Really nice experience while selling Property through Settlin. Since I work outside Bangalore wanted someone to take care of end to end process of finding buyers to documentations to final process. Happy to share Settlin ticked all the check boxes throughout. They have a strong team including legal who took care of verifications and were in constant touch with updates. They took care of entire process @Subregistar office and left once complete transfer happened to new buyer. Special thanks to Vineeth who was with us throughout coordinating between buyer and seller. I feel myself lucky to avail Settlin brokerage services for purchase of apartment in demanding market like bangalore. There are so many issues /legal proceedings/documentation and other state govt formalities that comes with purchase of property. Settlin has really made our life simple and also brought certainty in every transaction we did by not only getting things done but also by advising and educating on each and every step.
