Being relatively new in the city of Bangalore, my decision to buy a flat was with lot of apprehensions. Luckily, I could shortlist a property which was through Settlin. Though there were issues related to Khata digitisation and delay of almost 35 days for registration, Settlin team lead by Vineet were relentlessly on the job doing follow through with the Govt.agencies involved and cleared all the formalities. Vineeth, shanoj and settlin team were so much supportive from the begining of initial property discussion till registration. We were little concerned as it was resale property were we dont know the seller before but settlin was arranging all sorts of meeting and arrangements with seller and ensured all the required documents are collected before proceeding with sale and legal verification. I will highly recommend settlin. Especially when you are remote and not sure whom to trust or rely upon for property registration. Thanks a lot Vineeth, Shanoj and Team. Thanks, Muthu & Kavya

Settlin helped in buying my first property in Bengaluru and being first I was very skeptical about each process. They very well addressed my concerns and were very accomodative. Excellent service at very convenient brokerage, which includes legal drafting and other misc. charges. Had a really seamless experience working with settlin. Bunch of really passionate people who would work with you until the end. I would like to highlight Vineeth from the group who went above and beyond to help us close the deal. He was there helping us every step of the way. Really happy to work with him! I really liked the way Settlein professionally handled and completed transition. Right from the beginning to guide in selecting the property to negotiation to initiating the handover, document verification and helping in registration.
