We had a very good experience with settlin, they guide us through each and every step from showing us the property until registration is done, employees are very professional and polite we had Vinith as our relational manager, he was actively following up on the process until the very end. We approached Settlin few months ago for property sale. They tried but could not get it sold for few months. They found 1 buyer in January and this buyer liked property. Entire sale process got completed in 1.5 months that too smoothly and hassle free. Credit goes to Settlin for doing all research and making process light for both parties.

Great experience with Settlin !! I have bought a property recently and got great support from Settlin in the overall process. Special mention for Mr. Uday who is very professional and thorough with his work. He always kept me updated about the progress and helped in every aspect, there were so many complexities involved in my case but Uday was able to provide suitable suggestion/ solution every time. He helped us in a very seamless registration process also. I am very satisfied with my experience with Settlin and would definitely recommend Settlin for everyone.

I had sold my flat in Whitefield through Settlin and they had ensured a seamless process, well coordinated between me & the buyer. Ensured timely updates provided on documentation status, fixing the registration dates and ensuring compliances as required by the law. They had also helped the buyer in completing the TDS formalities as well as paying the required registration fees. Overall, I am happy with their approach especially Vineet who was there till the last minute to complete the formalities without causing any issues to both buyer and seller.

I have seen lot of good reviews about settlin so got into deal with them. But not everyone is lucky in property deals, in my case seller went rogue. He kept delaying documents and one day he said there’s dispute on property and ran away. It took me time but settlin did refund me my advance. In addition they gave 50% of cost incurred by me on loan processing fee from their own pocket and promised to take legal action against seller and refund other 50% too. So after all I can say you can trust settlin. One more advice to future buyer , don’t go ahead until you get all documents.
