Settlin

Initially I was not sure to go with Settlin. But, I must say it was a smooth experience buying property. I am very satisffied witht there service. From legal checks and till registration they did all the handholding and provided a seamless experience.They had provided guidance through out the process and were very helpful and supportive. You guys are really doing a good job. Also, they returned my money which they had collected as collateral. Special thanks to Sharanya, who was always available for any query and made sure transaction was completed in time. Keep up the good job guys !

Being relatively new in the city of Bangalore, my decision to buy a flat was with lot of apprehensions. Luckily, I could shortlist a property which was through Settlin. Though there were issues related to Khata digitisation and delay of almost 35 days for registration, Settlin team lead by Vineet were relentlessly on the job doing follow through with the Govt.agencies involved and cleared all the formalities.
