It was a 'Mission impossible' for us.The seller was in Bangalore to close the deal and was leaving in the weekend. The banks though initially confirmed, but at the last hour refused to disburse the loan because of Authorization issues as the seller was an NRI. It was then that Settlin got into to action. They got the loan disbursed on one day through another bank and completed the registration the next day (Friday). Very grateful to Settlin, especially Vineet. Ravi Iyer

I really liked the way Settlein professionally handled and completed transition. Right from the beginning to guide in selecting the property to negotiation to initiating the handover, document verification and helping in registration. I had sold my flat in Whitefield through Settlin and they had ensured a seamless process, well coordinated between me & the buyer. Ensured timely updates provided on documentation status, fixing the registration dates and ensuring compliances as required by the law. They had also helped the buyer in completing the TDS formalities as well as paying the required registration fees. Overall, I am happy with their approach especially Vineet who was there till the last minute to complete the formalities without causing any issues to both buyer and seller.

Settlin is really a great company having very nice knowledgeable people Mr Vineet. They extend their services very efficiently and always have polite approach. I personally had a marvelous experience in purchasing a property via their support. They helped do all transactions, registration, processing of the purchase very properly.
