I strongly recommend Settlin services for any property transactions. I would say Settlin is one stop solution to purchase/sell the property as they take care of end to end solution including legal verification, loans, registration, etc. Also they are very much transparent with complete execution. Settlin has in-depth legal/process knowledge and that has contributed to the smooth execution of the deal starting from the agreement till the registration. I would like to thank Mr. Ashish for guiding me with finance planning along with complete property transaction till the registration. Keep up the good work guys :)

I really liked the way Settlein professionally handled and completed transition. Right from the beginning to guide in selecting the property to negotiation to initiating the handover, document verification and helping in registration. While buying a house is such a tough task, Settlein made it look very easy with regular followups and updates. Thank you Settlein. Keep up the good work as you grow

I had excellent experience with registration in buying resale apartment at Priyanka Homes, Kaggadaspura today. Firstly, many thanks to CRM Vineeth, who handled whole process very smoothly and calmly from beginning like getting right desired bank for home loan, then sale agreement execution and till final registration. CRM Vineeth is very supportive and have in-depth knowledge in whole process. He is very quick in solving issues instantly without losing cool. He will not put blame on others in case of any issues. Instead he takes whole ownership and solves it without any complain. I also thank Rajeshwari from sales team and Goutham from property visit team to look through property initially to fix the deal which I liked property very much. And also thanks to Uday from Khatha service team to get new Khatha for seller within short time which is mandatory for registration. Sub registrar office are not accepting old Khatha for registration nowadays. Uday got new Khatha quickly for seller so that registration were not delayed. I could not believe that finally resale apartment at Priyanka Homes, Kaggadaspura became mine today. Kudos to whole Settlin team for getting a home sweet home for me in Bangalore. Thank you

I recently sold my apartment using Settlin . My contact CRM VIneeth, from very beginning, was very pleasant to deal with! I am NRI, they explained the process in TDS and supported me throughout to obtain the TDS certificate while keeping buyer informed and get his support too. Also, It's worth mentioning that the whole registration process on the day of registration went really well.

Initially I was not sure to go with Settlin. But, I must say it was a smooth experience buying property. I am very satisffied witht there service. From legal checks and till registration they did all the handholding and provided a seamless experience.They had provided guidance through out the process and were very helpful and supportive. You guys are really doing a good job. Also, they returned my money which they had collected as collateral. Special thanks to Sharanya, who was always available for any query and made sure transaction was completed in time. Keep up the good job guys !
