Initially I was not sure to go with Settlin. But, I must say it was a smooth experience buying property. I am very satisffied witht there service. From legal checks and till registration they did all the handholding and provided a seamless experience.They had provided guidance through out the process and were very helpful and supportive. You guys are really doing a good job. Also, they returned my money which they had collected as collateral. Special thanks to Sharanya, who was always available for any query and made sure transaction was completed in time. Keep up the good job guys !

Through Settlin, I bought a resale property, and I was generally satisfied with the assistance they provided. Mr Vineeth is a very polite and calm person. He is so patient that he patiently listened to you and clears all your doubts through all the project's specifics. Being my first purchase ever, he helped me all the way through documentation to registration.

Right from narrowing down to an apartment and negotiation, Mr. Mayank helped us in getting the best deal with continuous engagement even during pandemic times.
