The transaction was smooth and quick. As I was busy and was not staying the property that got sold, Settlin people directly took the tenants number and then coordinated with him for house visit. This was very much appreciated. Further their help in procuring some documents like EC and E-Asthi was also helpful. Mr. Vineeth did a good job in coordinating and making the overall process smooth.

I recently sold my apartment using Settlin . My contact CRM VIneeth, from very beginning, was very pleasant to deal with! I am NRI, they explained the process in TDS and supported me throughout to obtain the TDS certificate while keeping buyer informed and get his support too. Also, It's worth mentioning that the whole registration process on the day of registration went really well.

They made sure all the necessary documents are present for legal verification and legal check rightly done. Any additional queries were consulted with the right team and answered. Made sure, we were satisfied before going ahead with registration. All the documentation work were correctly and very smoothly handled. Settlin property consultancy provided very good service. They will premium list the property, provide the guidance on pricing. They have large database of prospective genuine buyers/sellers.They will shortlist the buyers, show the property to prospective buyers. Let the buyer and seller negotiate the price. Help with all the paper work and securing the necessary documents like katha certificate, Encumbrance certificate... Etc Appreciate Ramitha Ivar for her help and support through out the process. She was always available to answer any questions we may have. I would highly recommend settlin to prospective property buyers/sellers.
