I was great working with the team of Settlein. It is not like other platforms, the buyer they bring are very genuine and is ready for the budget you have put across this makes the transaction and discussions much easier. With bare minimum effort from my end the sale happen pretty smooth, thanks to our CRM Mr Vineeth. Really appreciate all the help. Thanks.

Bought our 1st home through settlin. They have multiple options to meet your requirement and does not charge any commission from buyers. Provides legal support and loan advice free of charge. Would definitely suggest to visit settlin if looking to buy a house. And thanks to Ramitha and Kiran for their legal advice and support throughout the process and thanks to Shanoj for mediating the deal.

I would recommend anyone to go with Settlin if you are planning to buy an apartment. Team is professional and entire process is transparent. We had a very good experience with Settlin even during pandemic times while buying a property in Bangalore. Mr.Jai Anand helped us to match our requirements and on negotiation Then Mr.Uday helped us to complete the legal, loan and registration process and address the n number of queries patiently during all these processes. Team, Specially Mr Uday Understood my urgency after discussion and acted on it to complete the registration process before time.
