I got to know about Settlin very recently. Fortunately, my first interaction with the frontline staff of Settlin itself turned out to shortlisting the property. Rest is history now. Settlin team executive staff viz., Niraj & Shenoj initiated the dialogue with the both the parties with all professionalism, which was the key in ceasing the deal. Special appreciation and thanks to Madam Ramita, for the excellent support in ensuring legal process , compliance to all statutory requirements for Registration. I moved to in September'22. I had searched for a place to call home for 1 month till Oct since then, until I came in contact with Settlin group's sale team. My search experience was so bad before I met them. At first it was Mr. Arvind from their sales team, who understood my requirements and accordingly, selected suitable properties and arranged site visits. Their website too makes it so easy to shortlist properties and request site visits to the shortlisted property as per our convenience. They, have many good properties in their platter. After, I selected a property and a price was negotiated with Mr. Arvind's help, I was provided a dedicated CRM, Mr. Vineeth, to guide me through the following process. Mr. Vineeth too was very helpful and transparent all through the process. Myself and the seller both were kept in a loop regarding progress of the deal through a dedicated whatsapp and email group made for this process. All documents relating to the property were shared and verification was done by the Settlin group from time to time over Email. Mr. Vineeth(CRM), helped with all paperwork, let it be, drafting and signing the sale agreement, making K2 challan payment online, making payment to seller, final Sale deed drafting and registration. Mr. Vineeth was there at the SRO, during the sale deed registration process and was very helpful in providing guidance all through the process. Although, we had to face many huddles during the registration process due to some mismatch in entries between the panchayat and SRO, but Mr. Vineeth helped sort out and solve the problem ASAP, by getting the panchayat work done. I would like to thank the Settlin team for all the help and support they gave me to get a place to call my home in Bangalore. I would also recommend Settlin group to people known to me and also people like myself who are very new in Bangalore. Thanks a lot Settlin.....

I had a great experience with Settlin who assisted me in purchase of a Flat in Bangalore in May 2024. They helped me at all stages which gave me a lot of confidence in the deal. The legal was done in details by Vineeth and al the documents were meticulously handled. He was extremely professional and dedicated. I just sold my flat through Settlin Properties and my experience has been outstanding. Vineeth V, our legal associate was very proactive and always on top of things. He made sure we have all documentation in place, helped in getting documents that we did not have and also made sure the entire process is smooth. Without him, we would not have been able to run around and do things on our own. I recommend everyone who is trying to sell their property to go through Settlin. You will not regret you decision. Quite satisfied with the service from Settlin for property purchase. They make the process of purchasing resale property very seamless. Tahir was my POC at the time of seeing properties and Uday handled my case during property due diligence before buying the flat. From selecting the property to purchase, the transaction was completed in 40-45 days because of great coordination by Uday along with the previous flat owner and builder. The property registration at SRO office was also conducted very professionally. Note: They also have tie ups for home loans (optional service) that helps with faster loan disbursement.
