Though she is still slow to respond to our calls, now we know why ( after seeing her in action at the sub registrar's office). She played the perfect matchmaker between the buyer and seller and also represented both parties well. Helped in clearing every single doubt for a first time buyer. She helped us document every single conversation we had with sellers to ensure all parties were clear and on the same page. Another very important thing, and the main reason why we chose a corporate entity rather than a local broker was to help estimate all costs in a planned manner, that's where we really appreciated Sharanya. She got on a google meet call and helped list out various elements of the registration charges and the bank charges on a spreadsheet. Can't tell you how spot on she was in these calculations! Since we had a tight deadline to close matters, she worked proactively with us backwards to ensure that even as we await the final bank loan, all other paperwork is done in the background. I clearly remember the day we had to book the slot on Kaveri 2.0 and pay that huge amount, how the page was unresponsive and I was really nervous and impatient and she just took things calmly and asked us to wait . Once the page became responsive, I was still very hesitant to make the payment and it was her calm presence of mind that helped in this process and the payment went through.
