We had an excellent experience with Settlin while selling our property in bangalore. Getting formalities like khata certificate etc from govt departments was extra tough in times of covid, but Settlin extended complete support to speed up the process and made it an absolutely smooth experience. I bought one house through settlin. Buying a property for the first time wouldn't be that easy, if I wouldn't have met settlin team. It was very much hassle free, relax and smooth process. They help me throughout the process, right from property search till property registration in my name. Hand holding all the time for a novice to make sure all is well, all the time. I think, the kind of service they are providing with respect to their charge, just flat Rs. 47,200 , is most cheapest across the market. However, their service and professionalism are at the top class. That's make them first choice for any property buyer or even seller. Last but not least, I would like to thanks Uday, Piyush and their team for wonderful support all the time. You guys are best. Thanks settlin for settle me down in Bangalore.

I was great working with the team of Settlein. It is not like other platforms, the buyer they bring are very genuine and is ready for the budget you have put across this makes the transaction and discussions much easier. With bare minimum effort from my end the sale happen pretty smooth, thanks to our CRM Mr Vineeth. Really appreciate all the help. Thanks.

We were a bit skeptical at the inception, but eventually, we could feel their trustworthiness as time went by. Our endless search for a property has come to a peaceful end this month. Mr. Vineeth (CRM) is very efficient, gentle and polite in all dealings and knows how to balance the things between the respective buyer and the seller. Mr. Kiran was very helpful at the time of registration and we could finish off the entire process in an hour. We had been trying to sell our property from overseas for a couple of months, with 3 deals falling through. Then we chanced upon Settlin. Within weeks we had a buyer. The team at Settlin immediately started a WhatsApp chat group with us and the new buyers. Every document and agreement was clearly and patiently explained. We had zero contacts in Bangalore. They guided us with drafting the Power of Attorney, helped us to procure the Katha titles, the NOC from the apartment and many many other tasks they took over Finally all my husband had to do was to show up in Bangalore with the original documents They were with him for over 4 hours at the Registrar’s office guiding and making sure everything was done smoothly, while updating me over the chat group. Couldn’t be happier with their service They absolutely deserve the 5stars. World class standards. Well done guys. Keep up the good work and you will be the most successful agency in Bangalore. I have taken settlin service to sell my flat on recomondation of my friend. I was looking for buyer from long. but not able to close on deal. but settlin able to generate lead and closed in 2-3 month. They help in property valution, listing, get potential buyer, manage flat to show to buyer, property leagal verification, loan assitance and finally property regsitartion. so I am able to sell my property without going anywhere other than settlin office (twice) and sub-registar office (once)
