Our fee is 1.9% of the total sale value (inclusive of GST), or ₹1,00,000, whichever is higher. For properties worth ₹5 cr and above, it's capped at ₹4,00,000. For properties between ₹1.59 cr to ₹5 cr, it's capped at ₹3,00,000. You pay only after successful sale.

You pay our fees only after the deal is successfully closed and only if the buyer is brought by Settlin. If you find a buyer independently, you don't pay us anything.
