Had done my resale property registration through Settlin, They are very professional right from the start till registration of the property. Settlin team has lot of knowledge in resolving every query regarding property transaction. Very happy and would recommend to every one who wanted to look for professional help. Thanks to Settlin team for helping us to hassle free in buying a flat. All team are professional, helpful and fully reliable. From purchaser point of there is no extra charges charged, all the services from Settlin team was free, only need to deposit 1 lakh amount which is returned after property registration. All paper work along with Legal verification done by Settlin team And many thanks to Mr. Vineeth who handled all process very smoothly and timely manner from starting the documentation till registration. It such a great experience working with him and Settlin Team. Thank you again!!

I think they are the best in the market and I highly recommend Settlin for purchase/ sale of your property. They are very professional and transparent. Have managed the overall process of identifying the property, negotiating, deal closure and the documentation very well. Definitely recommend to friends and family. One of the best consulting firm in real estate domain. Very happy with the end to end service from their end. Right from finding leads, follow up with clients, showing flat .... finalizing the deal ... Then registration to new owner, mortgage removal...you name it they have it all... All have played their role, but for me Uday was great to work with. Thanks!
