We bought a flat few days back with the support of Settlin. I have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. But Settlin is found to become exceptional and highly professional. They made us to feel so comfortable at every step of the process of buying our dream home. Their level of service is faultless and of a great help for completing the whole buying process within in a record time of 4 weeks. I strongly recommend them for buyers of properties at Bangalore as I found them stringently following the regulations and exercising diligent care to check all the requirements for us in buying the flat. We are very much thankful to Mr. Vineet. We noticed his pleasure in his responses and has done wonderful commendable work in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner all that to our utmost satisfaction.

I purchased a flat through Settlin and I will definitely recommend Settlin to you in case you're planning to purchase a resale flat. My interactions were primarily with Uday for the entire transaction and it was super smooth and he was on top of it always. I am not so aware of the real estate processes generally. I've always found all the govt office related tasks super difficult. Uday was always there to explain to me the documents needed and the finer details when it comes to filling out forms etc when necessary.. Settlin was immensely helpful when it came to having the Agreement , sale Deeds etc made for the purchase. All the legal clauses etc which were needed were taken care of for me so that I am not at loss because of anything. They even helped me with the loan process by connecting me to the loan contact from the Bank I chose (SBI). Documents pick up/drop, everything taken care of. The commission they charged (0.5%) was not a worry for me given the help I've found in them.

I got to know about Settlin through a friend. All that he said was - u give it to them rest they will take care. And that was absolutely true! My first chat with them, they took all the details and they said, mam pay only if we sell. That itself made me feel very nice. They got many people to see the place ... they wld then call to give me a feedback. When even after a long time, they couldn't close a deal I thought that these guys r just like the nobroker and 99acres, where I had taken paid services and still no result! But right the next day I got a call from them and they removed the differences between the buyer and seller and pushed the deal to closure in a very professional way! Unlike the resentment of O I lost my money with the other fellows - I didn't mind paying them their deserved price! Kudos to the team! And Thank you Vineeth. Love Priya

Excellent service by settlin. Professional and knowledgable about property documents related matter. Mr Uday was very helpful at every step till the day of registration.
