Just wanted to share my wonderful and satisfactory experience with Settlin Properties. We had been trying to sell our apartment from 2 years with no luck. Around 9 months ago, I received a call from Settlin enquiring about my property and if I would like to partner with them for selling it. Their terms and conditions were very simple and had no hidden clauses. We entrusted our property sale to them on that day and so glad we did. They took complete responsibility from day one. From explaining the process of how they will go about showing my property, advertising it in the right portals, showing the property to prospective buyers, arranging video calls to negotiate, paperwork and pretty much everything else. Not once did I have to step out of my house for any of this. And not one rupee spent from my side, except paying the previously agreed upon service fees at the end, after registration. I would like to specially mention Ramitha Ivar and her team for helping us with khata, EC, Sale Agreement and Registration. They arranged everything and supported us a lot. My property would have still been listed on websites today if not for Settlin and their amazing team. All in all, it took 9 months from start to finish to sell my property. Settlin is a top notch professional company and I can only recommend them to advertise themselves more, so people like me can avail their services easily. Thank you, Settlin and team!

Recently purchased property through Settlin. They have plenty of resale properties listed on the site. Team does great job in scheduling visit and suggesting property based on individual needs. Once property is finalized they have streamlined process starting from negotiation till the sale deed registration of property. Vineeth from CRM team has been very helpful. Thanks Settlin team.

One of the best professional services teams I have worked with, I never thought the registration process would be so smooth. All the questions were answered with clarity and each and every step was guided properly and transparent. I availed services of Settlin for selling my 2 BHK flat at Horamavu after being tired of not getting genuine buyer leads from all the online portals. Settlin has set of very dedicated and professional staff who provide you with complete details of the services they offer and also very transparent about their pricing. For me Vineeth was the relationship manager, who was of great help. He ensured of providing me regular updates on the prospective buyers and once the buyer finalized the property he was instrumental in guiding both the parties in completing the transaction. He also ensured that he coordinate with the legal team for their opinion, buyer bank contact to ensure that the whole experience was seamless.
