All the documentation,MOU,sale deed,sale agreement,was taken care of by Settlin which was a very smooth experience and i am genuinely satisfied. Special Thanks to CRM VINEETH for his professionalism , knowledge,and he is very responsive .He also clearly explained all the steps and processes involved and assisted us till the registration got completed. Finally we own a flat! It was a extremely good to have Settlin in the entire process from searching to final process. I am pleased with the overall experience. Settlin was always responsive and attentive to my questions and concerns, making the process smoother than I expected by providing valuable insights. I appreciate their efforts and dedication. Recently we bought a property via Settlin.We had a very good experience with Settlin.Specially with Uday - Settlin.As i was a first time buyer so he explained the things / Procedure very well.In all the procedures he remain neutral b/w buyer and seller.They supported us for all the government and loan activities.They are tie up with all the good bank.I strongly recommend the Settlin.Thanks Uday - We really appreciate the way you support us in all this procedure.Thanks.
