When I got buyer to buy my flat, I had lot of confusion to proceed with sale process. I have been trying with different agents/brokers to get clear procedure for resale. But each agent was suggesting to follow different actions and told me that nothing will happen if I skip few of the required actions. But finally went to settlin to discuss about resale and Ashish had guided me with clear steps like 1. Being a seller what I should complete 2. Being buyer what they need to check 3. Told me to finish some of the required entries like Khata, tax receipt s etc The charges were fair and guided us till the execution of sale deed in sub registrar office. I will be preferring settlin as my next consultant if I have to buy new property. Thank you Ashish n settlin team for closing the process with ease.

Overall very satisfied with services proved by Settlin. They are professionals in the real estate field. With help of Vineeth and others from Settlin we were able to sell our property very smoothly. The Registration process was very smooth and we didn't face any hassles. I would like to thank Settlin property for all assistance provided and making it smooth process.

Would like to appreciate the whole Settlin team for executing the sale sucessfully,it was challenging as the seller is NRI, l as a buyer has no clue how to proceed the deal.Settlin team has handled it well though there were delay due to POA getting ready.Apprecitate the proffesonalism of the team.Specially would like to thank Vineeth the CRM who had handled the transaction till it has been accomplished, more then technical knowledge, he has a very good soft skills which suits dealing diffrent clients with different ambitions.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and diligence of the Settlin team. I was searching for a property in Bangalore, and was assisted by Miss Paavana at Settlin. She did a great job of understanding all of my requirements, and found as many options for me as she could. She was very prompt in responding and setting up appointments, and she adjusted around my own schedule as much as she could too. Great work all round.

We had no problems at all selling 2 properties through Settlin. The Settlin crew are professional, and the platform provides ample assistance. The entire procedure was really easy and gratifying from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend them. Nagabharana and Satish were very helpful. I recently sold my flat via settlin and overall satisfied with the services provided by them. Settlin team especially Mr Vineeth was very cooperative and prompt in answering queries and providing guidance wherever needed. One area of improvement could be documenting the entire sales process for both buyer and seller, clearly listing down requirements at different stages of sales process. This was at times a bit adhoc in my experience which led to longer lead time in closing the deal. Overall entire team was very cooperative and good professional service.
