Vineeth, shanoj and settlin team were so much supportive from the begining of initial property discussion till registration. We were little concerned as it was resale property were we dont know the seller before but settlin was arranging all sorts of meeting and arrangements with seller and ensured all the required documents are collected before proceeding with sale and legal verification. I will highly recommend settlin. Especially when you are remote and not sure whom to trust or rely upon for property registration. Thanks a lot Vineeth, Shanoj and Team. Thanks, Muthu & Kavya

Further they co-ordinated the registration process and ensured that both seller and the buyer had minimum hassles. End to end good job done. I availed services of Settlin for selling my 2 BHK flat at SDA, Balagere. Settlin has set of very dedicated and professional staff who provide with complete details of the services they offer and also very transparent about their pricing. For us, Uday was the relationship manager, who was of great help. He ensured of providing me regular updates on the prospective buyer and once the buyer finalized the property he was instrumental in guiding both the parties in completing the transaction. He also ensured that he coordinate with the legal team for their opinion, buyer bank contact to ensure that the whole experience was seamless. Uday and his were with me and the buyer throughout during the registration process. Thank you Uday and team Settlin for all your help!!

Had a really seamless experience working with settlin. Bunch of really passionate people who would work with you until the end.
