writing this review almost 3 months later due to the apprehensions I’ve had with both settlein and SBI, but now after this cool down period, it was totally worth it.

Excellent professional service provided in the shady world of Government offices. They give you clear options: normal route, expedited route and all Expenses are shared upfront. Uday C M, who helped me to get Khata created after 12 years of property construction was very professional and excellent in communication. He knows most technicalities of loans as well. Even during Covid he has managed to get things done on time. Thanks Uday!

sold my flat through Settlin. I haven't come across more professional, responsible and transparent property dealer than so far. I feel myself lucky to avail Settlin brokerage services for purchase of apartment in demanding market like bangalore. There are so many issues /legal proceedings/documentation and other state govt formalities that comes with purchase of property. This is the first property that is bought in Bangalore through settlin. Settlin won't charge anything from buyers(who are already paying the registration value to govt, paying a lot of charges for loan disbursement) It was a great experience from Day-1. Settlin has overcome a lot of challenges that are coming in between the process. The communication was very good. Special thanks to CRM Vineeth. As we have signed MOU, he is the one who has taken the entire responsibility to complete the transfer of ownership. In our point of view, Vineeth is like a one man army. Our only Suggestion to the future buyer before signing of MOU through settlin is Get confirmation from the sellers at what value the property to be registered, if they want to register for less than govt valuation (which can't be done) - then tell the norms of Karnataka govt as it can't be done. Settlin is a one stop solution, if you are purchasing the first property in Bangalore. Thanks to the settlin team and Vineeth
