Settlin team has been really helpful, there were some delays in the beginning and some miscommunication but everything was sorted, their CEO is also approachable, I called him on a Sunday afternoon when he was eating but he spent time to address my concerns, so far the process has been smooth, our POC Kavya has been very supportive and prompt with everything that needed to be done, and also explaining all the steps, for first time buyers it would be really helpful to have this guidance. Only advice would be to get clarification from the sales person on timelines and costs associated right at the start and it would avoid any back and forth later on

The Settlin team is very professional and knowledgeable and understand the expectations of their customers. Finally we own a flat! It was a extremely good to have Settlin in the entire process from searching to final process. I am pleased with the overall experience. Settlin was always responsive and attentive to my questions and concerns, making the process smoother than I expected by providing valuable insights. I appreciate their efforts and dedication. I have seen lot of good reviews about settlin so got into deal with them. But not everyone is lucky in property deals, in my case seller went rogue. He kept delaying documents and one day he said there’s dispute on property and ran away. It took me time but settlin did refund me my advance. In addition they gave 50% of cost incurred by me on loan processing fee from their own pocket and promised to take legal action against seller and refund other 50% too. So after all I can say you can trust settlin. One more advice to future buyer , don’t go ahead until you get all documents.

We had been trying to sell our property from overseas for a couple of months, with 3 deals falling through. Then we chanced upon Settlin. Within weeks we had a buyer. The team at Settlin immediately started a WhatsApp chat group with us and the new buyers. Every document and agreement was clearly and patiently explained. We had zero contacts in Bangalore. They guided us with drafting the Power of Attorney, helped us to procure the Katha titles, the NOC from the apartment and many many other tasks they took over Finally all my husband had to do was to show up in Bangalore with the original documents They were with him for over 4 hours at the Registrar’s office guiding and making sure everything was done smoothly, while updating me over the chat group. Couldn’t be happier with their service They absolutely deserve the 5stars. World class standards. Well done guys. Keep up the good work and you will be the most successful agency in Bangalore.
