It was a great experience dealing with the Settlin CRM team, especially Mr. Vineeth. Prompt responses to queries, clear communication around documentation and requirements made the sale of my property through Settlin a hassle-free process. The only area of improvement would be having a dedicated manager while finding buyers just like they have on the CRM side once a buyer is found. Highly recommend the services of Settlin.

Bought our 1st home through settlin. They have multiple options to meet your requirement and does not charge any commission from buyers. Provides legal support and loan advice free of charge. Would definitely suggest to visit settlin if looking to buy a house. And thanks to Ramitha and Kiran for their legal advice and support throughout the process and thanks to Shanoj for mediating the deal.

We bought our first flat via Settlin. As a first time buyer , we had numerous thoughts and anxiety. Settlin, took care right from visiting till the registration entire process. Sureka in arranging visits , Divyank for negotiation and Vineeth as E2E coordination. Vineeth's patience, understanding and continuous support are highly commendable. Its was an Hassel Free experience for buyers. We brought our first house in Bangalore with the help of the settlin team. CRM Vineeth from settlin team was very supportive and understand the requirements of ours and was available when ever we tried to reach out in this whole process starting from booking to registration and post registration queries. It is very nice to manage all the activities. My experience is very good with their management, and I can write lots about that. But, shortly every requirements they are fulfilled in very short time interval. In particular, I have to mention efforts by Mr. Vineeth, nicely and coolly executed from start to end.
