All the documentation,MOU,sale deed,sale agreement,was taken care of by Settlin which was a very smooth experience and i am genuinely satisfied. Special Thanks to CRM VINEETH for his professionalism , knowledge,and he is very responsive .He also clearly explained all the steps and processes involved and assisted us till the registration got completed. Settlin team is the most professional out in the Bangalore Market when it comes to the Buying or Selling of Properties. They contacted me & offered to help me with the Selling of my flat with a very simple agreement, which I just acknowledged over the email to begin with. That’s it. Post which they began marketing it on various platforms. Then came the process of they showing it to buyers & that too was well coordinated every time with ETA of people arriving. Now compare this with the biggies out their in the market who dominate the Ad scene both on papers & on Digital, who can’t promise to help without any payments going out of your pocket. Settlin scores on every count. They take monies only if they sell or help you buy. Period. All the best Settlin team🤘

As we were staying out of town, we had posted our sale requirement to Settlin and it was a seamless experience to get our job done. Settlin had posted our property on their webpage and also used to communicate with us regularly regarding the current market rates and buyer interests. We could get our desired price for our flat at Keerthi and I believe even the buyers would be happy with the deal. Our CRM connect Mr. Vineeth was very helpful in all communications, backend support and coordination. He ensured that we could get all the work done as per plan and the entire sale process was very well time-managed and efficient. One of the best consulting firm in real estate domain. Very happy with the end to end service from their end. Right from finding leads, follow up with clients, showing flat .... finalizing the deal ... Then registration to new owner, mortgage removal...you name it they have it all... All have played their role, but for me Uday was great to work with. Thanks!

Had a great experience with the services provided by Settlin. Everything was well planned from the first day of contact itself. They have different departments which deal with different stages of the purchase. They co-ordinated the visit with the seller, sent a person to visit the property from their end and helped with price negotiations. They also co-ordinated with the seller in procuring documents and legal verification. On the bank loan end as well, they help to procure additional documents required and co-ordinate with the bank contact person. They also guide for payment of TDS, stamp duty and other miscellaneous charges required and helped with the sale deed registration. Special mention to Hari who assisted with the property visit, Vishal and Vineeth for helping with procuring documents and sale deed registration. Would highly recommend their services.
