Would like to appreciate the whole Settlin team for executing the sale sucessfully,it was challenging as the seller is NRI, l as a buyer has no clue how to proceed the deal.Settlin team has handled it well though there were delay due to POA getting ready.Apprecitate the proffesonalism of the team.Specially would like to thank Vineeth the CRM who had handled the transaction till it has been accomplished, more then technical knowledge, he has a very good soft skills which suits dealing diffrent clients with different ambitions.

Settlin is really a great company having very nice knowledgeable people Mr Vineet. They extend their services very efficiently and always have polite approach. I personally had a marvelous experience in purchasing a property via their support. They helped do all transactions, registration, processing of the purchase very properly. Hats off to the SettIIn team for enabling the sale of my 3 bedroom apartment in Whitefield, Bangalore. As an NRI seller, I recommend their services for all things real estate. I thank CRM Vineeth Venugopal for his professionalism and patience. I found Vineeth to be very knowledgable, calm and practical. Although I found my own buyer, Varsha, Mayank, Revanth and Zigmey were very helpful in showing my house to several prospective buyers and promptly updating me each time on the progress. I purchased their documentation and seller support services finally to review agreement for sale, draft sale deed and ensure power of attorney documents were all in order and a smooth sale was enabled right till the day of registration.
