Recently I bought property through Settlin and my experience has been wonderful. They have guided me with all the paperwork like sale agreement, sale deed etec. plus loan sanction. I thank Ramitha Ivar for all the communication and paperwork and make the registration process smooth for me. I thank Priya, Kaleem, Darshan as well. Thank you for all your support. I highly recommend Settlin for buying and selling property. They would provide end to end service where we can mostly sit at home and get the work done. Thanks again! :)

Overall very satisfied with services proved by Settlin. They are professionals in the real estate field. With help of Vineeth and others from Settlin we were able to sell our property very smoothly. I had my property to sell where I had zero confidence in selling. But settlin called me discussed abt the way how they work and we took their service. Right from the starting purchaser got into discussion for the call until we sold the flat n completed the registrations, settlin guys were with us helping is with all the formalities which made our life easy without any hassle. It was a very good experience to connect with Nagabharana Sir and Akhilesh from settlin who had lot of good patience to hear us and give us all possibilities whenevr required. Kudos to Settlin Team.

I would highly recommend to use settlin app services. The app is completely free to use. The best thing I like on app is you can view available properties on a visual map. The filters are also very easy to apply to narrow down your search . All the brokerage charges are NIL for buyers. They have very large varieties of resale properties listings in Bangalore. Everyone will find properties suitable for their preferences. I visited 5-6 properties as an interest to purchase one. The property visits are all automated through app. Once you request a visit, an executive will be assigned to show you the property. After visiting you will share your OTP to confirm property visit completion. You get unlimited free property visits through the app. If you like the property you can share your interest with the sale SPOC. Your interest will be forwarded to the property owner/seller. A meeting offline/online will be scheduled to discuss pricing or anything buyers needs to confirm. Infact you can have N numbers of meeting request with seller. If you are happy you can move forward to buy the property. All the legal related work, CA related work are taken care by Setllin team (all free). They will collect all the copies of property for you and will provide you the same for your own verification. You can then forward all the documents to your own lawyer and banker. As per my experience, everything went smooth. From Settlin team Sharanya was assigned for closing my deal. She went thoroughly with the property details and provided all the documents in timely manner. She has adequate knowledge about Karnataka real estate buying and selling rules/regulations. Sharanya and her team are all professionals. All the communications were through email, whatsapp group, virtual meetings and direct calls. She was involved from the beginning till the day of registration. I have very positive experience after with the settlin team and their services provided. Again, I will highly recommend to once explore this app if you are interested in buying/selling any property.

Thanks to Settlin team for helping us to hassle free in buying a flat. All team are professional, helpful and fully reliable. From purchaser point of there is no extra charges charged, all the services from Settlin team was free, only need to deposit 1 lakh amount which is returned after property registration. All paper work along with Legal verification done by Settlin team And many thanks to Mr. Vineeth who handled all process very smoothly and timely manner from starting the documentation till registration. It such a great experience working with him and Settlin Team. Thank you again!!

I bought my first property in Bangalore through Settlin's help. The most appreciable thing about this business is its option base which has a huge number of resale properties. Thus, we were able to choose property tailored to our very needs. I struggled a bit with the sales team for finalizing the terms and conditions of the MoU though where I think Settlin has some scope of improvement. My CRM Vineeth has been pretty cooperative throughout the process especially when it came to facilitating the return of the token money after successful closure of the property purchase which I received within five days. One area where Settlin may improve is the legal service (legal scrutiny) which comes with the sale package. Comparing the quality of legal scrutiny report received from Settlin with another report which I took from a law firm I find that in this particular aspect Settlin can improve by having consultations with the professional real-estate lawyers who do legal scrutiny for standard services like bank loans, etc. Apart from these, my overall experience has been good and I'd like to repeat transactions with Settlin in future.
