My experience was very nice. Right from the beginning of showing the property till the registration of the property, the handling was very well managed. Special mention to Mr Uday for his diligent and thorough work throughout the whole process. Settlin is solving a good problem in the space of real estate sector. I wish them all the best as being a founding member of my start up, we are also solving another problem in this domain.

Hassle-free experience of buying a home! Not just in terms of searching the products from their websites, even property visits are as smooth as possible. After we finalised the property every single detail is taken care by Anusha from Settlin. Legal verification, sale agreement, every other documentation till the sale deed is registered, all are done in a clean and transperant manner. Thanks to Anusha for making this possible for us.

I bought one house through settlin. Buying a property for the first time wouldn't be that easy, if I wouldn't have met settlin team. It was very much hassle free, relax and smooth process. They help me throughout the process, right from property search till property registration in my name. Hand holding all the time for a novice to make sure all is well, all the time. I think, the kind of service they are providing with respect to their charge, just flat Rs. 47,200 , is most cheapest across the market. However, their service and professionalism are at the top class. That's make them first choice for any property buyer or even seller. Last but not least, I would like to thanks Uday, Piyush and their team for wonderful support all the time. You guys are best. Thanks settlin for settle me down in Bangalore.

Efficient handling of the process, right from buyer identification, negotiation, deal finalization, and post deal documentation upto final sale deed registration. Helped clearing some personal backlogs wrt to Khatha and property tax clearance to proceed for sale registration. Recommend this team at Settlin to all prospecticve buyers and sellers of properties.

I purchased Flat through Settlin. Amazing service. They handle each and everything from start till end of Registration.
