Really nice experience while selling Property through Settlin. Since I work outside Bangalore wanted someone to take care of end to end process of finding buyers to documentations to final process. Happy to share Settlin ticked all the check boxes throughout. They have a strong team including legal who took care of verifications and were in constant touch with updates. They took care of entire process @Subregistar office and left once complete transfer happened to new buyer. Special thanks to Vineeth who was with us throughout coordinating between buyer and seller. Helpful staff, guided us on each step & ensured us with smooth transaction. Would like to especially thank Akhilesh from Sales & Ops team, Nagabharana from legal team on the process & guidance. Would highly recommend them. If you go with ICICI bank though then would ask you all to not go to a guy called Suesh who is in partner with Settlin as he won't respond to calls or texts.

Doing property transactions when you are remote isn't easy normally. The Settlin.in team has beat all my expectations and has been extremely professional, clean and straightforward from the first day of our interaction all the way through the closure and the excellent follow-up even after sale/registration to ensure everything is addressed and answered. Zero glitches throughout, this shows the amount of experience this team has in dealing with property sale from both buyer and sellers perspective. The team went above and beyond in connecting me with so many other services (tax payment, khatha transfer, TDS exemption consultation and foreign remittance. I have no words to say their passion and commitment, especially Uday with whom I have been working from the very beginning. Would highly recommend Settlin.in incase you have a related need. Approached settlin for property purchase, but did not purchase the property, yet the review is for their service it was too good, very transparent and comfortable.
