Settlin was extremely helpful in coordinating the sale of my property. They initiated and coordinated the entire deal with utmost professionalism. The staff were cordial and approachable at all times. Every procedure was well explained and they made sure both parties were communicated about each and every development. They had representatives who worked hand in hand in all departments right from sourcing the buyer, helping the buyer with his loan processing, up until the payment was made and property was registered. We highly recommend settlin's services.

I had reached out to Settlin Property Consultancy for purchasing a flat for my parent. Uday CM from Settlin helped us get through the journey providing me answers to all my queries. He was very approachable and knowledgeable in the aspects of purchasing a property. Uday made the whole experience stress free while took care of every step starting from sales agreement to BESCOM meter transfer, khatta transfer etc. Highly recommend services of Settlin to those aspiring to invest in property.

I was unable to sell my property in Bangalore over 2 - 3 years. Finallly, I got it sold through Settlin. Employees were responsive, patient and good on polite communication. Their pricing is low and reasonable. The only hiccup in my case was that the process got dragged a little longer. But they can do the job right and leave you hassle free.

I have dealt with a few property consultants in the past but no one came closer to Settlin, in terms of professionalism and customer service. My experience with them has been extremely positive since the day I gave my property to them to sell, all of them have been extremely professional, helpful and courteous. Special mention to Jay, Vineeth and Uday whom I was working with mostly and all others who were part of the deal. Thank you!!!

It has been an absolutely seamless journey for me with Settlin in general and.CRM Vineeth in particular. I.have had two time experience with him and the service has been absolutely amazing. If I.can give.a rating more than five star then I would definitely do so. He takes that extra mile walk to make the completion of.the job exceedingly easy. Hats off to.him. As we were staying out of town, we had posted our sale requirement to Settlin and it was a seamless experience to get our job done. Settlin had posted our property on their webpage and also used to communicate with us regularly regarding the current market rates and buyer interests. We could get our desired price for our flat at Keerthi and I believe even the buyers would be happy with the deal. Our CRM connect Mr. Vineeth was very helpful in all communications, backend support and coordination. He ensured that we could get all the work done as per plan and the entire sale process was very well time-managed and efficient.
