I engaged the Settlin team to sell my apartment in Bangalore and had an excellent experience. Throughout the documentation and registration process, the team—especially my primary contact, Vineeth V.—was professional, transparent, and prompt in communicating every step of the progress. This was crucial for me as an NRI, as I couldn't continuously follow up with everything in India. During the process, there were several changes from my side as from buyer side – that were positively accommodated by Vineeth and team; and guided both the parties on optimal solutions. Overall, I’m happy with Settlin service and would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their property with a reliable partner. They truly exceeded my expectations!

I moved to in September'22. I had searched for a place to call home for 1 month till Oct since then, until I came in contact with Settlin group's sale team. My search experience was so bad before I met them. At first it was Mr. Arvind from their sales team, who understood my requirements and accordingly, selected suitable properties and arranged site visits. Their website too makes it so easy to shortlist properties and request site visits to the shortlisted property as per our convenience. They, have many good properties in their platter. After, I selected a property and a price was negotiated with Mr. Arvind's help, I was provided a dedicated CRM, Mr. Vineeth, to guide me through the following process. Mr. Vineeth too was very helpful and transparent all through the process. Myself and the seller both were kept in a loop regarding progress of the deal through a dedicated whatsapp and email group made for this process. All documents relating to the property were shared and verification was done by the Settlin group from time to time over Email. Mr. Vineeth(CRM), helped with all paperwork, let it be, drafting and signing the sale agreement, making K2 challan payment online, making payment to seller, final Sale deed drafting and registration. Mr. Vineeth was there at the SRO, during the sale deed registration process and was very helpful in providing guidance all through the process. Although, we had to face many huddles during the registration process due to some mismatch in entries between the panchayat and SRO, but Mr. Vineeth helped sort out and solve the problem ASAP, by getting the panchayat work done. I would like to thank the Settlin team for all the help and support they gave me to get a place to call my home in Bangalore. I would also recommend Settlin group to people known to me and also people like myself who are very new in Bangalore. Thanks a lot Settlin.....

My experience was very nice. Right from the beginning of showing the property till the registration of the property, the handling was very well managed. Special mention to Mr Uday for his diligent and thorough work throughout the whole process. Settlin is solving a good problem in the space of real estate sector. I wish them all the best as being a founding member of my start up, we are also solving another problem in this domain.

Great work by Settlin Team Vineet and Hari were helpful and knowledgeable in their work They did a great job in executing the purchase process, They made the registration and hand-over process smooth and hassle free Both of them helped and guided us on each step through out the process. took care of all the paperwork and documentation as the process was bit complicated for overseas seller, but Settlin team planned the whole process and executed it smoothly and patiently.

Bought a flat using Settlin recently. Very well run and smooth transaction. Other than the purchase was also guided through other govt formalities and work needed post registration. Was given timely updates along every step and useful advice as a first time buyer. Would like to commend Mr Vineeth and Mr Uday for their professionalism and help throughout.

I was looking for a resale 3bhk flat over last 6 months but I was not getting a suitable property within my budget, settlin helped to schedule a visit to the properties which I had requested for and there had been many properties which I didn't like and the ones I liked were outside my budget, but one fine day settlin suggested me one good property which was within my budget. The settlin team took care of complete procedure right from setting up negotiation call with seller to sale deed execution. They also helped in getting property documents from seller, providing legal opinion on the documents, sale deed execution at SRO and everything went really smooth and fast. Many many thanks to Md Ibrahim, Monica and Ramitha for being a thorough professionals👏 👏 .
