I would recommend anyone to go with Settlin if you are planning to buy an apartment. Team is professional and entire process is transparent. We had a very good experience with Settlin even during pandemic times while buying a property in Bangalore. Mr.Jai Anand helped us to match our requirements and on negotiation Then Mr.Uday helped us to complete the legal, loan and registration process and address the n number of queries patiently during all these processes. Team, Specially Mr Uday Understood my urgency after discussion and acted on it to complete the registration process before time.

The Settlin team is very professional and knowledgeable and understand the expectations of their customers. I purchased Flat through Settlin. Amazing service. They handle each and everything from start till end of Registration. I was interacting with Mr Uday CM, who was very helpful at every step till registration. He made my entire process very simple including Bank work.
