I got my first property in a good locality through Settlin, the property shortlisting through the app was awesome, I think this is what should be the way of property search, the app clearly mentions the property attributes in details. The support staff were also knowledgeable that helped me in each step of the processes right from property due diligence till the registration. Thanks a lot Settlin for this quality services.

Thanks to the entire settlin team for a hassle free process of buying a flat. Extremely satisfied. They are professional, helpful and completely reliable. It was great working with Settlin team for property purchase. We really had a wonderful experience with Settlin right from the day one till the final registration. All the documentation work was neatly maintained and prepared during the entire purchase Cycle due to which the registration process was smooth enough. We purchased a NRI property via "settlin properties". The overall experience is easy and hassle free. There are some hiccups at different stages, but everything was overcome with a proper support. Our relationship manager Mr Vineeth was wonderful and have experience on what he handles. He guided us from the start till registration and handing over the keys. The one particular aspect on Vineeth is, even if the customer loses his cool, he remains in calm and polite and answers all the queries. There are few negatives, where there are few documents missed and later banker requested for it and slight delay happened, but this part is ignorable when compared to the overall process on how they deal and handle it. Rather than having a standard checklist, based on the project document the list can be updated. I, personally thank Rajeshwari for understanding our exact requirement and showing us the house accordingly (We saw just three house and finalised one) and Kaleem in kickstarting the seller - buyer talks, and Mr Vineeth for overall taking it untill the registration (and missed out supporting staff, field agents who toil and show houses). Registration was the highlight, which they made sure we don't struggle much, and it was easy process. Amazing work "Team Settlin & Vineeth" and keep growing and improving the process. Thank you for all the support from you. All the very best!

We had a very good experience dealing with Settlin in Selling our Property, an Apartment. It’s Team of Professional Officers did a a very good job handling all matters A to Z from the Date of Signing a Memorandum of Understanding till the Closure of the Sale Deal. Their systematic and professional approach on a step by step basis in arranging all required Documents such as the Certificate of Khatha, Encumbrance, Legal Opinion etc. etc. follow ups with all concerned Parties and timely guidance helped us stay relaxed right through the process. They were pretty receptive to our concerns and requests and spared no pains in addressing the same. We are happy to recommend Setlin as the First Choice for Sellers & Buyers. Some Suggestions to further enhance their expertise in the Sale / Purchase of Properties for the benefit of the Sellers / Buyers as follows: 1. Develop and keep updating an Area wise Statistics (on a Quarterly basis) of Properties of Different Sizes, Sold and Bought with Time Frame of Deals Closed. This Feed Back shall help the Sellers to Price their Properties in line with the Market Trend besides helping the Buyers to make the right choice. 2. Enhance Automatic Feed Back to Sellers on Market Response to their Listed Properties instead of waiting for their follow ups.
