He was available 24x7 to answer my queries. He also helped me in the negotiation. Overall a fabulous service and made my journey of home ownership a very pleasant experience. It was a wonderful experience for my recent purchase of the flat. Mr. Vineeth is a wonderful person who always helped me with my numerous queries. The entire process starting from legal opinion till our house registration was done smoothly irrespective of several roadblocks. Vineeth and team know their job really well and I really appreciate the way they handle the situations. Mr. Kiran on the other hand was super active and fast on the day of registration were we didn’t even face any difficulties. Because of Vineeth and Kiran the registration was as smooth as butter. I am very happy with overall service from Settlin. Jai and Uday were my POC and they took care of end to end process while buying the flat .It was possible for me to buy the flat prior to lockdown only coz of them as they are completely aware of all the things .Plus they also have contacts with bankers in alll banks due to which the home loan process was also faster .
