Good service for buying properties. They managed the site visits, negotiations, legal validation, and sale deed execution well. There were a few minor challenges with follow-ups initially, but their expertise in property purchasing made up for it. Recently purchased property through Settlin. They have plenty of resale properties listed on the site. Team does great job in scheduling visit and suggesting property based on individual needs. Once property is finalized they have streamlined process starting from negotiation till the sale deed registration of property. Vineeth from CRM team has been very helpful. Thanks Settlin team.

Vineeth was always calm and patient whenever I had questions or clarifications. The way he handled this entire procedure was truly commendable. The legal was done in details by Vineeth and al the documents were meticulously handled. He was extremely professional and dedicated. From the initiation of the conversation till the date of registration Vineeth was there. He helped outside of working hours. He always went above and beyond to make this entire process smooth. I really liked the way Settlein professionally handled and completed transition. We had a very good and smooth experience of registration with the team. Team has been very supportive and transparent with the processes. Team members have a Very humble approach..
