I sold my property through Settlin. It was a very smooth experience. They found a buyer, got the meetings scheduled, facilitated the negotiation and took care of all the documentation. Further they co-ordinated the registration process and ensured that both seller and the buyer had minimum hassles. End to end good job done. Approached settlin for property purchase, but did not purchase the property, yet the review is for their service it was too good, very transparent and comfortable. Settlin is the need of the hour in the secondary real estate marketplace in India. They are the much required bridge between the buyers and sellers who are both struggling to connect. They help in the entire process till completion of registration. Very professional in behaviour and processes, they come across as trustworthy right from the beginning. Their employee partners, Piyush and Uday that I interacted with, demonstrated sound understanding of the market and the government processes involved. All in all, strongly recommended!

I used the services of Settlin to sell an apartment recently. They were very professional and transparent in all the dealings, right from finding prospective buyers, showing the flat, getting legal opinion, giving regular updates and so on. They closed a deal, followed up on all the necessary paperwork and documentation meticulously until registration was completed. I have seen lot of good reviews about settlin so got into deal with them. But not everyone is lucky in property deals, in my case seller went rogue. He kept delaying documents and one day he said there’s dispute on property and ran away. It took me time but settlin did refund me my advance. In addition they gave 50% of cost incurred by me on loan processing fee from their own pocket and promised to take legal action against seller and refund other 50% too. So after all I can say you can trust settlin. One more advice to future buyer , don’t go ahead until you get all documents.

The process of buying a house is definitely cumbersome but with the help of settlin though there were many set backs we were able to get through the whole process. They proved helpful throughout the journey. Their reps Vineet, Sharanya were available even after working hours to sort through everything. Appreciate the work they do, would definitely recommend them if you're planning a purchase in Bangalore.
