We had no problems at all selling 2 properties through Settlin. The Settlin crew are professional, and the platform provides ample assistance. The entire procedure was really easy and gratifying from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend them. Nagabharana and Satish were very helpful. It was a wonderful experience for my recent purchase of the flat. Mr. Vineeth is a wonderful person who always helped me with my numerous queries. The entire process starting from legal opinion till our house registration was done smoothly irrespective of several roadblocks. Vineeth and team know their job really well and I really appreciate the way they handle the situations. Mr. Kiran on the other hand was super active and fast on the day of registration were we didn’t even face any difficulties. Because of Vineeth and Kiran the registration was as smooth as butter. Really appreciate their hard work. Overall Vineeth, Kiran and the entire Settlin team was superb. Keep up the good work.

As a first time Buyer in Banglore, I am extremely satisfied with Settlin. Starting from scheduling of the flat visit to date of registration, they were on top of things and ensured that everything was done smoothly. Hiccups due to server issues of government sites were handled with patience. All the steps were explained in detail and and well in advance by POC Vineeth. I bought my first property in Bangalore through Settlin's help. The most appreciable thing about this business is its option base which has a huge number of resale properties. Thus, we were able to choose property tailored to our very needs. I struggled a bit with the sales team for finalizing the terms and conditions of the MoU though where I think Settlin has some scope of improvement. My CRM Vineeth has been pretty cooperative throughout the process especially when it came to facilitating the return of the token money after successful closure of the property purchase which I received within five days. One area where Settlin may improve is the legal service (legal scrutiny) which comes with the sale package. Comparing the quality of legal scrutiny report received from Settlin with another report which I took from a law firm I find that in this particular aspect Settlin can improve by having consultations with the professional real-estate lawyers who do legal scrutiny for standard services like bank loans, etc. Apart from these, my overall experience has been good and I'd like to repeat transactions with Settlin in future.
