I am very happy with overall service from Settlin. Jai and Uday were my POC and they took care of end to end process while buying the flat .It was possible for me to buy the flat prior to lockdown only coz of them as they are completely aware of all the things .Plus they also have contacts with bankers in alll banks due to which the home loan process was also faster . Excellent professional service provided in the shady world of Government offices. They give you clear options: normal route, expedited route and all Expenses are shared upfront. Uday C M, who helped me to get Khata created after 12 years of property construction was very professional and excellent in communication. He knows most technicalities of loans as well. Even during Covid he has managed to get things done on time. Thanks Uday!

Really nice experience while selling Property through Settlin. Since I work outside Bangalore wanted someone to take care of end to end process of finding buyers to documentations to final process. Happy to share Settlin ticked all the check boxes throughout. They have a strong team including legal who took care of verifications and were in constant touch with updates. They took care of entire process @Subregistar office and left once complete transfer happened to new buyer. Special thanks to Vineeth who was with us throughout coordinating between buyer and seller. My experience was very nice. Right from the beginning of showing the property till the registration of the property, the handling was very well managed. Special mention to Mr Uday for his diligent and thorough work throughout the whole process. Settlin is solving a good problem in the space of real estate sector.
