Great experience with Settlin !! I have bought a property recently and got great support from Settlin in the overall process. Special mention for Mr. Uday who is very professional and thorough with his work. He always kept me updated about the progress and helped in every aspect, there were so many complexities involved in my case but Uday was able to provide suitable suggestion/ solution every time. He helped us in a very seamless registration process also. I am very satisfied with my experience with Settlin and would definitely recommend Settlin for everyone.

Buying and selling a property is always a task which can disturb your mind. But the ease with which the process was handled by settlin was commendable. We have purchased our first property in Bangalore through Settlin's Platform. The most appreciable thing about settlin is, sales team are very kind and Co-operative in nature to explore many properties which are suitable to us and also very prompt & particular to visit the properties. Every visit of property Different Settlin’s executives came at particular locations on time, and they help very nicely to visit the properties. I think it’s excellent service settlin offering in this space across market which I think no one offering currently is real estate space and would like to thank Vishal & Rishikesh for helping a lot to finalise the property. From legal team, Ramitha has been pretty cooperative throughout the process especially when it came to sale deed execution, Stamp duty process & TDS payment process of the property. Area where Settlin need to improve is TAT of of the processes and the legal service. Comparing the quality of legal scrutiny report received from Settlin with bank legal report which my bank has done from a law firm I find that in this aspect Settlin can improve by having consultations with the professional real-estate lawyers who do legal scrutiny as per bank’s standards so no need to do 2-time reports to buyers. Also need to review different TAT of process of sale agreement, legal report and refund of booking amount which can help buyer and seller to execute transaction as soon as early. Apart from these, my overall experience has been good, and can repeat transactions with Settlin in future.

Hi all, finally we have our own flat.... I really very much thankful of Anusha kaundinya.. She knows what she is doing she is very perfect in her work she checked each n every documents on prior basis so we didn't faced any trouble on registry time.... Anusha n kavyashree both helped me doing payment for stamp duty n also for MoDtD even they were on leave but they tried several times for us only.. Even from starting Darshan, sheik babu, Ramitha, sharanya all helped me doing all process with checks and details...... I am realy thankful that i contacted Settlin people for my Home. I happily recommend services of Settlin. They helped and managed end to end procedures in buying and registering the flat I have in Banglore.
