Hi all, finally we have our own flat.... I really very much thankful of Anusha kaundinya.. She knows what she is doing she is very perfect in her work she checked each n every documents on prior basis so we didn't faced any trouble on registry time.... Anusha n kavyashree both helped me doing payment for stamp duty n also for MoDtD even they were on leave but they tried several times for us only.. Even from starting Darshan, sheik babu, Ramitha, sharanya all helped me doing all process with checks and details...... I am realy thankful that i contacted Settlin people for my Home. I have always depended on Settlin for my real estate transations. I have used Settlin for selling a row house in LGCL Bamboo Forest in 2018. I was not able to sell the property for close to 3 years and Settlin helped in selling the property. When I was planning to sell my 2 BHK apartment in Republic of whitefield this year, I did not list on any real estate portal but my first port of call was Settlin. The transaction was closed within couple of month. Setllin also helped in getting the Khata certificate and Extract. They also seamlessly coordinated with buyer, buyer's home loan bank and arranged for registration. The best part of Setllin is that they will keep you updated on the progress and they will chase you rather than other way around. All in all want to call out Uday, Vineet and Mayank for the professional and courteous approach and going beyond the agreed norms to facilitate the transaction.

Very professional team. Showed me atleast 10 properties over a period of six month... Finally I shortlisted one and the entire process till registration was handled in a transparent manner safeguarding interest of both buyer and seller. Uday from their team was quite help full in getting all queries. Resolve with regards to paper work .. They charge only 0.5 percent of agreement value which is quite reasonable.

Quite satisfied with the service from Settlin for property purchase. They make the process of purchasing resale property very seamless. Tahir was my POC at the time of seeing properties and Uday handled my case during property due diligence before buying the flat. From selecting the property to purchase, the transaction was completed in 40-45 days because of great coordination by Uday along with the previous flat owner and builder. The property registration at SRO office was also conducted very professionally. Note: They also have tie ups for home loans (optional service) that helps with faster loan disbursement.
