Wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude towards SETTLIN in making the purchase of our HOME possible. I want to thank Hrishikesh for all the initial help in property discussion and closing the price with sellers etc. He was prompt and played a fair mediator between both parties. Much appreciated . Thanks for all your help. Uday for getting the E-Khata on time . Thank You Above all a special mention and immense appreciation for Sharanya. Though she is still slow to respond to our calls, now we know why ( after seeing her in action at the sub registrar's office). She played the perfect matchmaker between the buyer and seller and also represented both parties well. Helped in clearing every single doubt for a first time buyer. She helped us document every single conversation we had with sellers to ensure all parties were clear and on the same page. Another very important thing, and the main reason why we chose a corporate entity rather than a local broker was to help estimate all costs in a planned manner, that's where we really appreciated Sharanya. She got on a google meet call and helped list out various elements of the registration charges and the bank charges on a spreadsheet. Can't tell you how spot on she was in these calculations! Since we had a tight deadline to close matters, she worked proactively with us backwards to ensure that even as we await the final bank loan, all other paperwork is done in the background. I clearly remember the day we had to book the slot on Kaveri 2.0 and pay that huge amount, how the page was unresponsive and I was really nervous and impatient and she just took things calmly and asked us to wait . Once the page became responsive, I was still very hesitant to make the payment and it was her calm presence of mind that helped in this process and the payment went through. Seeing her in action at the sub registrar office is something else. She made the process so smooth! Thank You Sharanya! Thank You Settlin!

We sold our small property through Settlin a week ago. They took care of all the formalities of legality of documents and loan sanction for the buyer. This made the process smooth and fast. Big thanks to Mr. Vineet, Mr. Rishikesh and Settlin team for closing the deal professionally. Thinking of availing their service again for purchasing a new property soon.

Recently I purchased a resale property through Settlin. First of all thanks to Settlin team to help me to find out a property as per my budget and choice. They helped and guided me in End 2 End procedure to get the property conveniently. All the paperworks and registration related process done very smoothly by Vineeth. He is so polite, humble and well-behaved guy who can respect the sentiments of both the parties. Also thanks to the sales team especially Kapil and Sameena who helped me from the very first day. I would highly recommend to use settlin app services. The app is completely free to use. The best thing I like on app is you can view available properties on a visual map. The filters are also very easy to apply to narrow down your search . All the brokerage charges are NIL for buyers. They have very large varieties of resale properties listings in Bangalore. Everyone will find properties suitable for their preferences. I visited 5-6 properties as an interest to purchase one. The property visits are all automated through app. Once you request a visit, an executive will be assigned to show you the property. After visiting you will share your OTP to confirm property visit completion. You get unlimited free property visits through the app. If you like the property you can share your interest with the sale SPOC. Your interest will be forwarded to the property owner/seller. A meeting offline/online will be scheduled to discuss pricing or anything buyers needs to confirm. Infact you can have N numbers of meeting request with seller. If you are happy you can move forward to buy the property. All the legal related work, CA related work are taken care by Setllin team (all free). They will collect all the copies of property for you and will provide you the same for your own verification. You can then forward all the documents to your own lawyer and banker. As per my experience, everything went smooth. From Settlin team Sharanya was assigned for closing my deal. She went thoroughly with the property details and provided all the documents in timely manner. She has adequate knowledge about Karnataka real estate buying and selling rules/regulations. Sharanya and her team are all professionals. All the communications were through email, whatsapp group, virtual meetings and direct calls. She was involved from the beginning till the day of registration. I have very positive experience after with the settlin team and their services provided. Again, I will highly recommend to once explore this app if you are interested in buying/selling any property.
