I was unable to sell my property in Bangalore over 2 - 3 years. Finallly, I got it sold through Settlin. Employees were responsive, patient and good on polite communication. Their pricing is low and reasonable. The only hiccup in my case was that the process got dragged a little longer. But they can do the job right and leave you hassle free.

I was searching the flat for a long time but thanks to Settlin I was able to get my dream house finally. The good thing about Settlin was that they provided end-to-end service and there was no need for me to step out of the house except at two occasion's ,one at initial visit of the flat and next one at the time of registration. They have taken care of all other formalities. Special thanks to Uday and Jai from the Settlin who helped me to fulfil my dream.Jai will help you in the initial stage of the finalizing the property and Uday is the core guy who will help you to get it registered on your name. I just sold my flat through Settlin Properties and my experience has been outstanding. Vineeth V, our legal associate was very proactive and always on top of things. He made sure we have all documentation in place, helped in getting documents that we did not have and also made sure the entire process is smooth. Without him, we would not have been able to run around and do things on our own. I recommend everyone who is trying to sell their property to go through Settlin. You will not regret you decision.
