Sale of my flat in Bangalore went really smooth and hassle-free with Settlin properties. They took care of end-to-end progress. They brought only few genuine probable buyers and closed the deal within that itself. They helped both seller and buyer to get along and communicate smoothly. As I live away from Bangalore, it was important to build a trust with the consultant and it was certainly there with Settlin - knowledgeableI met the buyer and Settlin executive only during registration and they took care of everything at the register office as well. Settlin is really a great company having very nice knowledgeable people Mr Vineet. They extend their services very efficiently and always have polite approach. I personally had a marvelous experience in purchasing a property via their support. They helped do all transactions, registration, processing of the purchase very properly. I bought my first property in Bangalore through Settlin's help. The most appreciable thing about this business is its option base which has a huge number of resale properties. Thus, we were able to choose property tailored to our very needs. I struggled a bit with the sales team for finalizing the terms and conditions of the MoU though where I think Settlin has some scope of improvement. My CRM Vineeth has been pretty cooperative throughout the process especially when it came to facilitating the return of the token money after successful closure of the property purchase which I received within five days. One area where Settlin may improve is the legal service (legal scrutiny) which comes with the sale package. Comparing the quality of legal scrutiny report received from Settlin with another report which I took from a law firm I find that in this particular aspect Settlin can improve by having consultations with the professional real-estate lawyers who do legal scrutiny for standard services like bank loans, etc. Apart from these, my overall experience has been good and I'd like to repeat transactions with Settlin in future.

The best things I did is to choose Settlin to sell my Flat, it was so smooth experience right from getting people to visit the flat to closing the deal and getting legal verification done for all the documents. And they handled all the process to get documentation and all the activities at Registrar office done with ease. So would definitely recommend anyone planning to sell or buy property, then settlin is the way to go.
