I highly recommend Settlin for property buying and selling. It is an an easy task to buy a property and more tougher to resell a property, I had to answer a phone call from Settlin and I was briefed about the process from START to END transparently. M/s Settlin helped me in arranging serious buyer visits for a property without bothering owner much over phone calls. Also Mr, Uday helped in getting certain paper work done from Government offices. Recently had an experience with Settlin Team for purchasing a property. Entire process till the date of registration has been very smooth and satisfying. They made sure all the necessary documents are present for legal verification and legal check rightly done. Any additional queries were consulted with the right team and answered. Made sure, we were satisfied before going ahead with registration. All the documentation work were correctly and very smoothly handled.
