I am very happy with overall service from Settlin. Jai and Uday were my POC and they took care of end to end process while buying the flat .It was possible for me to buy the flat prior to lockdown only coz of them as they are completely aware of all the things .Plus they also have contacts with bankers in alll banks due to which the home loan process was also faster . Thanks for all the help Uday👍

I had excellent experience with registration in buying resale apartment at Priyanka Homes, Kaggadaspura today. Firstly, many thanks to CRM Vineeth, who handled whole process very smoothly and calmly from beginning like getting right desired bank for home loan, then sale agreement execution and till final registration. CRM Vineeth is very supportive and have in-depth knowledge in whole process. He is very quick in solving issues instantly without losing cool. He will not put blame on others in case of any issues. Instead he takes whole ownership and solves it without any complain. I also thank Rajeshwari from sales team and Goutham from property visit team to look through property initially to fix the deal which I liked property very much. And also thanks to Uday from Khatha service team to get new Khatha for seller within short time which is mandatory for registration. Sub registrar office are not accepting old Khatha for registration nowadays. Uday got new Khatha quickly for seller so that registration were not delayed. I could not believe that finally resale apartment at Priyanka Homes, Kaggadaspura became mine today. Kudos to whole Settlin team for getting a home sweet home for me in Bangalore. Thank you

Bought a flat using Settlin recently. Very well run and smooth transaction. Other than the purchase was also guided through other govt formalities and work needed post registration. Was given timely updates along every step and useful advice as a first time buyer. Would like to commend Mr Vineeth and Mr Uday for their professionalism and help throughout.

We made a purchase of flat through Settlin. We had excellent experience with Settlin right from the getting in touch with the owner till making the final registration. All the queries were resolved on time. All the details were properly documented right from preparing MOU for sale to preparing sale agreement and sale deed. Specially I want to mention, the efforts of Jai to start the conversation and Uday for all the other procedures till the registration were commendable. The seller had to visit only once that's on registration day. Uday who was managing the sale, has been very active in solving all the doubts and also maintained all the paperwork systematically. Overall excellent effort by Settlin team.

Settlin was very friendly and cooperative since we got added our flat in their website for selling. They do call us regularly and share the update on the no of enquiries and visit of our flat. Once the buyer was identified their support and guidance in completing the transaction was remarkable. They were very professional and well organised in managing the transaction. I would highly recommend Settlin to my friends and close circles.
