Through Settlin, I bought a resale property, and I was generally satisfied with the assistance they provided. Mr Vineeth is a very polite and calm person. He is so patient that he patiently listened to you and clears all your doubts through all the project's specifics. Being my first purchase ever, he helped me all the way through documentation to registration.

Absolute Professionalism & Transparency in every step of transaction. Right from narrowing down to an apartment and negotiation, Mr. Mayank helped us in getting the best deal with continuous engagement even during pandemic times. Mr. Vineeth, took our burden over his shoulders and arranged services related to Legal Check, Payment reminders, Clarifying doubts. Patient enough to address all queries. Worked with Vineeth and the rest of the settlein team for the documentation and legal service. Found the seller of the flat on my own, but both me as a buyer and the seller did not know the legalities and paperwork involved for the entire transaction. They guided us through the entire process, charges, and timelines. Initially it looks like nothing gets done, but at the end, during the registration, is where you understand that other property consultants or even doing it on your own, would have been a really bad choice. I was insistent on having the house loan taken from SBI. While I’ve only heard horror stories on taking a home loan with SBI, the entire process was a breeze and the team worked directly with the SBI associate in getting all the paperwork ready. 2 visits to the bank, several signatures, and the bank is sorted as well. Writing this review almost 3 months later due to the apprehensions I’ve had with both settlein and SBI, but now after this cool down period, it was totally worth it.

We have purchased our first property in Bangalore through Settlin's Platform. The most appreciable thing about settlin is, sales team are very kind and Co-operative in nature to explore many properties which are suitable to us and also very prompt & particular to visit the properties. Every visit of property Different Settlin’s executives came at particular locations on time, and they help very nicely to visit the properties. I think it’s excellent service settlin offering in this space across market which I think no one offering currently is real estate space and would like to thank Vishal & Rishikesh for helping a lot to finalise the property. From legal team, Ramitha has been pretty cooperative throughout the process especially when it came to sale deed execution, Stamp duty process & TDS payment process of the property. Area where Settlin need to improve is TAT of of the processes and the legal service. Comparing the quality of legal scrutiny report received from Settlin with bank legal report which my bank has done from a law firm I find that in this aspect Settlin can improve by having consultations with the professional real-estate lawyers who do legal scrutiny as per bank’s standards so no need to do 2-time reports to buyers. Also need to review different TAT of process of sale agreement, legal report and refund of booking amount which can help buyer and seller to execute transaction as soon as early. Apart from these, my overall experience has been good, and can repeat transactions with Settlin in future.
