We sold our small property through Settlin a week ago. They took care of all the formalities of legality of documents and loan sanction for the buyer. This made the process smooth and fast. I worked with Vineeth for purchase for an apartment, and despite some unexpected challenges on numerous fronts, Vineeth and Co. made it happen. The apartment was owned by NRO individuals, and Vineeth and his team were extremely knowledgeable on how to proceed with the transaction for both buyer and seller. At every step they ensured alignment between parties and made things happen. We ran into some unexpected challenges on the last moment with HDFC loan disbursal. I recommend people to directly approach Vineeth’s contacts (like Mr. Vinay from SBI, a last minute saviour). This way settlin can coordinate more efficiently. They have good relations with all bankers and can get things moved quickly. Vineeth was able to work with a CA on the whole TDS component of the transaction which was super tricky, and even until the very last moment his constant support made this extremely tricky and challenging transaction a success. I wish him and his team all the best, and I strongly recommend all buyers and sellers to work with settlin on their transactions without any worry, because everything is in safe hands.

Settlin was fantastic in their service during our purchase of a property. They were extremely prompt, efficient and polite while executing the long purchase process with so many steps. Vineeth was particularly very accomodative of our requests for multipe viewings even at short notice one of the times. The documents handling, explanation of all steps well prior to execution and constant follow up just made the whole purchase process extremely easy! Will recommend it highly to anyone willing to sell or buy property in Bengaluru!

Recently had an experience with Settlin Team for purchasing a property. Entire process till the date of registration has been very smooth and satisfying. They made sure all the necessary documents are present for legal verification and legal check rightly done. Any additional queries were consulted with the right team and answered. Made sure, we were satisfied before going ahead with registration. All the documentation work were correctly and very smoothly handled. Excellent professional service provided in the shady world of Government offices. They give you clear options: normal route, expedited route and all Expenses are shared upfront. Uday C M, who helped me to get Khata created after 12 years of property construction was very professional and excellent in communication. He knows most technicalities of loans as well. Even during Covid he has managed to get things done on time. Thanks Uday!
