Settlin.in. my experience after I posted on NoBroker and Magic bricks. I am amazed at their proactivity. They contacted me regarding my property I had put on sale in Nov 2022.i had moved to Canada by then. My first coordination was Mr. Kaleem who promised me to get my flat sold. I was OK. He is a thorough professional who introduced me to buyers. They were patient. Finally in July 2023, I decided to sell my flat in Koramangala to the guy who was interested. After that, my CRM Vineeth took over my case and handled it so professionally. I am in Canada and property in Bangalore is getting sold. Vineeth guided me in all the process and finally the slave registration was completed on 25 Mar 2024. Thanks Vineeth for handling the sale procedure including registration end to end. Settlin has helped me to complete my flat sale recently. Being at abroad, It was a difficult task for me to find out a buyer and carry out the sale formalities especially during this pandemic time. We had a wonderful experience with the Settlin team in closing the deal. Their commitment right from showing units to the final registration was commendable. Settlin was involved in each an every step of our journey for purchasing home. We would like to thank in particular, Mr. Vineeth, who acted like our partner in this journey and assisted us in all possible manner. He has been a crucial link responsible for closure of our deal in fair and transparent manner. Sale deed execution, Stamp duty process & TDS payment process of the property was explained by him along with being with us in this entire process.
