This is the best real estate agent in town, Period ! I was totally ignorant about process of resale flats and these guys really helped me through it. Special thanks to Uday for being there all the time and guiding me through each and every stages. There are no hidden charges and very professional throughout. I used the services of Settlin to sell an apartment recently. They were very professional and transparent in all the dealings, right from finding prospective buyers, showing the flat, getting legal opinion, giving regular updates and so on. They closed a deal, followed up on all the necessary paperwork and documentation meticulously until registration was completed. I would recommend anyone to go with Settlin if you are planning to buy an apartment. Team is professional and entire process is transparent. We had a very good experience with Settlin even during pandemic times while buying a property in Bangalore. Mr.Jai Anand helped us to match our requirements and on negotiation Then Mr.Uday helped us to complete the legal, loan and registration process and address the n number of queries patiently during all these processes. Team, Specially Mr Uday Understood my urgency after discussion and acted on it to complete the registration process before time.

Very helpful and supportive staff. It was an amazing experience from end to end. Settlin helped us purchase a flat in Begur where the seller was an NRI. Everything with regards to TDS payment and all other formalities, Settlin was on top of it. Special thanks to Ramitha who was always there to support and respond and resolve all queries and issues.

This was my best experience so far dealing with any property consultant. Thoroughly professional and everything under one umbrella. They are ready to help you with everything related to home buying and selling. True to there name, SETTLIN (settle in). I have recently concluded a very complex transaction (people in multiple locations, NRI, khata required, tds exemption to be applied, GPA to be done) and even more complex environment (travel restrictions due to Covid-19), they are perfect advisors and help for everything. I can't thank them enough. Last but not the least, real value for money. I have seen consultants walking away with their fees just to get the negotiation part done...you will get hand-holding throughout the process. Many thanks to Mayank, Uday, Satheesh, Sripada and entire team in the background. I will trust you guys for any future transactions.
