It was a 'Mission impossible' for us.The seller was in Bangalore to close the deal and was leaving in the weekend. The banks though initially confirmed, but at the last hour refused to disburse the loan because of Authorization issues as the seller was an NRI. It was then that Settlin got into to action. They got the loan disbursed on one day through another bank and completed the registration the next day (Friday). Very grateful to Settlin, especially Vineet. Ravi Iyer

Settlin is really a great company having very nice knowledgeable people Mr Vineet. They extend their services very efficiently and always have polite approach. I personally had a marvelous experience in purchasing a property via their support. They helped do all transactions, registration, processing of the purchase very properly. I would give Mr Vineet and his team 100%.

Settlin was fantastic in their service during our purchase of a property. They were extremely prompt, efficient and polite while executing the long purchase process with so many steps. Vineeth was particularly very accomodative of our requests for multipe viewings even at short notice one of the times. The documents handling, explanation of all steps well prior to execution and constant follow up just made the whole purchase process extremely easy! Will recommend it highly to anyone willing to sell or buy property in Bengaluru!

I recently took their service for a resale property purchase in Bangalore. They charge a flat free to help and take you through the entire process from sale agreement to final property registration. I am very satisfied with how they assisted me at every step of the process. Uday was extremely polite and helpful and gave sound advice. My property purchase took much longer than usual because of some issues on the seller's side. He was always available and considerate with the situation. If you're looking to buy a property and don't have enough experience of the process I'll recommend Settlin very highly.

Had a very nice experience with Settlin in buying a flat at Bangalore. People were there to help from the beginning (showing the flat onwards) to end (till registration). Especially the online google meet options provided for paying tax, stamp duty etc by Vineeth and Team were excellent. Thanks to Settlin

Helpful staff, guided us on each step & ensured us with smooth transaction. Would like to especially thank Akhilesh from Sales & Ops team, Nagabharana from legal team on the process & guidance. Would highly recommend them. If you go with ICICI bank though then would ask you all to not go to a guy called Suesh who is in partner with Settlin as he won't respond to calls or texts.
