I had a privilege to deal with Settlin to buy a flat. They deal with end to end such as Katha,RTC,EC,SA, sales Deed etc. The overall process has taken 3 months to close. They assit end to end. We have to only secure the signature. I would like to recognize the efforts done by Ramitha Ivar. The attorney. She was pro active, responsible and coordinated till last. Thank you.

It was really helpful availing Settlin consultancy services. We contacted them for purchasing a flat. It saved all our time chasing and running for people for the formalities. We made a purchase of flat through Settlin. We had excellent experience with Settlin right from the getting in touch with the owner till making the final registration. All the queries were resolved on time. All the details were properly documented right from preparing MOU for sale to preparing sale agreement and sale deed. Specially I want to mention, the efforts of Jai to start the conversation and Uday for all the other procedures till the registration were commendable. The seller had to visit only once that's on registration day. Uday who was managing the sale, has been very active in solving all the doubts and also maintained all the paperwork systematically. Overall excellent effort by Settlin team.

Would like to appreciate the whole Settlin team for executing the sale sucessfully,it was challenging as the seller is NRI, l as a buyer has no clue how to proceed the deal.Settlin team has handled it well though there were delay due to POA getting ready.Apprecitate the proffesonalism of the team.Specially would like to thank Vineeth the CRM who had handled the transaction till it has been accomplished, more then technical knowledge, he has a very good soft skills which suits dealing diffrent clients with different ambitions.
