Recently I purchased a resale property through Settlin. First of all thanks to Settlin team to help me to find out a property as per my budget and choice. They helped and guided me in End 2 End procedure to get the property conveniently. All the paperworks and registration related process done very smoothly by Vineeth. He is so polite, humble and well-behaved guy who can respect the sentiments of both the parties. Also thanks to the sales team especially Kapil and Sameena who helped me from the very first day. All over it was a wonderful experience to work with them and I highly recommend Settlin . Three Cheers, keep it up team Settlin.

Doing property transactions when you are remote isn't easy normally. The Settlin.in team has beat all my expectations and has been extremely professional, clean and straightforward from the first day of our interaction all the way through the closure and the excellent follow-up even after sale/registration to ensure everything is addressed and answered. Zero glitches throughout, this shows the amount of experience this team has in dealing with property sale from both buyer and sellers perspective. The team went above and beyond in connecting me with so many other services (tax payment, khatha transfer, TDS exemption consultation and foreign remittance. I have no words to say their passion and commitment, especially Uday with whom I have been working from the very beginning. Would highly recommend Settlin.in incase you have a related need. It was really great experience with Settlin. I have rarely seen such dedicated team and professionalism in real estate advisory services. It's worth mentioning the efforts of Sameena A for listening to our requirements and multiple queries and last minute changes in visiting properties and searches. She really helped us in finalising our search and going with the best available options within given criteria and budget. Even the the executives who showed us the flats were professional and also flexible with timings.

They have been great throughout the process. They have ensured that things move in a proper manner and timelines are met. CRM manager Vineeth had gone beyond his normal duties to help wherever it was needed. The only con with their entire process is that the seller has very limited liability initially which should be looked at.

I have taken settlin service to sell my flat on recomondation of my friend. I was looking for buyer from long. but not able to close on deal. but settlin able to generate lead and closed in 2-3 month. They help in property valution, listing, get potential buyer, manage flat to show to buyer, property leagal verification, loan assitance and finally property regsitartion. so I am able to sell my property without going anywhere other than settlin office (twice) and sub-registar office (once)
