We had a very good experience dealing with Settlin in Selling our Property, an Apartment. It’s Team of Professional Officers did a a very good job handling all matters A to Z from the Date of Signing a Memorandum of Understanding till the Closure of the Sale Deal. Their systematic and professional approach on a step by step basis in arranging all required Documents such as the Certificate of Khatha, Encumbrance, Legal Opinion etc. etc. follow ups with all concerned Parties and timely guidance helped us stay relaxed right through the process. They were pretty receptive to our concerns and requests and spared no pains in addressing the same. We are happy to recommend Setlin as the First Choice for Sellers & Buyers. Some Suggestions to further enhance their expertise in the Sale / Purchase of Properties for the benefit of the Sellers / Buyers as follows: 1. Develop and keep updating an Area wise Statistics (on a Quarterly basis) of Properties of Different Sizes, Sold and Bought with Time Frame of Deals Closed. This Feed Back shall help the Sellers to Price their Properties in line with the Market Trend besides helping the Buyers to make the right choice. 2. Enhance Automatic Feed Back to Sellers on Market Response to their Listed Properties instead of waiting for their follow ups.

Quite satisfied with the service from Settlin for property purchase. They make the process of purchasing resale property very seamless. Tahir was my POC at the time of seeing properties and Uday handled my case during property due diligence before buying the flat. From selecting the property to purchase, the transaction was completed in 40-45 days because of great coordination by Uday along with the previous flat owner and builder. The property registration at SRO office was also conducted very professionally. Note: They also have tie ups for home loans (optional service) that helps with faster loan disbursement.

I availed services of Settlin for selling my 2 BHK flat at Horamavu after being tired of not getting genuine buyer leads from all the online portals. Settlin has set of very dedicated and professional staff who provide you with complete details of the services they offer and also very transparent about their pricing. For me Vineeth was the relationship manager, who was of great help. He ensured of providing me regular updates on the prospective buyers and once the buyer finalized the property he was instrumental in guiding both the parties in completing the transaction. He also ensured that he coordinate with the legal team for their opinion, buyer bank contact to ensure that the whole experience was seamless.
