Thank you very much team Settlin, a genuine and highly professional team to help you out in any property dealings in Bangalore. We were a bit skeptical at the inception, but eventually, we could feel their trustworthiness as time went by. Our endless search for a property has come to a peaceful end this month. Mr. Vineeth (CRM) is very efficient, gentle and polite in all dealings and knows how to balance the things between the respective buyer and the seller. Mr. Kiran was very helpful at the time of registration and we could finish off the entire process in an hour. We extend our thanks to Mr. Sharath, Ms. Urvashi and Ms. Sharanya for your kind help at different levels. Wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

I got my first property in a good locality through Settlin, the property shortlisting through the app was awesome, I think this is what should be the way of property search, the app clearly mentions the property attributes in details. The support staff were also knowledgeable that helped me in each step of the processes right from property due diligence till the registration. Thanks a lot Settlin for this quality services.

Settlin has a strong base for property valuation. I couldn't list and sell my property it is in a different location where Settlin is not dealing. I have been through the website and looking for other properties Settlin has been doing a great job in suggesting the right properties. Divyank has been a great help and Anup has helped me evaluate property value which is in T.Dasarahalli. Overall a good platform to make real estate transactions for hassle free buying and selling. :) Thank you.

Helpful staff, guided us on each step & ensured us with smooth transaction. Would like to especially thank Akhilesh from Sales & Ops team, Nagabharana from legal team on the process & guidance. Would highly recommend them. If you go with ICICI bank though then would ask you all to not go to a guy called Suesh who is in partner with Settlin as he won't respond to calls or texts.

I would say "Settlin is the best place to go with purchasing the property or selling it off". I never expected purchasing a property would be a smooth ride, Ashish and his team had dealt our case with such ease. And I really appreciate all your efforts in explaining us the process and making the things quite easier both the seller and buyer. We have purchased our first property in Bangalore through Settlin's Platform. The most appreciable thing about settlin is, sales team are very kind and Co-operative in nature to explore many properties which are suitable to us and also very prompt & particular to visit the properties. Every visit of property Different Settlin’s executives came at particular locations on time, and they help very nicely to visit the properties. I think it’s excellent service settlin offering in this space across market which I think no one offering currently is real estate space and would like to thank Vishal & Rishikesh for helping a lot to finalise the property. From legal team, Ramitha has been pretty cooperative throughout the process especially when it came to sale deed execution, Stamp duty process & TDS payment process of the property. Area where Settlin need to improve is TAT of of the processes and the legal service. Comparing the quality of legal scrutiny report received from Settlin with bank legal report which my bank has done from a law firm I find that in this aspect Settlin can improve by having consultations with the professional real-estate lawyers who do legal scrutiny as per bank’s standards so no need to do 2-time reports to buyers. Also need to review different TAT of process of sale agreement, legal report and refund of booking amount which can help buyer and seller to execute transaction as soon as early. Apart from these, my overall experience has been good, and can repeat transactions with Settlin in future.
