Very professional team. Showed me atleast 10 properties over a period of six month... Finally I shortlisted one and the entire process till registration was handled in a transparent manner safeguarding interest of both buyer and seller. Uday from their team was quite help full in getting all queries. Resolve with regards to paper work .. They charge only 0.5 percent of agreement value which is quite reasonable.

So I was checking properties with Settlin and we almost finalised one but due to the seller changing his mind could not proceed. In the entire process, Settlin people were very supportive and they will clarify everything very clearly. The legal associate from Settlin Kavyashree made sure that I stay informed about all the proceedings and made sure that even if the deal did not close, I get my refund on time. There was no hassle at all. Thanks team Settlin, hopeful of getting another property soon.

Settlin.in. my experience after I posted on NoBroker and Magic bricks. I am amazed at their proactivity. They contacted me regarding my property I had put on sale in Nov 2022.i had moved to Canada by then. My first coordination was Mr. Kaleem who promised me to get my flat sold. I was OK. He is a thorough professional who introduced me to buyers. They were patient. Finally in July 2023, I decided to sell my flat in Koramangala to the guy who was interested. After that, my CRM Vineeth took over my case and handled it so professionally. I am in Canada and property in Bangalore is getting sold. Vineeth guided me in all the process and finally the slave registration was completed on 25 Mar 2024. Thanks Vineeth for handling the sale procedure including registration end to end.
