I had a privilege to deal with Settlin to buy a flat. They deal with end to end such as Katha,RTC,EC,SA, sales Deed etc. The overall process has taken 3 months to close. They assit end to end. We have to only secure the signature. I would like to recognize the efforts done by Ramitha Ivar. The attorney. She was pro active, responsible and coordinated till last. Thank you.

Vineeth, shanoj and settlin team were so much supportive from the begining of initial property discussion till registration. We were little concerned as it was resale property were we dont know the seller before but settlin was arranging all sorts of meeting and arrangements with seller and ensured all the required documents are collected before proceeding with sale and legal verification. I will highly recommend settlin. Especially when you are remote and not sure whom to trust or rely upon for property registration. Thanks a lot Vineeth, Shanoj and Team. Thanks, Muthu & Kavya
