I strongly recommend Settlin services for any property transactions. I would say Settlin is one stop solution to purchase/sell the property as they take care of end to end solution including legal verification, loans, registration, etc. Also they are very much transparent with complete execution. Settlin has in-depth legal/process knowledge and that has contributed to the smooth execution of the deal starting from the agreement till the registration. I would like to thank Mr. Ashish for guiding me with finance planning along with complete property transaction till the registration. Keep up the good work guys :)

I moved to in September'22. I had searched for a place to call home for 1 month till Oct since then, until I came in contact with Settlin group's sale team. My search experience was so bad before I met them. At first it was Mr. Arvind from their sales team, who understood my requirements and accordingly, selected suitable properties and arranged site visits. Their website too makes it so easy to shortlist properties and request site visits to the shortlisted property as per our convenience. They, have many good properties in their platter. After, I selected a property and a price was negotiated with Mr. Arvind's help, I was provided a dedicated CRM, Mr. Vineeth, to guide me through the following process. Mr. Vineeth too was very helpful and transparent all through the process. Myself and the seller both were kept in a loop regarding progress of the deal through a dedicated whatsapp and email group made for this process. All documents relating to the property were shared and verification was done by the Settlin group from time to time over Email. Mr. Vineeth(CRM), helped with all paperwork, let it be, drafting and signing the sale agreement, making K2 challan payment online, making payment to seller, final Sale deed drafting and registration. Mr. Vineeth was there at the SRO, during the sale deed registration process and was very helpful in providing guidance all through the process. Although, we had to face many huddles during the registration process due to some mismatch in entries between the panchayat and SRO, but Mr. Vineeth helped sort out and solve the problem ASAP, by getting the panchayat work done. I would like to thank the Settlin team for all the help and support they gave me to get a place to call my home in Bangalore. I would also recommend Settlin group to people known to me and also people like myself who are very new in Bangalore. Thanks a lot Settlin.....

Settlin is really a great company having very nice knowledgeable people Mr Vineet. They extend their services very efficiently and always have polite approach. I personally had a marvelous experience in purchasing a property via their support. They helped do all transactions, registration, processing of the purchase very properly. I had a very pleasant experience selling my apartment in Bangalore with the help of Settlin team. Shanoj was very prompt in arranging the visits for prospective buyers. Then once the buyer was found, Vineeth took over and made us feel at ease at every step of the sale process. Be it arranging the paperwork or arranging a CA or co-ordinating things at the sub-registrar office, Vineeth was always there to help and to answer any of our queries. Once we finalized the property, a WhatsApp group was created, making communication smooth and efficient. A big shoutout to CRM Vineeth, who was incredibly patient in explaining each step, coordinating calls, and addressing all our questions. He worked tirelessly to manage all parties involved, helping us complete the entire process within two months. Kudos as well to Uday for being prompt in providing all the necessary documents.
