I was searching for an apartment in bangalore. It was really tough experience as most of them are rented and not able to follow up for site visit and coordinate with owner. Meenakshi from settlin helped me in site visit and followed by shanoj in booking it. Finally Vineeth helped me in closing the registration process smoothly. I purchased a flat through Settlin and I will definitely recommend Settlin to you in case you're planning to purchase a resale flat. My interactions were primarily with Uday for the entire transaction and it was super smooth and he was on top of it always. I am not so aware of the real estate processes generally. I've always found all the govt office related tasks super difficult. Uday was always there to explain to me the documents needed and the finer details when it comes to filling out forms etc when necessary.. Settlin was immensely helpful when it came to having the Agreement , sale Deeds etc made for the purchase. All the legal clauses etc which were needed were taken care of for me so that I am not at loss because of anything. They even helped me with the loan process by connecting me to the loan contact from the Bank I chose (SBI). Documents pick up/drop, everything taken care of. The commission they charged (0.5%) was not a worry for me given the help I've found in them.

Being relatively new in the city of Bangalore, my decision to buy a flat was with lot of apprehensions. Luckily, I could shortlist a property which was through Settlin. Though there were issues related to Khata digitisation and delay of almost 35 days for registration, Settlin team lead by Vineet were relentlessly on the job doing follow through with the Govt.agencies involved and cleared all the formalities. We bought a resale flat recently with the help of Settlin. They are very much helpful in every stage of purchase process. Property visit, MOU between two parties, getting all documents from seller (special thanks to my seller on providing all documents as soon as we requested) and then legal opinion, their follow up is very good on these, helping in getting home loan with best rate of interest in market, with sale agreement and with sale deed draft and finally registration process at SRO. During this process they are kind and patient enough to answer all of our questions/queries. Settlin took care of each and every process and they were extremely helpful and extremely professional from the start to till end of registration process. If you are new home or first time buyer, you can believe them in each step. Thank you every one, special thanks to home loan support (Kavitha), legal and registration support (Vineeth, thank you for sweets on the registration day as well) and other team members as well. They are basically excellent in every aspect.

It was really great experience with Settlin. I have rarely seen such dedicated team and professionalism in real estate advisory services. It's worth mentioning the efforts of Sameena A for listening to our requirements and multiple queries and last minute changes in visiting properties and searches. She really helped us in finalising our search and going with the best available options within given criteria and budget. Even the the executives who showed us the flats were professional and also flexible with timings.
