I think they are the best in the market and I highly recommend Settlin for purchase/ sale of your property. They are very professional and transparent. Have managed the overall process of identifying the property, negotiating, deal closure and the documentation very well. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Special mention to Vineeth (our CRM) and Sameena for going out of their way to help. I would like thanks even to Raji for being too patient and helping us in selecting property. I had a privilege to deal with Settlin to buy a flat. They deal with end to end such as Katha,RTC,EC,SA, sales Deed etc. The overall process has taken 3 months to close. They assit end to end. We have to only secure the signature. I would like to recognize the efforts done by Ramitha Ivar. The attorney. She was pro active, responsible and coordinated till last. Thank you.

Had a really seamless experience working with settlin. Bunch of really passionate people who would work with you until the end. I would like to highlight Vineeth from the group who went above and beyond to help us close the deal. He was there helping us every step of the way. Really happy to work with him! Also to Hari who was there during registration- he did a lot of help to us to get the property registered. Overall would really recommend settlin !

All the documentation,MOU,sale deed,sale agreement,was taken care of by Settlin which was a very smooth experience and i am genuinely satisfied. Special Thanks to CRM VINEETH for his professionalism , knowledge,and he is very responsive .He also clearly explained all the steps and processes involved and assisted us till the registration got completed.
