Worked with Vineeth and the rest of the settlein team for the documentation and legal service. Found the seller of the flat on my own, but both me as a buyer and the seller did not know the legalities and paperwork involved for the entire transaction. They guided us through the entire process, charges, and timelines. Initially it looks like nothing gets done, but at the end, during the registration, is where you understand that other property consultants or even doing it on your own, would have been a really bad choice. I was insistent on having the house loan taken from SBI. While I’ve only heard horror stories on taking a home loan with SBI, the entire process was a breeze and the team worked directly with the SBI associate in getting all the paperwork ready. 2 visits to the bank, several signatures, and the bank is sorted as well. Writing this review almost 3 months later due to the apprehensions I’ve had with both settlein and SBI, but now after this cool down period, it was totally worth it.

I recently took their service for a resale property purchase in Bangalore. They charge a flat free to help and take you through the entire process from sale agreement to final property registration. I am very satisfied with how they assisted me at every step of the process. Uday was extremely polite and helpful and gave sound advice. My property purchase took much longer than usual because of some issues on the seller's side. He was always available and considerate with the situation. If you're looking to buy a property and don't have enough experience of the process I'll recommend Settlin very highly.

Initially I was not sure to go with Settlin. But, I must say it was a smooth experience buying property. I am very satisffied witht there service. From legal checks and till registration they did all the handholding and provided a seamless experience.They had provided guidance through out the process and were very helpful and supportive. You guys are really doing a good job. Also, they returned my money which they had collected as collateral. Special thanks to Sharanya, who was always available for any query and made sure transaction was completed in time. Keep up the good job guys !

It was a 'Mission impossible' for us.The seller was in Bangalore to close the deal and was leaving in the weekend. The banks though initially confirmed, but at the last hour refused to disburse the loan because of Authorization issues as the seller was an NRI. It was then that Settlin got into to action. They got the loan disbursed on one day through another bank and completed the registration the next day (Friday). Very grateful to Settlin, especially Vineet. Ravi Iyer

I was unable to sell my property in Bangalore over 2 - 3 years. Finallly, I got it sold through Settlin. Employees were responsive, patient and good on polite communication. Their pricing is low and reasonable. The only hiccup in my case was that the process got dragged a little longer. But they can do the job right and leave you hassle free.

Quite satisfied with the service from Settlin for property purchase. They make the process of purchasing resale property very seamless. Tahir was my POC at the time of seeing properties and Uday handled my case during property due diligence before buying the flat. From selecting the property to purchase, the transaction was completed in 40-45 days because of great coordination by Uday along with the previous flat owner and builder. The property registration at SRO office was also conducted very professionally. Note: They also have tie ups for home loans (optional service) that helps with faster loan disbursement.
