When I got buyer to buy my flat, I had lot of confusion to proceed with sale process. I have been trying with different agents/brokers to get clear procedure for resale. But each agent was suggesting to follow different actions and told me that nothing will happen if I skip few of the required actions. But finally went to settlin to discuss about resale and Ashish had guided me with clear steps like 1. Being a seller what I should complete 2. Being buyer what they need to check 3. Told me to finish some of the required entries like Khata, tax receipt s etc The charges were fair and guided us till the execution of sale deed in sub registrar office. I will be preferring settlin as my next consultant if I have to buy new property. Thank you Ashish n settlin team for closing the process with ease.

I availed services of Settlin for selling my 2 BHK flat at SDA, Balagere. Settlin has set of very dedicated and professional staff who provide with complete details of the services they offer and also very transparent about their pricing. For us, Uday was the relationship manager, who was of great help. He ensured of providing me regular updates on the prospective buyer and once the buyer finalized the property he was instrumental in guiding both the parties in completing the transaction. He also ensured that he coordinate with the legal team for their opinion, buyer bank contact to ensure that the whole experience was seamless. Uday and his were with me and the buyer throughout during the registration process. Thank you Uday and team Settlin for all your help!!
