I had sold my flat in Whitefield through Settlin and they had ensured a seamless process, well coordinated between me & the buyer. Ensured timely updates provided on documentation status, fixing the registration dates and ensuring compliances as required by the law. They had also helped the buyer in completing the TDS formalities as well as paying the required registration fees. Overall, I am happy with their approach especially Vineet who was there till the last minute to complete the formalities without causing any issues to both buyer and seller.

My experience was good with Settlin. They showed property and tell everything. They did everything .yhry made sale agreement and sale deed. They did everything for registration of property. Special Thanks to Bindu and Kiran. They did their job properly. I just want to say ,if you want to buy property in Bangalore then choose only Settlin. Iam a happy customer 😀.

Approached settlin for property purchase, but did not purchase the property, yet the review is for their service it was too good, very transparent and comfortable. Advisor Kavya and the other two executives before her have been of great support. all through the process. 4 star is to remind you to work hard and well, and keep growing, All the Best. I had a privilege to deal with Settlin to buy a flat. They deal with end to end such as Katha,RTC,EC,SA, sales Deed etc. The overall process has taken 3 months to close. They assit end to end. We have to only secure the signature. I would like to recognize the efforts done by Ramitha Ivar. The attorney. She was pro active, responsible and coordinated till last. Thank you.
