Would definitely suggest to visit settlin if looking to buy a house. I was great working with the team of Settlein. It is not like other platforms, the buyer they bring are very genuine and is ready for the budget you have put across this makes the transaction and discussions much easier. With bare minimum effort from my end the sale happen pretty smooth, thanks to our CRM Mr Vineeth. Really appreciate all the help. Thanks.

Settlin was fantastic in their service during our purchase of a property. They were extremely prompt, efficient and polite while executing the long purchase process with so many steps. Vineeth was particularly very accomodative of our requests for multipe viewings even at short notice one of the times. The documents handling, explanation of all steps well prior to execution and constant follow up just made the whole purchase process extremely easy! Will recommend it highly to anyone willing to sell or buy property in Bengaluru!
